00:00A lot of heartbreak, a lot of people thinking I'll come out of school and I'll go in to do this and just not able to.
00:04A lot of people will get a degree but find there are absolutely no jobs for that degree.

00:23In the UK we've got one million people between 18 and 25 that are claiming benefits
00:29and unemployed and all the rest of it.
00:31And the question there is, why is a million kids not working?
00:35You know, what's went wrong to cause that?
00:38I mean, there's plenty of work in Glasgow.
00:42You know, you keep hearing about the people coming over, migration and things like that.
00:46But you've got to ask a question, why have we got migration when we've got so many people that aren't working?
00:51We need plumbers, electricians and joiners.
00:53I'm hunting for an electrician at the moment and finding very hard to get one.
00:58I think Covid has a lot to answer for.
