(Adnkronos) - "Il mercato immobiliare è in ripresa e i numeri fanno ben sperare, sia sotto il profilo dell’aumento del compravendite delle prime case sia, seppur in misura minore, delle seconde case. Questo è un dato molto positivo. C’è anche una crescita dei mutui e delle cifre erogate. Ciò è dovuto in gran parte ad una progressiva riduzione dei tassi. È ancora presto per dire se si tratti di una situazione di sistema o contingente, la speranza è che diventi di sistema”. Lo dichiara Giulio Biino, presidente del Consiglio nazionale del notariato, all’ottava edizione dei ‘Real Estate Awards - Dove l’eccellenza si incontra’ organizzata da Idealista al Grand Hotel Villa Torretta di Sesto San Giovanni, Milano, ed intitolata ‘Start-up e nuovi modelli di business: il futuro è solo digitale?’.
