00:00I reckon our generation is quite like, we want really good jobs and the only way you're
00:08going to get those, especially like with what we do with film and stuff, you know, you've
00:13got to go to like apprenticeships for those, maybe even uni. A lot of people can't afford
00:17to go to uni and it puts them off.
00:20I do. I think there's, there's lots of gaps in terms of people expecting more experience
00:25then obviously you've got to start somewhere. And companies, because of potentially increased
00:30targets, higher pressures in jobs, they're expecting people to be able to come in and
00:33do a job straight away. They don't have so much time to maybe give people a chance to
00:37learn and build their craft. So I think it is much harder, I believe, yeah.
00:42It's a mixture of things, isn't it? They're frustrated, they're struggling with their
00:48exams, there's a lot of mental health out there and stress, and that's covering everybody
00:53in this country, there's a lot, and it's going to take decades to sort this country out.
