È questo il titolo dell’edizione 2025 dei ‘Real Estate Awards - Dove l’eccellenza si incontra’, organizzata da Idealista al Grand Hotel Villa Torretta di Sesto San Giovanni, Milano. Presenti all’evento, oltre agli addetti ai lavori, anche illustri docenti universitari, esperti e presidenti degli organi più importanti del mondo immobiliare. Al centro dell’ottava edizione il futuro - non solo digitale - del mercato immobiliare: è infatti sempre più chiara l’importanza di una relazione umana diretta tra tutti i soggetti coinvolti, che sappia usare la tecnologia come mezzo e non come fine.

02:07even the jobs change, we are often unhappy and therefore a product for rent should be made,
02:15but this is met with Italian legislation that rewards the fact that one must have the house,
02:22even without having the economic possibility, against the rights of the owner.
02:27In reality, this is a dog that bites its tail because if the owners are protected,
02:32there will be more homes in need.
02:34The owners are concerned, above all, about the possible immorality of the tenants.
02:39The problem is to have a certain regulation that can allow the owner,
02:44like all investors, to be able to count on their investment.
