00:00Hello, I'm Hannah Charman from Herbology and I'm an experienced medical herbalist,

00:05advanced Reiki practitioner and advanced hypnotherapist and I came into alternative

00:10medicine way back in my early teens when I was beyond the help of the NHS,

00:15a situation that a lot of people find themselves in these days and so now I'm on a mission to get

00:20as many people as possible in South Shropshire using herbs either at home to treat themselves.

00:26I do teach herbal medicine workshops to anyone who wants to learn more about how to use herbs

00:31at home and I've also just launched my brand new herbal medicine clinic here in Ludlow.

00:36It's at Spyro Clinic and Wellness Centre which is just off Smithfield car park and as you can see

00:42I've got quite a good range of herbs behind me here. I treat the whole family from babies way

00:47up to people in their 80s and 90s, all different health conditions but I have a particular interest

00:53in menopause and this is as far as I know the UK's first drug-free menopause clinic as well.
