06:59And that's why he doesn't get the fouls when he drives to the basket these other guys have all learned to drive into people

07:15Curry can do the same thing and if curry just started driving into people when he's going down the lane
07:21He'd be getting fouls all day long, but if you notice when he goes he's avoiding

09:03So it's really the calls that should go his way that he's not getting look
09:08So let's just stay on that because you're right stylistically. I don't want him to change anything
09:13For me if you want to get the calls that you're not getting and you haven't gotten for 16 years
09:19You have to figure out how you can go about getting those calls, and I don't think that you know what he's doing

09:42Like it's interesting to me how we watch multiple brains have this conversation and take that premise and go two different ways

10:47Like we need to access that question right or answer I should say for me just being a longtime
10:54NBA aficionado and a guy who's refereed at lower levels when you see Steph Curry and he gets
11:02contacted a lot of times the contact is not as violent or severe as other players because he doesn't
11:09Attack the rim and go into the body where it's an absolute collision that has to be called a lot of times when Steph goes
11:16To the basket. He is getting to his spot getting to his angle and there's contact, but he's smaller
11:22He is much more slight of frame. And so the contact is not so violent that it
11:29Absolutely demands a whistle now your point about star treatment is the one that I can't get into the head of a referee
11:36It's it's crazy. It feels like a player of his stature should get a lot more of these
11:42tiki-tac touch calls like James Harden gets
11:45Anytime you bump Harden and he embellishes it and Trey Young and that's where I wish people could all see you
