00:57well kind of like exercise that's the final thing on here not getting enough exercise people who stay
01:03active have healthier digestive systems even going for a walk after a big meal definitely helps they
01:08say but if you don't you're going to get more gas i got to be real careful about this uh you know
01:15like i'll take my big my long walks and a couple times now i've like headed out knocked it loose and

03:53about six houses i was like this could happen at any time but um i i didn't really have a plan

04:40but careful if you're ever in chuck's neighborhood and you see him walking super slow you know he's
