The Waqf (Amendment) Bill cleared the Rajya Sabha after a 12-hour debate late on Thursday night with 128 votes for and 95 against it. Kapil Sibal slammed the legislation, saying Hindu laws need reform too. Union Ministers Kiren Rijiju and Nirmala Sitharaman hit back at him. Watch.

00:00The Waqf Amendment Bill got the parliamentary approval at 2.30 am in the upper house on

00:11It was passed with 128 votes in favour and 95 against after a fiery 12-hour debate.
00:17Kapil Sibal criticized the bill saying,
