Questo è un dato molto positivo. C’è anche una crescita dei mutui e delle cifre erogate. Ciò è dovuto in gran parte ad una progressiva riduzione dei tassi. È ancora presto per dire se si tratti di una situazione di sistema o contingente, la speranza è che diventi di sistema”.
