00:00This afternoon is the last day of the week, April 6, 2025.
00:08At the moment, the Intertropical Convergence Zone, or ITCZ, is the one that is affecting Southern Mindanao.
00:16This ITCZ is the wind flow from the Northern and Southern Hemispheres.
00:22Meanwhile, the Easter Glees, or the hot wind from the Pacific Ocean, is the one that is affecting the southernmost part of our country.
00:30This ITCZ will bring heavy rainfalls,
00:34flooding and landslides in Davao Region, Soxargen, Barm, Zamboanga Peninsula, as well as Palawan.
00:42That's why the rains, especially the ones that happened the other day,
00:45are concerned with flooding or landslides.
00:49For the time being, in Metro Manila and other parts of our country,
00:53we expect a better weather, but there are still chances of localized thunderstorms,
00:58and it's possible that the weather will be hot and stormy.
01:02At the moment, we haven't been able to monitor a low-pressure area or a storm inside or near our Philippine Area of Responsibility.
01:11For the time being, tomorrow, we expect that in the Palawan area,
01:17the ITCZ, or Intertropical Convergence Zone, will continue to bring rainfalls.
01:21In Metro Manila and other parts of Luzon,
01:24it will continue to bring rainfalls until Maulab, Papuyrin, and there are chances of localized thunderstorms.
01:31The average temperature in Metro Manila and Lawag is 25 to 33 degrees Celsius.
01:37In Baguio, it's 16 to 26 degrees Celsius,
01:4124 to 34 degrees Celsius in Tuguegarao,
01:4525 to 32 degrees Celsius in Legazpi,
01:48and 23 to 31 degrees Celsius in Tagaytay.
01:51The average temperature tomorrow in Puerto Princesa is 26 to 32 degrees Celsius,
01:57as well as in Kaleaan Islands.
01:59For the time being, in Visayas and Mindanao,
02:02we expect that by tomorrow,
02:04the ITCZ in Zamboanga Peninsula, Barm, Toxargen, and Davao Region will continue to bring rainfalls.
02:13For the parts of Mindanao and Visayas,
02:16the Fair Weather Conditions will continue to bring rainfalls and thunderstorms.
02:23The average temperature tomorrow in Cebu and Iloilo is 26 to 32 degrees Celsius,
02:2925 to 32 degrees Celsius in Tacloban,
02:3324 to 32 degrees Celsius in Caguiendeoro, Davao, and Zamboanga.
02:41As for the location of our ocean,
02:43we still do not have a high-level gale warning for any sea or town of our country.
02:49For the three-day weather outlook of our leading cities,
02:52let's start with Luzon.
02:53We do not see any weather systems that are possible to bring long-term or to bring rainfall,
02:59so in Metro Manila, Baguio City, Legazpi City, and a large part of Luzon,
03:05there are still Fair Weather Conditions and there are chances of localized thunderstorms.
03:10The average temperature in Metro Manila for the next three days is 24 to 33 degrees Celsius,
03:1716 to 25 degrees Celsius in Baguio City,
03:20and 25 to 32 degrees Celsius in Legazpi City.
03:25For the leading cities in Visayas,
03:28in Metro Cebu, Iloilo City, and Tacloban City,
03:31for Tuesday to Thursday, there are still partly cloudy to cloudy skies conditions
03:35and there are chances of localized thunderstorms.
03:39The average temperature in Metro Cebu is 26 to 32 degrees Celsius,
03:4425 to 33 degrees Celsius in Iloilo City,
03:48and 25 to 32 degrees Celsius in Tacloban City.
03:53For the leading cities in the Mindanao area,
03:55in Metro Davao, starting Tuesday, there will be good weather in Metro Davao.
04:01In Cagayan de Oro, Tuesday to Thursday, there are still Fair Weather Conditions
04:06with chances of localized thunderstorms.
04:09In Zamboanga City, until Tuesday, it is possible for ITCZ to bring rainfall
04:13but we can see good weather by Wednesday and Thursday.
04:18Although in the southern part of Mindanao,
04:21it is still possible for ITCZ to bring rainfall.
04:27In Metro Davao, the average temperature is 24 to 33 degrees Celsius,
04:3224 to 32 degrees Celsius in Cagayan de Oro City,
04:36and 24 to 33 degrees Celsius in Zamboanga City.
