00:00Today, I am back with the French Foreign Legion, and this time it is very different.
00:04Foreign Legion, do you copy?
00:07Down, up, down, up.
00:09Quick, hurry up, Magnus.
00:11Action, hurry up.
00:12Position, in position.
00:14Down, up, that's it.
00:16In position, in position, that's it.
00:19Assemble, assemble.
00:21Yes, sir.
00:22That's it.
00:23So nice.
00:24We're going to do a promo.
00:25I'm joining 30 new recruits as they take on one of the Legion's most brutal entry tests.
00:31It's a mix of obstacle courses, marching, climbing, and even swimming,
00:36and it's all designed to push them to their absolute limits.
00:40I wanted to hear their stories, understand why they signed up,
00:43and see if I could survive alongside them.
00:46But nothing could have prepared me for what was about to come.
00:56Everyone's waiting for me.
00:58It's a little bit embarrassing.
00:59It's not a good start.
01:01Go!
01:04Watch out for your shoulders.
01:05Shoulders!
01:09I wasn't expecting to do this today.
01:16I think we're going to carry these boats all the way down to the sea.
01:21I thought we were just going to carry them to a car or something, but nope.
01:26You're not going to do it by yourself.
01:30Put the boats down.
01:31First boat, in the lead.
01:33Second, third.
01:34This is a pretty quick way of learning French,
01:37because that's all you get.
01:46Right, follow the rail.
01:50So the same day as we started shooting this video,
01:53I had already come from the other military test
01:55that we did with the French Foreign Legion,
01:58and I was so beat up.
01:59But they assured me that today was going to be an easy day, a rest day,
02:03and it felt like that when we were sitting on the boat.
02:06But little did I know, things were about to change,
02:08and this was just a build-up to the hardest military test I have ever done.
02:21It was a little frustrating.
02:22I think some of the guys on the boat didn't understand what,
02:24like, more power to the right, what direction that meant.
02:28So I felt like people stopped paddling at the wrong time,
02:30and then we just went around.
02:43You know how to do an eight knot?
02:45Yes, I'll show you.
02:46Yeah, I know how to do it.
02:47Oh, family.
02:48Yeah, this.
02:53How long?
02:54I'm from Sweden.
02:55Yeah.
02:56How long have you been here?
02:58Now it's been six, seven months.
03:00Six, seven months?
03:01Yeah.
03:02Okay.
03:03And this is the first day of the test.
03:04What is this test for?
03:05Not the first day, but kind of like the end phase.
03:09The end phase?
03:10Yeah.
03:11Okay, of the whole period.
03:12Yeah, because now it's only like two, three days more.
03:14Right.
03:15And you're looking to be here for a long time, or only five years?
03:18What's the plan?
03:20I'm looking forward to like five years to begin with,
03:22and then perhaps continue to this to ten years, maybe more.
03:26Yeah, how come you didn't want to join the Swedish army or military,
03:30but this instead?
03:31More of an adventure?
03:33It's warmer here.
03:34It's warmer?
03:36Well, not in the sea.
03:37We're about to swim, I think.
03:43I think the boat ride was just to warm up now.
03:46It looks like we're going to swim back.
03:48In December.
03:49It's almost Christmas.
04:14So we're all going to be attached to the same rope?
04:16Yes.
04:17And then we're going to be next to each other, it looks like.
04:19Sucks to be the slowest swimmer.
04:23Or actually, maybe it's nice.
04:24You can just be pulled by everyone else.
04:47I think I understood that part.
04:49So this is basically teaching people how to swim.
04:52I heard that there's someone here who doesn't really know how to swim.
04:57I would be terrified if I didn't know how to swim,
04:59and I was like thrown into that.
05:01The water is going to be cold.
05:03The water is cold.
05:05So you have to swim, always in motion.
05:07You have to stay in motion.
05:09If there's no movement,
05:11no movement,
05:12you're going to die in the water.
05:25Everyone knows how to swim.
05:26That's great.
05:28We'll see about that.
05:31Until you die.
05:41Agnes, I will subscribe on your YouTube channel.
05:44You're subscribed?
05:45Yeah.
05:46I watch a lot of your videos.
05:47Oh, thank you so much.
05:48You can watch yourself now on this one.
05:57The job.
05:58He's going to make him pay for that later.
06:00I would feel sorry if I'm not.
06:05He knows better.
06:07I got in trouble for talking to the camera.
06:11That sucks.
06:22I think the trick is not to hyperventilate or shiver.
06:25Try to control the shivering.
06:31If you shiver,
06:32you're going to have a problem.
06:35The boat is sinking.
06:37It's sinking.
06:42Hey!
06:43The arm, guys!
06:44Stop making videos!
06:45Hop!
06:46Hop!
06:47So straight away I knew that this was going to be really freaking cold.
06:50But as a Norwegian,
06:51I thought that maybe I would be okay handling the cold water.
06:55But I could not have been more wrong.
07:00The boat is sinking.
07:01It's sinking.
07:15Swim! Swim! Swim!
07:18Come this way!
07:21Come!
07:26I'm going to change position.
07:28That was way too slow for me back there.
07:32I was hardly swimming.
07:33It's so freaking cold.
07:36I'm first.
07:45How cold do you think it is?
07:47Probably like 12 degrees or something.
07:5110 degrees.
07:52Okay, we're ready?
07:53Okay.
07:57Okay, the last two.
07:58The last two, go over there.
07:59Go.
08:00You have to lie down.
08:03You have to lie down in the water.
08:05You have to have your legs behind you.
08:06It hits.
08:07If they have two legs,
08:09the hands, the little feet,
08:10we bring them back.
08:24How's it going, Linus?
08:25Is it better in front?
08:26Much better to be in front.
08:28I feel like I'm pulling.
08:45I've started to shiver now.
08:48It's like I'm trying to control my shivering,
08:50but right now it's impossible.
08:53But yeah, it's starting to...
08:58It's not hard to talk.
09:02So this is where I really started to struggle.
09:04It seemed like the lieutenant
09:06had placed all the worst swimmers in my group.
09:08The three that were originally in front
09:10that were now moved to the back
09:12had zero swimming experience.
09:15And I could hear them.
09:16It sounded like they were drowning behind me.
09:19And that, while watching that other group
09:21move so much faster than us.
09:24So at this point,
09:25my motivation was very low.
09:27And I was almost ready to throw in the towel
09:30and just give up.
09:31Wake up! Wake up!
09:33Come on!
09:34Oh! Oh!
09:36We're strong, man!
09:38Forward! Don't let go there!
09:51We're going to make it.
10:16My legs are not working.
10:21Step on it!
10:22Step on it afterwards!
10:23Step on it!
10:24Step on it!
10:25Step on it!
10:26Step on it!
10:27Come on!
10:28Get out of the water!
10:29Stop being a pussy!
10:30Oh! Hey!
10:32Move!
10:33Move there!
10:35Come on, with your comrades,
10:36get the boats.
10:37In!
10:38Jogging!
10:39Jogging!
10:40Come on, run!
10:41Run!
10:42Jogging!
10:43Come on, forward!
10:44We have to run!
10:46It's freaking cold.
10:48It was never-ending.
10:50It felt like it never...
10:53It's a weird sensation when you get on land.
10:56It's like your feet are not working at all.
10:58It was really...
11:00Oh, it was so...
11:03It was like I got to...
11:06When I felt my feet touching,
11:09I was like there was nothing,
11:11no power at all.
11:14The staff sergeant was so funny.
11:17Every time they do something wrong,
11:19I get smacked on the head or kicked in the butt.
11:26It's another level of discipline here.
11:30It was way colder than I thought it would be.
11:32My whole body is shivering right now.
11:35And it's like...
11:36I can't feel anything really.
11:39No finish!
11:40No finish!
11:41No finish!
11:42No finish!
11:43Foreign Legion, no finish!
11:50I guess we have to carry the vote up again.
11:53It's going to be crazy hard.
11:55I don't think I've ever been this cold.
11:57It's like it's hard to speak right now.
12:13I can't feel anything.
12:16Look at the ground.
12:19This is the coldest day I think I've ever had.
12:23I was definitely in the slowest group too.
12:25I was like, oh my God.
12:27I saw the other guys just disappear.
12:29And I was like in front trying to get the pace up.
12:32But today was supposed to be a rest day,
12:34so I can't even imagine what tomorrow is going to be like.
12:38So as the first day was coming to an end,
12:41I was gifted seven hours of sleep,
12:43which I thought was very generous.
12:45And that is because I just came from the other military test.
12:48And no one has done these two tests back to back.
12:51So they probably felt a little bit bad for me.
12:53But the rest of the group were not so lucky.
12:55So they had to go out, stay up all night,
12:58and complete some brutal tests.
13:02So they started with 30 men.
13:05And now they're down to 18.
13:09So yesterday when we got back here,
13:11they did a martial arts test
13:14where we saw guys coming back from the test.
13:17One looked like he had a broken rib.
13:20He could hardly walk. He had to be carried out.
13:23And the other guy had a bloody nose.
13:25I don't know if it was broken or what.
13:27But they went really hard on the guys.
13:29Oh, there's one guy.
13:32That's the guy with the broken ribs.
13:37He had to be carried around.
14:01Now they're carrying out the obstacles that we're going to do.
14:04And we're on another side of Marseille.
14:09And the water is supposed to be a lot colder here.
14:12Still have the shivers from yesterday.
14:15And just the thought of getting back into the water now.
14:20And especially since it's so early.
14:23How are you feeling about getting in the water again?
14:26Nice. I like the water.
14:28You like the water?
14:30You don't think it's going to be cold?
14:32A little bit.
14:34Yesterday was really hard.
14:37But you're from Brazil, right?
14:40The water is a little bit warmer in Brazil than here, I think.
14:43A lot warmer.
14:45But you're from Brazil, right?
14:47The water is a little bit warmer in Brazil than here, I think.
14:50A lot warmer.
14:52A lot warmer.
14:54Everybody in the water!
14:56There's no one going in the water.
14:58Jump! Jump!
15:06Wake up!
15:21I don't understand what they're saying.
15:2310 seconds to get out.
15:2510, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2...
15:31Everybody in the water!
15:33This was just horrible.
15:35After all yesterday, to get back in that cold water.
15:38And especially in the morning.
15:40It seemed like the lieutenant was doing everything he could
15:42to break us and make us quit.
15:44But I was determined to carry on
15:46and not to let him win.
15:4810, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1...
15:57Not good! Everybody in the water!
15:59Everybody in the water!
16:01As long as it's not good, we're going to carry on.
16:0310, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1...
16:11Zero!
16:13Come on, one line!
16:15Let's go, behind me!
16:45I think it's almost my turn.
16:47It's hard to just stay warm.
16:49This water is around 8 degrees Celsius,
16:51so it's really freaking cold.
16:53I'm kind of nervous for this.
16:55The good thing about stuff like this
16:57is that when I get back home
16:59I'm going to appreciate everything so much more.
17:01Sleeping in a warm bed,
17:03taking warm showers, not freezing.
17:15Hands by the sun!
17:45OK, I'm good.
18:01Push with your legs!
18:10Push with your two legs!
18:12Step down! Step down!
18:15Shit, man!
18:21This just felt impossible.
18:23I'm not sure if I was fatigued or what it was,
18:25but I just couldn't get over that obstacle.
18:27To be fair though,
18:29only one guy before me had made it,
18:31but I was just so surprised
18:33how a simple-looking obstacle like this
18:35could feel so hard.
18:44Come on!
18:59That's it!
19:01You should keep your head
19:03inside the water.
19:09One more time!
19:11It's not good.
19:13All the time, your head under the water, OK?
19:20Come on, come on, come on!
19:22Voila, OK!
19:34Put your legs on the snow!
19:43Come on, come on, come on!
20:04Keep your head inside the water, OK?
20:06It's not good.
20:08Keep your head inside the water.
20:14Come on!
20:27Come on, come on, you got this!
20:29Jump on it, go!
20:43That was freaking hard.
20:45The jump was really high too.
20:47I don't know, it's almost like
20:49it doesn't really come across on camera
20:51how high that jump was.
20:53And the obstacle, like that rolling thing,
20:55it just felt freaking impossible.
20:57And it's not over now.
21:01I don't even know what we're going to do next.
21:07I was so surprised when I saw you
21:09because they said somebody will come
21:11from the YouTube, I was like, what?
21:13There will be someone, I don't know.
21:15I saw you, I was like, what?
21:17You have a little bit of a nosebleed.
21:19It was from yesterday, right?
21:21I don't know if it's broken.
21:23Your nose is maybe broken?
21:25Maybe, yes.
21:27But I have to wait until tomorrow
21:29to get the medal and then
21:31I can ask for the doctor.
21:33Oh, so you can't ask before?
21:35I can, but I have to finish it.
21:37OK.
21:39All right, talk to you later.
21:41I don't want to get people in trouble here
21:43if we're talking to them.
21:45But that's pretty hardcore.
21:47He might have a broken nose,
21:49but he can't get it checked
21:51because if he gets any medical attention,
21:53he's out.
21:55I mean, this probably just looks
21:57like a lot of fun on camera and stuff.
21:59You make it fun with music
22:01and editing and stuff,
22:03but being here,
22:05looking how much these guys are struggling,
22:07it's way, way harder
22:09than I thought it would be.
22:11I really admire
22:13what these guys do.
22:37You still wet or you changed to warm clothes?
22:39I'm warm clothes now.
22:41How does it feel?
22:43Feels good, right?
22:45What are you looking forward to the most
22:47after this is finished?
22:49I guess just relaxing.
22:51And a bit of food.
22:53What is the first meal you're going to have?
22:55Something, a lot of fat,
22:57a lot of calories, that's for sure.
22:59Hamburger with fries.
23:01Pizza, you name it.
23:07So, how long have you been here for now?
23:09For now, it's been approximately
23:11six to seven months.
23:13Six to seven months?
23:15Since I joined the legion, yeah.
23:17And you have to be here
23:19five years in total, right?
23:21Five years is obligatory at first.
23:23Then if you want to, you can either leave
23:25or, yeah,
23:27come back.
23:29So, you have to be here
23:31five years in total, right?
23:33Five years is obligatory at first.
23:35Then if you want to, you can either leave or,
23:37yeah, continue.
23:39And I heard that when you enter,
23:41you get an alias.
23:43You're not allowed to have your real name.
23:45Yeah, they give you a new name.
23:47So, what's your alias?
23:49My alias right now is...
23:51That's your alias, not your real name.
23:53So, you've got a kind of Swedish-sounding alias.
23:55Yeah, yeah.
23:57And also, they show you a list when you arrive.
23:59You can choose your alias.
24:01From one to...
24:03Yeah.
24:05Some of the people are a little bit behind.
24:07Can't blame them, though.
24:09I mean, they've done a lot.
24:11But I think out of everyone so far,
24:13you seem to be one of the ones who handled this the best.
24:15You don't seem...
24:17Also, when we were in the truck earlier,
24:19there were no cameras or anything, and we were talking a bunch.
24:21The other guys seemed like they were sleeping a lot of them.
24:23But it was like chatting,
24:25talking about Sweden, and no way.
24:27I guess it's just...
24:29Try to stay positive, I guess.
24:31Yeah, try to stay positive.
24:33How old are you?
24:35I'm 21.
24:37What do your parents think of you being here?
24:39I guess I wasn't too happy when I told them.
24:41They weren't?
24:43Yeah.
24:45Because they heard about the French Foreign Legion.
24:47Yeah, they knew a little bit before about it.
24:49What did you tell them?
24:51I just told them, like,
24:53this is my choice, this is what I want to do now.
24:55I'm a grown-up, so I can make my own choice, I guess.
24:57It is what it is.
25:01Let's go.
25:19This was supposed to be a 40-minute hike.
25:21That's what they told us.
25:23And we've been hiking for two hours already.
25:27That's just to play with the heads, you know.
25:31Expect the unexpected.
25:33It's just like
25:35disconnecting the brain and
25:37do what you're told.
25:39But the crazy thing is that this feels like a rest
25:41compared to everything else we're doing.
25:43Marching like this, it's just like
25:45recovery, basically.
25:55So I'm going to go through the obstacle course
25:57with Judant.
25:59It's a little bit intimidating, so I'm a little bit nervous.
26:01Alright, so I'm going to go through the obstacles.
26:03Ten minutes, they say is a good time.
26:05I think that would have been easy if it wasn't for the fact that I'm
26:07completely exhausted right now.
26:09We just marched for two and a half hours,
26:11and we ran the last bit with backpacks, weapons,
26:13and now doing this.
26:15I just need to follow the instructions in French
26:17and do my best.
26:19Alright, let's go.
26:29Just hit my head a couple of times,
26:31but luckily I have a thick head.
26:41Oh, sorry.
26:43That guy has not been through hell week like me.
26:45It's easier for him.
26:47Okay, alright.
26:59Okay.
27:15It's hard to balance
27:17when you're sore.
27:29Phew.
27:41Right now I've just
27:43shut down my brain.
27:45I'm not thinking about it.
27:47I'm just doing like I'm told.
27:59Almost finished.
28:07And fun fact, we're actually doing this next to
28:09France's biggest prison
28:11where all the most
28:13criminal murders
28:15and the R word and stuff
28:17are. They should come out here and do this
28:19because this is punishment.
28:25Six minutes.
28:27That was good. I think
28:29my legs are sore, but I still have my upper body strength
28:31and that's important for this stuff, but then again
28:33I haven't done as much as these
28:35guys, so they're probably way
28:37more wasted than I am, but it's cool.
28:39This is like the first time where I feel like I can
28:41use my climbing strength
28:43a little bit.
28:47So what they told
28:49me was that a few people had already
28:51deserted, meaning that they had just left the
28:53camp without telling anyone,
28:55probably running through the woods, hoping to make
28:57it to Italy, which is the
28:59closest country, without getting caught.
29:01If they got caught, they would end up
29:03in prison. And that's when I understood
29:05the seriousness of
29:07what I was taking part in.
29:09For me, I'm here to make a video
29:11and to show you guys
29:13this experience,
29:15but for everyone else, this
29:17is super serious.
29:19If they choose not to complete
29:21this, they might end up in prison.
29:23What's your alias?
29:25Ajina.
29:27That's when you come here.
29:29They call you Ajina.
29:31Sounds good, man. I love the name.
29:33You're from Kenya? Yeah, I'm from Kenya.
29:35What made you come here? I left a well-paying job
29:37to do this. Oh, you had a well-paying job
29:39in your country? Yeah. Did you do a lot of training
29:41to come here or just show up?
29:43Mentally. Mentally training.
29:45How's your swimming?
29:47Oh, that was very bad.
29:49That must be super
29:51scary to come here if you can't swim.
29:53I had not learned swimming before.
29:55No? When you come here, you know that
29:57there's going to be swimming and you don't know how to swim.
29:59That must be terrifying.
30:01I think that was the hardest part of the training for me.
30:03But I had very good
30:05friends.
30:07I made some friends and they kept encouraging me.
30:09I can't say I'm good right now,
30:11but I can swim.
30:13I can float. I can go a little bit.
30:15Because when I came, I couldn't even
30:17float. You would sink.
30:19Yeah, it was very difficult for me.
30:21What do you think is the
30:23hardest part about being here? Is it the food?
30:25Is it the sleep? Is it the cold?
30:27What is it?
30:29For me,
30:31there's nothing hard. It's mentally.
30:33It's the mental health.
30:35If you're mentally stable and you think
30:37you can do it, there's nothing difficult.
30:39You just have to shut off your brain and
30:41just do. What's more important is
30:43discipline. If you're very disciplined,
30:45you can do it. It's not easy,
30:47but it's the mental health.
30:49For me, I know if this is what I want,
30:51this is what I came for.
30:53I left people back at home and they were...
30:55How long are you planning on staying here?
30:57No, no, no. The rest of my life.
30:59What does your family think of you
31:01coming here? My mom was against it.
31:03I also had my girlfriend.
31:05By that time, she was pregnant.
31:07She was supportive.
31:09Okay.
31:11You have a kid back home then?
31:13Yeah, I do.
31:15I've never met her because I came when
31:17my girlfriend was pregnant.
31:19Do you sometimes call them?
31:21Yeah, I do.
31:23We do talk.
31:25You do keep in touch.
31:27Is there a little part of you who wants
31:29to make the people back home proud?
31:31One part is making myself proud.
31:33Because I had
31:35so many people who...
31:37My family was so much
31:39disappointed. Disappointed for what?
31:41Because why are you leaving a well-paid
31:43job, going to join the military?
31:45Okay, disappointed that you're coming here.
31:47That makes sense. For me to be proud
31:49and come up strong
31:51and make it and tell
31:53them I'm doing good, then for me
31:55that will be the proudest moment of
31:57my life.
32:01It's cool to get
32:03to know the guys because they have such
32:05different backgrounds. In most
32:07cases, it seems like their family didn't
32:09even want them to come here in the first place
32:11because they think of this as super dangerous
32:13and it is really dangerous
32:15coming here. I mean, most of these guys
32:17are going to be sent to actual
32:19wars, conflicts
32:21and some of the most
32:23dangerous places on
32:25Earth. Places where no other
32:27military wants to go because it's
32:29so dangerous. That's where
32:31these guys potentially get sent.
32:35This had really been one of the
32:37longest days of my life.
32:39When I heard that we're going back
32:41to the fort, I was just super
32:43relieved. They told me that tomorrow
32:45was going to be climbing
32:47Via Ferrata and an obstacle course.
32:49Even though I didn't
32:51know what to expect,
32:53as long as I didn't have to go back into that cold
32:55water, I'm super happy.
33:09They say that 10 minutes is good for this
33:11but from experience, when they say
33:1310 minutes is good, they mean 10 minutes is
33:15basically impossible because they've been sandbagging
33:17every time so far. This is
33:19kind of like an obstacle course
33:21but just a little bit more extreme. You do
33:23a lot of traversing, trolling, climbing in nets,
33:25jumping over things
33:27and the most important thing is the
33:29security. The safety guiding
33:31the carabiners through. If you fail
33:33that, you're going to fail everything.
33:35You need to keep your head straight
33:37That is pretty hard because I've been through
33:39a lot, I haven't slept much and
33:41I haven't eaten much and it's been
33:43an exhausting week
33:45so hopefully I don't forget to
33:47clip in anywhere because that would
33:49fail me.
33:51That guy had to do an extra lap
33:53or he forgot one.
33:55He forgot an obstacle.
33:57You have to follow the red arrows
33:59on the ground and they're pretty small
34:01and spread out so
34:03you could easily miss an arrow and go
34:05the wrong direction. Then you have to go all the way back.
34:07So there are a lot of things to remember.
34:09I've just gone through it just to look at
34:11all the obstacles and I think I know
34:13what to do.
34:15I'm going to aim for under 10 minutes. This sort of stuff
34:17should suit me as a climber so
34:19I would kind of be embarrassed if I didn't
34:21do well on this test.
34:35Ready?
34:373, 2, 1...
34:39Go!
35:05...
35:07...
35:09...
35:11...
35:13...
35:15...
35:17...
35:19...
35:25I went the wrong way.
35:27Yeah, I know.
35:31Here, right?
35:33...
35:35...
35:37...
35:39...
35:41...
35:43...
35:45...
35:47...
35:49...
35:51...
35:53...
35:55...
35:57...
35:59...
36:01...
36:03...
36:05...
36:07...
36:09...
36:11...
36:13...
36:15...
36:17The obstacles in this course
36:19are very different from what I'm used to
36:21but they're actually super fun.
36:23The only thing is that clipping in and out
36:25takes a lot of time so
36:27I wish that I could go without a harness
36:29because I would have been
36:31a lot faster.
36:33...
36:35...
36:37...
36:39...
36:41...
36:43...
36:45...
36:47Okay, ready?
36:49...
36:51...
36:53...
36:55...
36:57...
36:59...
37:01...
37:03...
37:05...
37:07...
37:09...
37:11...
37:13...
37:15It's tiring.
37:17Most of the pathfinding is like
37:19where am I going?
37:21These small arrows on the ground.
37:23I'm not a really big fan of obstacle courses
37:25but this one was actually pretty cool.
37:27Very creative.
37:29...
37:31...
37:33...
37:35...
37:37...
37:39...
37:41...
37:43...
37:45...
37:47...
37:49...
37:51...
37:53...
37:55...
37:57...
37:59...
38:01...
38:03...
38:05...
38:07...
38:09...
38:11...
38:13...
38:15...
38:17...
38:19...
38:21...
38:23...
38:25...
38:27...
38:29...
38:31...
38:33...
38:35...
38:37...
38:39...
38:41...
38:43...
38:45...
38:47...
38:49...
38:51...
38:53...
38:55...
38:57...
38:59...
39:01...
39:03...
39:05...
39:07...
39:09...
39:11...
39:13...
39:15...
39:17I'm feeling honored, but I'm also feeling a little bit nervous.
39:47How are you doing, Colonel?
40:01How are you doing, Colonel?
40:07It's too cold.
40:17How was the course?
40:29It was a nice experience.
40:33What was your favorite experience?
40:37Being in the water with the guys.
40:39Congratulations.
40:48Good job.
41:02Rest.
41:04For the team.
41:06Congratulations.
41:08Now, to the club.
41:10Break the ranks.
41:14Look at that.
41:15Look at that, man.
41:17First civilian to have one of these.
41:19First and last.
41:21That is a great honor.
41:23That is really, really cool.
41:25Quite an experience.
