00:47:28舐み合いが強いやげらはどこまでできるのか
00:47:32そして今回使ううなぎは
00:47:34静岡の京水うなぎと言って
00:47:37一番最初にブランド化したうなぎだと言われています
00:47:41幻のうなぎ京水
00:47:45静岡県大井川の福流水を使用し
00:47:48天然に近い状態で養殖されたうなぎで
00:47:52全国に40店舗ほどしか取り扱いがないという
00:47:56通常天然うなぎは成長するまでおよそ5年かかると言われているが
00:48:02京水うなぎは春夏秋冬それぞれの水温に保たれた水槽を
00:48:08繰り返し巡ることで擬似的な式を体験させ
00:48:12およそ2年で成長させることができる
00:48:16それで本当にいけるんだ
00:48:19しかも天然うなぎのような甘い肉質と香りを兼ね備え
00:48:23栄養価は普通のうなぎの4から5倍と言われている
00:48:28そんな貴重な京水で先のお手本を見せてもらおう
