00:00Thank you for staying with us. Before we continue our discussion with Mr. Hanswey, we will take a look at the opening data of the market this morning at 9 o'clock, more than 5 minutes in the western part of Indonesia.
00:16As you can see from the RTI data, IHSG is moving to 0.39% weakness, at level 6446.933.
00:29The top gainers are ADI, PTPP, CBDK, PNDN, and MANN.
00:36The top losers are MAPA, NINE, BBTN, CLEO, and DATA.
00:43And if we take a look at the sectoral movement, for the property sector, it seems to be getting stronger.
00:57This is quite interesting, because the property sector has been left behind by the market players, but then there is a movement in the property sector.
01:07Meanwhile, the sector with the sharpest weakness is cyclical.
01:12Next, we will take a look at this morning's selection from Mr. Hanswey.
01:18ADARO with BUY recommendation, support at Rp 1,700.
01:23RESESENCE at Rp 2,300.
01:25GGRM support at Rp 9,600.
01:28And RESESENCE at Rp 11,250.
01:31ICBP support at Rp 9,900.
01:34And RESESENCE at Rp 11,000.
01:36BUY recommendation and MNCN support at Rp 224.
01:39RESESENCE at Rp 270.
01:40The recommendation is BUY.
01:43Before we discuss the sectoral movement, it is quite interesting for us to discuss our side.
01:48First of all, Mr. Hans, for ADARO, what is the complete analysis like, Mr. Hans?
01:53We see that the market is starting to rebound.
01:57So yesterday it was led more by BITCAP in the bank stock.
02:03And don't forget that there is an important program from OJK, namely BUYBACK without EURPS.
02:08This is quite good.
02:10It means that it creates optimism in the market.
02:13And we see, at least we note, maybe there are about 14 emittents.
02:20There is no BUYBACK plan yet.
02:22So those are some things that are quite positive for the stock market movement.
02:28We recommend ADARO because it has weakened quite a lot.
02:33So there is an opportunity to make purchases.
02:36So our purchase area is from Rp 1,700 to Rp 1,840.
02:42Later, if the price of the stock moves below Rp 1,650, then we will make a loss.
02:49For the time being, we think it will return to resistance.
02:53Maybe around Rp 2,000 to Rp 2,070 as an ADARO stock resistance.
02:59Okay, from ADARO we move to GGRM.
03:03What is the analysis like, Mr. Hans?
03:05Indeed, if we look at the cigarette industry, it is usually quite defensive.
03:12But for several years, because of quite high interest rates, it has put pressure on the cigarette industry.
03:18But if we look at it now, the probability of interest rates will not move up.
03:23Because a lot of cigarettes are illegal, so the probability of interest rates will not move up again.
03:28We give a purchase recommendation for ADARO from Rp 9,600 to Rp 10,350.
03:35For a loss cut, if it moves below Rp 9,500, maybe we will make a loss cut.
03:42Then our target is Rp 11,000 to Rp 11,250 as the closest resistance for ADARO stocks.
03:52Okay, from ADARO we move to ICBP.
03:54What is the analysis like, Mr. Hans?
03:58ICBP is still a defensive stock, and in our opinion it is quite interesting to buy.
04:05Sideways, the movement is relatively safe for us.
04:09Purchase accumulation at Rp 9,900 to the current level, Rp 10,550.
04:16That's the area we buy for ICBP.
04:19Our cut loss if the price of the stock moves below Rp 9,800.
04:24We are a bit high on this stock.
04:27The first is at Rp 11,000.
04:29The second, if it can break through, maybe to Rp 12,000 for ICBP stocks.
04:34Okay, the last stock you recommend is MNCN.
04:37What is the technical analysis like, or is there a fundamental that is interesting to look at?
04:42MNCN is fundamentally relatively very cheap.
04:46Financial ratio, valuation is very cheap.
04:50So we think this stock is worth collecting.
04:53Technically, we recommend buying at Rp 2,300 to Rp 2,400.
04:58If we cut loss, if this stock moves down,
05:03if it moves below Rp 2,200, then we cut loss.
05:07The closest resistance target is Rp 2,600.
05:10And the possibility is up to Rp 2,700 for MNCN.
05:14Okay, those are the options recommended this morning.
05:17From Mr. Hans, there are ADARO, GGRM, ICBP, and also MNCN.
05:23We go to the sectoral movement.
05:25At the opening of the meeting, Mr. Hans, there is a property sector that leads the strengthening.
05:29Actually, what is being discussed by investors related to this property sector?
05:37Yes, if we think about it, the movement of the property sector,
05:43the downtrend is quite strong.
05:45It has been happening since the end of last year.
05:48So it is under pressure to go down quite deep.
05:51And in our opinion, the valuation is relatively cheap.
05:55Then, yesterday, we also saw that stocks like Indonesian cement are also moving up.
06:02That means relative property.
06:05It means that the market sees that this property has the potential to strengthen in the future.
06:10Moreover, the government has a program of up to Rp 3 million.
06:15And that should be quite positive for the property sector in the future.
06:19Okay, is this just a technical rebound?
06:22Or do you see a trend that is quite sustainable in the property sector and also property-related sectors?
06:29We think because it's too cheap, there's a technical rebound.
06:34Because in our opinion, this property may be a bit delayed.
06:41The growth is 2026-2027, then the property will move up again.
06:48With a top booming maybe in 2028.
06:52But of course, there are also people who are starting to accumulate for the property sector.
06:58Actually, if we ask about property development,
07:00if the house sales are halfway up, there is already a buying power there.
07:06But if it's a bit below, it's a bit heavier.
07:12Okay, those are some of the analyses that have been delivered related to the selection and also the property sector.
07:19If we look at the movement of IHSG, as you projected, Mr. Hans, there was a weakness.
07:26For the target or support and resistance of IHSG today, what will it be like, Mr. Hans?
07:33Yes, if we look at it, the index will definitely try to level 6,400 to 6,350.
07:44But we think it's relatively limited.
07:47Our resistance today is at 6,500.
07:51If it can go through that level, maybe 6,500-6,500.
07:57But people tend to profit-taking.
08:00Because of the long vacation, maybe people think they want a calmer vacation.
08:07Because the global market is also very volatile.
08:10So there is a lot of potential for profit-taking.
08:14There is a domestic sentiment that should be discussed by the market players, Mr. Hans.
08:18Or maybe it's related to the movement of Rupiah, even though it was strong yesterday.
08:24But then, in terms of trends, it seems to be in a weakening trend.
08:28How do you see this as a sentiment that should be considered by investors?
08:33Yes, Rupiah has actually been a little stronger yesterday.
08:37But of course we have to see that Rupiah is not separated from the global factor.
08:42Where the US dollar trend tends to strengthen.
08:45Because when uncertainty increases, people tend to buy the US dollar.
08:51Especially now, Trump is planning a tariff on automotives.
08:56And this automotive is considered a very important sector in the world.
09:01So the sentiment is a bit negative.
09:04When uncertainty increases, usually the US dollar is bought and the gold is increased.
09:09So the weakness of Rupiah is more factored by external problems.
09:15Not because of the fundamental economic power in the country.
09:18Those were some of the analysis you have provided.
09:21Hopefully it can be a reference for the market players in today's business.
09:24And the decision to invest back to you, Mr. Hans, who is watching IDX channel.
09:30Thank you for joining us this morning.
09:32Good health, good luck, Mr. Hans. See you.
