00:00I'm the rockless air when people are struggling to keep their heads above water to grab onto
00:11and hold onto and pull themselves to safety. And I'm the glue that connects everybody around
00:16the training ground and just keeps everybody connected. I'm massive on human connection
00:20and I'll talk a little bit more in a minute maybe about the connection at this club and
00:25how we can improve that. But that's really important to me. So I walk through the gym
00:30in the morning or through the training ground and I watch everyone like a hawk because I'm
00:34looking to see if their behaviours are normal, if somebody's suddenly in isolate, do I need
00:38to go and have a conversation with them? So whilst you think that the game's a lot about
00:42what happens out on the training pitch and the technical and tactical side of it, so
00:46much of it is psychological and social as well. And I've got to say, they're a really,
00:51really good group of lads, really good people. So whilst we're at the bottom of the league
00:56and it could be difficult, it could be a difficult place, they're not. They're a dream to work
01:00with. They really do care and I'm really glad that we've got such a good group of lads to
01:05work with. It's made our transition into this club easy.
