00:00The Lord is my refuge, the source of my life, the soul of Makkah, the city of Medina,
00:07He is the one who creates man.
00:16Ladies and gentlemen, welcome.
00:18Worship is the topic of our program today.
00:20And we would like to know which worships are considered obligatory.
00:27Whenever Mufti Sahab gives a statement, he explains it in a very good way.
00:32I would like Mufti Sahab to speak on this.
00:34In the name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
00:36See, the thing which is obligatory,
00:39should be with such evidence,
00:42that which is definitive proof and definitive evidence,
00:46then it becomes a duty.
00:48Definitive proof means that there is no doubt that it is definitive.
00:52Like the whole Quran is definitive proof.
00:55There is no doubt that each verse is definitive.
00:59And definitive evidence means that
01:02that verse is giving a clear guidance on its topic.
01:08Without any effort, without any commentator.
01:11Complete meaning, like aqeem-us-salat, establish prayer.
01:15There is no need for anyone's clarification in this.
01:17So this verse will be called definitive evidence.
01:20So when we get such definitive proof and definitive evidence,
01:25then what is proven from it is called duty.
01:29So it means that there is a Quranic verse,
01:32and then there is definitive evidence,
01:34which means that it is giving a clear guidance on its topic,
01:39and there is truth on it, then it is called definitive evidence.
01:42This is how duty is proven.
01:44But there are two types of duty.
01:46One is called the duty of belief, and the other is called the duty of action.
01:49So this is the duty of belief that I mentioned.
01:52The duty of action means that
01:54one thing is not proven from a definitive evidence,
01:58but in the view of the Mujtahid, it is so important
02:02that if it is taken out of worship, then the worship will not be complete.
02:05It will be deficient.
02:07Like Imam-e-Azam Abu Hanifa, may Allah be pleased with him,
02:10according to him, it is obligatory to do masah on at least the fourth head.
02:13But this duty of masah on the fourth head,
02:16is not from a definitive evidence.
02:18This is the hadith of Mughair bin Shobha, may Allah be pleased with him,
02:21that when the Prophet ﷺ did ablution,
02:23he did masah on his head as much as his forehead.
02:26From which Imam-e-Azam argued that
02:28it is obligatory to do masah on at least the fourth head.
02:31Now we also call this duty.
02:33But this is not the duty of belief,
02:35it is called the duty of action.
02:37And the duty of action is not proven from a definitive evidence.
02:40Because if it was, then it would be the duty of belief.
02:42Rather, it is proven from a duty.
02:44That is, it is proven from a definitive evidence.
02:47There can be verses of the Qur'an,
02:49and there can be ahadith as well.
02:51For example, the verses of the Qur'an,
02:54that is, there is such a verse in them,
02:56that many meanings can be derived,
02:58many subjects can be derived.
03:00Then the Mujtahid chooses one of them,
03:02the Mufassir chooses one.
03:04So there is such a word in a verse,
03:07which is made for many meanings,
03:09it is called Waza'a.
03:11When one of them is chosen,
03:13then it is called Ayat-e-Muawwala.
03:15There is no definitive evidence in this,
03:17because the opinion of the Mujtahid is involved.
03:19So if something is proven from Ayat-e-Muawwala,
03:21then it cannot be an obligation,
03:23it will be a duty.
03:24Or when something is proven from a hadith,
03:27then it is also a duty.
03:29Yes, it is possible that from a definitive evidence,
03:31from a definitive evidence,
03:33the obligation of something has been proven.
03:35And that subject is also present in the hadith.
03:37Like the Salah, the Prophet recited it.
03:39But we will not say that
03:41its obligation is proven because of this hadith.
03:43Because the reason is proven from the hadith,
03:45not the obligation.
03:46We will say that the obligation is proven from the verse,
03:48and the hadith is for its support and clarification.
03:50So the summary of this is that
03:52all the worships,
03:54which have a clear command in the verses of the Holy Qur'an,
03:57they are obligatory on us.
03:59See, there is the command of Salah,
04:01of Zakat, of Hajj.
04:03But when it comes to sacrifice,
04:05like the Prophet recited the verse,
04:07then for your Lord,
04:09you should recite Salah,
04:11Now, if you kill a camel,
04:13it will become Nahr.
04:15But this means sacrifice.
04:17There can be interpretation in this.
04:19Therefore, sacrifice is obligatory,
04:21not obligatory.
04:23So now people should see that
04:25people also make the chosen one
04:27reach the level of obligation.
04:29And sometimes they consider the obligation to be so insignificant.
04:31Son, you study tuition.
04:33Salah will be done later.
04:35They do so much.
04:37So this should be known.
04:39What is obligatory?
04:41And how was it proven?
04:43When the scholars told you that
04:45this is obligatory,
04:47you should believe it.
04:49But if you want to ask for evidence,
04:51it is not forbidden.
04:53Some people ask us to give evidence.
04:55I say that the evidence is so difficult
04:57that you will not understand even if I give it.
04:59You take the result.
05:01These are the technical things of the scholars.
05:03But it is not for the public.
05:05And today,
05:07on social media,
05:09people's minds have been ruined.
05:11See, the evidences of everything
05:13are present in the Quran and Hadith.
05:15Now I challenge you to sit down
05:17and I will mention ten questions to you.
05:19You take out the evidences from the Quran and Hadith.
05:21Not all issues are proven from the Quran and Hadith.
05:23One is,
05:25Dalalatul Nas.
05:27This has been discussed before.
05:29Dalalat means to guide.
05:31Nas means verses and so on.
05:33Those who clearly understand the subject
05:35call it Nas.
05:37Allah said,
05:39Do not call your parents
05:41Uff and do not scold them.
05:43The verse says not to call them Uff.
05:45But the scholars noticed
05:47that the verse actually says Uff.
05:49But what is the indication?
05:51Because Uff will
05:53torture the parents,
05:55the actual prohibition is torture.
05:57When it came out, it was proven from Dalalatul Nas
05:59that it is forbidden to abuse,
06:01to kill, to put in jail.
06:03So I ask the people
06:05that tell me, in the Quran,
06:07it is forbidden to say Uff.
06:09Show me where in the Quran
06:11it is forbidden to abuse the parents.
06:13This means that
06:15even from Dalalatul Nas,
06:17the rules are proven.
06:19So there are four ways to prove the rules.
06:21Dalalatul Nas, Ibaratul Nas,
06:23Isharatul Nas, Iqtizaun Nas.
06:25The one who is sitting and saying,
06:27Bukhari and Muslim,
06:29they have never heard the names of the four.
06:31There is no mention of you in the Quran and Hadith.
06:33There is no mention of you, tell me.
06:35There is mention of Mr. Raees in the Quran and Hadith.
06:37Don't accept their existence.
06:39One simple question, where is it written?
06:41Where is it written?
06:43The people have the right
06:45to ask for their spiritual healing.
06:47But to argue,
06:49to win,
06:51or because if you can prove it,
06:53then we will believe, otherwise we will deny.
06:55So if you do it, then it is wrong.
06:57Then you are sitting in front of us.
06:59Because you have assumed the status of a team.
07:01Then we will question you.
07:03First your knowledge will be tested.
07:05Are you even capable of
07:07competing with us?
07:09In the beginning, when I came to the media,
07:11in Ahkam e Shariat,
07:13I mentioned the issue of alcohol.
07:15This perfume, you can use alcohol in it.
07:17Someone sent me a message,
07:19what did you say?
07:21This is alcohol.
07:23How did you allow the video?
07:25I said, okay, tell me.
07:27He said, we did not talk directly.
07:29I said, tell him,
07:31first read Aswab-e-Sitta,
07:33then we will sit and discuss.
07:35Those days, the word Aswab-e-Sitta
07:37must have disappeared as soon as you heard it.
07:39See, there is no point in
07:41explaining knowledge,
07:43nor is there a point in considering anyone low.
07:45Religion is very easy,
07:47but not so easy that if you put it in your mouth like a dessert,
07:49it will go down in your stomach.
07:51Many foods are very easy, like Halwa.
07:53And many are such that
07:55they do not stick to the throat.
07:57Therefore, Quran and Hadith
07:59are very easy, but also very difficult.
08:01Sahibaan-e-Ilm, please come,
08:03they will verify me.
08:05You read Tirmidhi Sharif.
08:07The habit of Sahiba-e-Tirmidhi is
08:09that they will mention the Hadith
08:11of any Fiqh issue and tell
08:13that this Sahaba is on this religion,
08:15this Sahaba is not on this,
08:17and they argue with another Hadith.
08:19So much so that they mention
08:21Shawaaf and Ahnaaf.
08:23They mention Kufa,
08:25and Imam-e-Azam's Qala Ba'aduhum.
08:27But they explain that
08:29many scholars disagree on this issue.
08:31Like the issue of Witr,
08:33you read Tirmidhi,
08:35they have said that some
08:37used to read Witr,
08:39some 3 rakat, and some 5 rakat.
08:41The Witr of 5 rakat is also proven,
08:43which some Sahaba used to read.
08:45So, these people have been
08:47following Imam-e-Azam for a long time.
08:49They are reading 3 rakat Witr.
08:51So, they have made a clip
08:53that two are separate,
08:55and one is separate.
08:57We are reading it wrong.
08:59Think about it,
09:01Ahnaaf are the most in this world.
09:03And till Qiyamah,
09:05they will be the most.
09:07How can the majority be wrong?
09:09Minority can be wrong.
09:11Still, what is our method?
09:13We don't say that it is wrong.
09:15We say that they should
09:17act on their argument.
09:19When Ulema draw a conclusion,
09:21it is according to their
09:23thinking and understanding.
09:25And it is presented
09:27very well in Quran and Hadith.
09:29The last thing is that
09:31when they draw a solution,
09:33Ulema's method is that
09:35all the verses,
09:37Ahadith,
09:39the actions of the Sahaba,
09:41and the actions of the great followers,
09:43all these are presented
09:45and then a conclusion is drawn.
09:47This is the greatest Imam,
09:49this is the greatest Mujtahid,
09:51and this is the second reflection
09:53of Khwaja Hassan Basri,
09:55and this is the current Imam-e-Azam.
09:57He uses only one Hadith
09:59and says that all are wrong
10:01and we are right.
10:03We should not adopt this method.
10:05The current situation,
10:07which has been the victim
10:09of intellectual expansion
10:11has been done by social media
10:13and so-called scholars.
10:15Respected viewers,
10:17let's take a break.
10:19We will return after the break.
10:21We will make more questions
10:23a part of the program.
10:25Stay with us.
10:39Respected viewers,
10:41the topic is Ibadat.
10:43In the last segment,
10:45I read a couplet
10:47by Musa Sahab.
10:59Let's move on.
11:01Allama Ilyaq Hussain Azari
11:03has come.
11:05He has given a comprehensive
11:07answer in the last segment.
11:09Allama Sahab,
11:11what are the basic conditions
11:13and principles of Ibadat?
11:15I would like you to comment on this.
11:17In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Ever Merciful.
11:19The scholars have given
11:21a very comprehensive answer.
11:23As Allama Sahab has said,
11:25we are the servants of Allah.
11:27And it is enough for us
11:29that the King and Master
11:31have been commanded.
11:33And there will be no believer
11:35except that Allah and His Messenger
11:37have been commanded to choose.
11:39This is not good for a believer.
11:41He has no choice.
11:43When Allah's command
11:45has been given,
11:47there is no wisdom
11:49or understanding
11:51in the presence of Allah.
11:53Now tell me,
11:55what will be the understanding
11:57of putting mud on your hands
11:59and washing your face?
12:01But Allah and His Messenger
12:03have been commanded to follow.
12:05The scholars have taught
12:07beautiful children
12:09that they can learn,
12:11but the basic thing
12:13for a Muslim
12:15is to sacrifice
12:17their wisdom.
12:19But this wisdom
12:21destroys a person
12:23if he goes towards it.
12:25So sacrifice your wisdom
12:27in the presence of the Prophet.
12:29And Allah says,
12:31if you take this wisdom
12:33to the feet of the Prophet,
12:35then both your eyes
12:37will see the Prophet.
12:41So the basis is that
12:43Allah and His Messenger
12:45have been commanded to follow.
12:47As far as conditions are concerned,
12:49the most basic condition
12:51is to be a Muslim.
12:53A Muslim is commanded.
12:55Allah commands.
12:57To be wise, to be mature,
12:59and to have power over that worship.
13:01For example,
13:03there is a person
13:05on whom Hajj is obligatory.
13:09Allah says,
13:11he will be able to do it.
13:13Then he will be peaceful on the way.
13:15He will have power over it.
13:17He will be healthy.
13:19Otherwise, he will go towards Hajj.
13:21Similarly, Salah is obligatory.
13:23We read in the principle of jurisprudence
13:25that every person
13:27is commanded to pray.
13:33The time for every prayer
13:35is fixed.
13:37As soon as the prayer starts,
13:39the prayer is directed towards us.
13:41Similarly, Zakat is obligatory.
13:43For Zakat, it is necessary
13:45to be wealthy,
13:47to have power over it.
13:49These are all things
13:51that make that worship obligatory.
13:53Allah says,
13:55The moon of the month
13:57was seen,
13:59and the month began.
14:01The condition is that
14:03it is obligatory on you.
14:05Yes, if there is a patient
14:07and he does not have power over it,
14:09there is an exemption for him.
14:11Similarly, if he cannot perform ablution,
14:13he will go to Tayammum.
14:15Similarly, if he cannot stand,
14:17he will sit and pray.
14:19But if he does not have power over it,
14:21he will become a lawyer
14:23and perform ablution.
14:25These are the basic conditions.
14:27One is to be a Muslim,
14:29to be wise, to be mature,
14:31and to pay attention to that worship.
14:33Only then will a person be able
14:35to perform that worship properly.
14:37Secondly, I would like to say
14:39that when any worship is obligatory,
14:41people do not learn it.
14:43There is a person,
14:45for whom Zakat is obligatory.
14:47He knows the issues of Zakat.
14:49He knows the obligations of Zakat.
14:51If he is going to perform Hajj,
14:53he does not even know about Hajj.
14:55However, when the Khalil of Allah
14:57built the Ka'bah,
14:59he first prayed,
15:01O Allah, build this Ka'bah
15:03and teach us how to build it properly.
15:05But we say,
15:07give it to Allah.
15:09Give permission to Baba Ji
15:11and it will happen automatically.
15:13This is not the case.
15:15The Prophet is present in the mosque
15:17and he said,
15:19teach me how to pray.
15:21The Prophet said this three times.
15:23The third time he said,
15:25O Prophet,
15:27teach me how to pray.
15:29If we tell someone
15:31that you did not pray,
15:33he will say,
15:35do you want to pray or Allah?
15:37He will say,
15:39do you want to pray or Allah?
15:41The Prophet said,
15:43teach me how to pray.
15:45This is an essential thing
15:47that you should learn
15:49the worship that you are doing.
15:51The meaning of
15:53seeking knowledge is
15:55that the worship that is
15:57necessary for you,
15:59its conditions,
16:01its obligations,
16:03its basic things,
16:05you should learn them.
16:07The real soul of worship
16:09and the real purpose of worship,
16:11I would like you to say something about it.
16:13In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Ever Merciful.
16:15A believer makes a covenant with Allah
16:17that we will worship you,
16:19we will pray to you,
16:21we will worship you,
16:23we will pray to you,
16:25we will worship you,
16:27we make a covenant with Allah.
16:29This covenant is for the last moment.
16:31and worship your Lord until death comes to you.
16:33and worship your Lord until death comes to you.
16:35Stay in worship of your Lord
16:37until death comes to you.
16:39The essence of worship is
16:41that a person
16:43who worships his Lord,
16:45he should also deny
16:47all the powers that are
16:49in front of him.
16:51I seek refuge in Allah,
16:53I seek refuge in the Lord.
16:55Worship Allah
16:57and remove the taghut.
16:59It is not that
17:01when it is time to pray,
17:03you pray in the mosque
17:05and when it is time for Holi Diwali,
17:07you go and paint the Holi colors.
17:09It is to remove the taghut.
17:11Yes, you go to the temple and
17:13you are offering the prayers and
17:15you are also praying.
17:17And in another place,
17:19it is said,
17:21pray,
17:23worship,
17:25and stay away from shirk.
17:27So the essence of worship is
17:29that it should be done in a very pure way.
17:31It is said in Surah Bayyinah,
17:33Illa liyabudullaha
17:35mukhlisina lahuddeen.
17:37The commandment has been given
17:39to worship Allah
17:41in a very pure way.
17:43Wada'ullaha mukhlisina lahuddeen.
17:45In many places,
17:47the word Ikhlas has been used
17:49in the Holy Quran,
17:51which Huzoor has interpreted as
17:53inna salati wa nusuki wa mahya'i wa mamati.
17:55The essence of worship,
17:57like the Prophet was asked
17:59how to pray,
18:01he replied,
18:03qad aflaha almu'minoon,
18:05allazina hum fee salatihim khashiyoon.
18:07There is no commandment to pray here.
18:09The commandment is to fear in prayer.
18:11If you pray,
18:13a state of fear will come upon you.
18:15Illa liyabudullaha
18:17ka annaka taraahu
18:19fa innahu yaraaka.
18:21The essence of worship is
18:23that when you are in the state of worship,
18:25imagine that Allah is watching you.
18:27Allah is watching you.
18:29You are seeing Allah.
18:31When Hazrat Ali Murtaza
18:33used to perform ablution,
18:35his face would turn yellow.
18:37Maula, why are you
18:39in such a state of color?
18:41He said, when I think
18:43about who I am going to stand in front of,
18:45the color changes.
18:47Sayyida Ayesha says,
18:49when it is time to pray,
18:51the Prophet would become a stranger to us.
18:53This is the essence of worship.
18:55When you are in the state of worship,
18:57you will be cut off from everything
18:59and will reach Allah's court
19:01in a special state.
19:03I want a one-liner message
19:05for our viewers.
19:07Today we talked about worship
19:09and the main thing is that
19:11these are the conditions of worship.
19:13These are the conditions of worship.
19:15Worship is only for Allah.
19:17Worship is not for anyone
19:19other than Allah.
19:21In our Islamic Shariah,
19:23Allah said,
19:25Sajda-e-Tazimi is also Haram.
19:27In fact,
19:29a person goes to a shrine
19:31and kisses the shrine,
19:33takes a kiss,
19:35and does Taqbeel.
19:37The Prophet said,
19:39it is a sin not to do Taqbeel.
19:41Stand at a distance,
19:43recite the Fatiha,
19:45send the elders,
19:47and ask Allah for their help.
19:49It is the worship of Allah.
19:51We make them a means
19:53and a means.
19:55Worship is only for Allah.
19:57Worship is not for anyone
19:59other than Allah.
20:01I would like to tell the youth
20:03to save themselves
20:05from the doors of
20:07sedition and corruption
20:09and be with the scholars.
20:11Everything is not on Google.
20:13These are the scholars on earth.
20:15They are the proof of Allah.
20:17They are the signs of Allah.
20:19Be with them.
20:21Be with your religion
20:23and your worship.
20:25It is a beautiful message.
20:27Knowledge of everything
20:29makes it perfect.
20:31All the worship we do at home,
20:33like Salah, fasting,
20:35Hajj, Zakat,
20:37and Qurbani,
20:39learn important knowledge about them.

20:43do you know about Tajweed?
20:45Do you know about Salah,
20:47its obligations,
20:49learn these important things.
20:51For this,
20:53contact any good scholar
20:55or any institution of Ahl-e-Sunnah.
20:57Join the course.
20:59Take my number
21:01from the control room
21:03and contact me.
21:05I can give you a briefing on this.
21:07But do it.
21:09If you don't gain knowledge,
21:11as the Prophet said,
21:13worship will happen,
21:15but the soul will not.
21:17And there is very little time
21:19for such worship in the court of Allah.
21:21I would like to thank
21:23all three of you.
21:25Allama Ali Aqnus Nazari,
21:27Allama Hafiz Zubair,

21:33on worship.

21:45the biography of Hazrat Khalid Mahmud Khalid Naqshbandi,
21:47may Allah have mercy on him.

21:55Naat-e-Rasool-e-Maqbool.

22:15Why is my heart so sad?
22:31My eyes are filled with tears.
22:39Why are my eyes filled with tears today?
22:57I had to leave this face.
23:15I had to leave this face.
23:41I had to leave this face.
24:09I had to leave this face.
