00:00Huricam, inside a restaurant in Pasay, there was a rumble of a few men who started to move in the direction of the group.

00:07But it seems that a victim set up the chaos.

00:10Jomar Apresto exclusively reported.

00:18Get that CCTV footage inside a restaurant in Pasay City on March 14.

00:23You will see some men who are being helped to beat some men,

00:27even though the people of the establishment are already begging.

00:30The chaos lasted for a few minutes before the police arrived at the place.

00:34But they were not arrested at that time.

00:37The victims immediately headed to the headquarters of Pasay City Police Station.

00:42When our police arrived there, we could not identify the victims yet because they were not there.

00:52After the investigation, they were brought back to the station.

00:57According to the police, there were only Vietnamese nationals involved in the chaos.

01:02Three of them were injured, including a female interpreter.

01:05The investigation shows that the group of both drinkers were in cahoots until it returned to the chaos.

01:11In the follow-up operation of the authorities, only one of the more than 10 suspects was arrested.

01:18Aside from the physical injury, she was charged with concealing true name

01:24and disobedience to person in authority.

01:28She did not want to go for medical check-up or booking.

01:32In the story of a 37-year-old female victim who appeared in front of the camera,

01:36they went to a birthday party of a friend who is also a friend of the suspects.

01:42A man in a blue T-shirt approached the group of victims and started the chaos.

01:47In his opinion, it was a set-up because some of the suspects' close friends left the victim in jail in 2022 because of the kidnapping case.

01:56He is now worried about his life because the suspect is already in jail.

02:01He also received death threats from the suspects who use dummy accounts.

02:06The police continued to investigate the cause of the chaos

02:09to catch the other suspects and file a complaint against them.
