00:00Hello and welcome back! We are packing for Disney!
00:07So cool. Is that a unicorn? The little ears.
00:10I did go a little crazy with, I should win an award.
00:14We are going to Disney World in Florida.
00:17And we haven't been back to America since we left because we only moved back to England in May.
00:23So now it's February. So coming up to a year almost actually.
00:26So if you are new here, I am a mum of three.
00:29I have a five-year-old, a three-year-old and a one-year-old.
00:32We're taking all of them to Disney along with my husband.
00:34I'm a bit overstimulated.
00:37This is what we're dealing with right now.
00:38It does not help that my dog has decided to lie down right on top of the kids clothes.
00:45We also have this. We have two suitcases, two massive ones.
00:50And then, I mean, that's big as well.
00:52So we have a yellow trip one as well, which has been through the absolute most with us.
00:57I am so excited as well. We have some special guests meeting us there.
01:02The kids don't know that we're going.
01:05They just know we're going on a holiday.
01:08So we think we're going to tell them because we don't need to be at Heathrow, I think, until 11.30.
01:17So I think what we're going to do, we're going to drive to Heathrow.
01:19And what we're going to do is we're going to tell them before we leave.
01:23Also, Sophie doesn't really understand, neither none of my kids really understand what Disney World or Land is.
01:29So I found a little, like, video on YouTube from Disney, which is like shows their parks and makes it look really magical.
01:36It's got lovely music and stuff behind it, so to give her an idea of, like, what Disney is.
01:40I do want to say, because I'm not sure about, and actually, I watched so many people's Disney videos.
01:46And I know that some of these people definitely got their holidays gifted.
01:51So I'm going to be very transparent. We did get this holiday gifted from Disney, which I actually can't.
01:58There are really cool things I get to do in my job, but being able to share them with my children, this is the most exciting thing I've ever done.
02:06Like, I know I'm going to sob the whole time. I'm going to cry. Unbelievable.
02:11So I'm going to just share a little bit of where we're going and what each day. Let me look.
02:14We are staying at Animal Lodge, which is on the park.
02:18I do want to say, though, that none of our clothes or anything has been gifted to us.
02:22Like, all of this is, like, our stuff.
02:25Nothing you see in this video is gifted or an ad or anything, but where we are going on the trip is technically a gifted trip.
02:34So I just want that to be clear, because some of these people are sneaky.
02:40Okay, we are flying out Virgin Premium Economy, which is so amazing.
02:45I always used to fly Premium Economy with the kids when I used to fly from the UK back to England.
02:50I love Virgin. They're just so nice. The crew are so nice.
02:54It's like, you all right, darling? Do you want to help with your buggy?
02:56Like, oh, just such nice people. I really, really like Virgin.
02:59And I used to fly all the time with my kids by myself.
03:00And Premium Economy, guys, isn't actually that much more expensive.
03:04Like, it's not like business class. Like, it's just bigger economy seats, and you get your food on, like, proper plates and stuff.
03:10So I'm really excited about that.
03:11Okay, we're staying at Animal Kingdom.
03:12On Monday, we are doing Magic Kingdom.
03:15So excited. We are doing the Bibbity Bobbity Boutique Experience.
03:19And then we're doing the fireworks.
03:23Tuesday, we are going to Epcot.
03:25I'm so excited for Epcot.
03:27Oh, it's gonna be so good.
03:29Wednesday, we're going to...
03:30Oh, we're doing the Animal Kingdom theme park.
03:33Thursday, we're doing the water park.
03:36So excited.
03:37Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park.
03:39Buzzing.
03:40We're having lunch on the day we leave.
03:42Disney Springs.
03:43Don't know what that is.
03:45Anyway, yeah, so excited.
03:47I'm absolutely buzzing.
03:48I can't wait.
03:48So we're gonna pack.
03:49I did have a bit of a panic that Charlie didn't have any t-shirts.
03:53So I did do a little run down to the high street to get him some t-shirts.
03:57So let's start packing.
03:59And I thought I'd show you some of the bits I got the kids while I pack.
04:07What I really like about bae suitcases is it has like sections on this bit.
04:12It also has two big pouches here.
04:14We do also have the medium suitcase of this actually.
04:17And I need to get it down.
04:18But I thought what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna put me and the kids in the two big pink suitcases.
04:22And then probably the yellow one as well.
04:25And then Kyle go into the pink medium suitcase that we have.
04:29And then he can pack.
04:30Because guys, I'm not packing for my husband, okay?
04:32He's old enough.
04:34I was about to say he's 46.
04:37He's not 46. He's younger than me.
04:39Yeah, she's a cougar.
04:40I'm 35. So that means that he's 34, I think.
04:45Maybe he's 33.
04:46I don't know.
04:48Okay, one thing we also love is packing cubes.
04:50I got these ages ago.
04:51These are from CalPack. Got some spotty ones.
04:54Because what I like to do is put all the kids clothes in.
04:57And then I like to unpack when we get to hotels.
04:59And what I do is I just fold this back.
05:03Put it into the drawer like that.
05:05So I find packing cubes really helpful to just keep it organized.
05:07And then I make some dirty and some clean.
05:10And then you know what you've got left.
05:12So let's start.
05:14Oh my God, I need some water.
05:17Water. I need water.
05:19Found this random water bottle from Pratt.
05:22So I'm gonna drink it.
05:24I will say that the hardest thing was to actually find Sophie Disney stuff.
05:30Because Sophie is five.
05:31So she's very much still in her Disney era.
05:34But she wears like size six to seven year old stuff.
05:38And she's sort of out of like little kids toddler sections.
05:41And she's into like the slightly older sections.
05:44So it's been really hard to find her stuff.
05:45We have got her stuff obviously.
05:47But so much easier for Charlie.
05:49Because Charlie's still in like the toddler bit.
05:51And there's so much Disney.
05:53H&M has been amazing finding Disney stuff.
05:56Like so good.
05:57Okay, let's give Charlie a spotty packing cube.
06:01What I've done.
06:02Oh, okay Missy.
06:04Is I've got baby stuff.
06:05Charlie stuff.
06:06Sophie stuff.
06:07My stuff.
06:08I seem to have a denim problem.
06:10I seem to like denim.
06:11Another thing which is hard to work out is.
06:15Disney is in, the one we're going to is in Florida.
06:17And Florida this time of year.
06:18Nobody knows what the weather is.
06:20Okay, even the forecast.
06:21It could not be that.
06:22It could just rain.
06:23So we don't really know.
06:25So I'm having to pack summery stuff and wintery stuff.
06:28Like I'm not bringing big jackets.
06:29But one woman the other week was like.
06:30Oh, yeah, we were at Disney.
06:31And we ended up in like full-on winter coats.
06:34It's not the vibe I was going for babes.
06:36I watched a few pack with me for Disney videos.
06:39And a lot of them had like spreadsheets and stuff.
06:41And that could never be me.
06:43I'm really happy for them.
06:44Just could never be me.
06:45I'm just putting stuff in hoping for the best.
06:47Okay, if we need to do an emergency run to Target.
06:50So be it.
06:51But I think we should be fine.
06:52And also all these outfits that I plan for my children.
06:55Plan.
06:56I don't make my kids wear anything they don't want to wear.
06:59And if they want to wear something that's not in a family matching.
07:02Let them be.
07:03Who gives a flying fuck?
07:04You know what I mean?
07:05So honestly, I could be like.
07:07Oh, this would look nice with this.
07:08And they'll wear a completely different thing.
07:10So I just let my kids be free.
07:12Pick what they want.
07:14So they'll have the options.
07:16Charlie, for example, might wear the same t-shirt for five days.
07:19And if that makes him happy.

07:22So I've had to do a next order by the way.
07:24Because these are the only pair of shorts that I have for Charlie.
07:27So I have ordered one of those little jersey packs from Next.
07:31I don't know, it was like £10 for three pairs or something.

07:40For Charlie.

07:42So I've kept the tag on it.

08:01They've been breaking them in.
08:03Because everyone was like, don't get them in your shoes and go.
08:05They have been wearing them the last few days to break them in.
08:07But they are ready.
08:08When I travel with my kids, my kids will fly in Crocs.
08:11Because they're easy to get on and off.
08:13I don't like taking my kids in trainers on the plane.
08:15Because I make my kids put shoes on to go to the bathroom.
08:19Because I used to be a flight attendant.
08:20And that water on the floor.
08:21That's not water.
08:22That's piss.
08:23Okay?
08:24So my kids are not standing in piss.
08:26Put your kids in shoes on the airplane.
08:28Crocs are the best because they can slide them on and off.
08:30This is H&M for Charlie.

08:59And I realised that they will not fit him this year.
09:01So he's got a couple of new ones of them.

09:05That we already had.
09:07And then someone got him this for his birthday.

09:34And that is fine.

09:41And it came with these pants.
09:43This is one thing my kids have really kept on.

09:47In the UK we'd call these just trousers.
09:49Joggers.
09:50And he calls them pants.
09:51And he can call it whatever he wants.
09:53As long as he puts them on.
09:58This is also from Next.
10:02This is Charlie's swimming costume.
10:03I'm really into, look, we all talk about safe sleep.
10:06But I feel like we need to focus a lot on safe swim.
10:09And putting your boys in a swimming costume that's all blue is not safe swim.
10:14So this was the only thing.
10:15It was really difficult for me actually to find boys' bright coloured swimming stuff.
10:20Because if they were to drown or go under the water for any horrific like reason.
10:25And sadly it happens.
10:27If they wear blue the further they go down you actually can't see them.
10:31So wearing blue for little boys and little girls.
10:34And you know if you're a parent and you're not a strong swimmer.
10:37Also you.
10:38It was hard to find.
10:39So I got this.
10:40And it's not the most attractive thing in the world.
10:42Is it something I'd pick for fashion?
10:44Absolutely not.
10:45But my kid's safety is important.
10:47So he's got that.
10:48Another one that's really good is if you get them the Spiderman.
10:51There's a really good one on Next which is Spiderman.
10:53And red is a good colour for safe swim.
10:56This is his like towel cover-up thing for the pool.
11:00They like to put these on and then when they're having like an ice lolly.
11:04Or they just want to chill on the lounger for a bit.
11:06These are really nice to have.
11:07And we also use these after.
11:09My kids all do swimming lessons.
11:11Because I think it's just so important for safe swim.
11:14Especially when you go on things like holidays.
11:16I'm just so nervous about things like that.
11:19So swimming.
11:19All my kids know how to swim.
11:20Couple pairs of pyjamas.
11:21These are from Mori.
11:23We like Mori.
11:24They're doing nice pyjamas for the kids.
11:26Look at this.
11:27I got H&M from Charlie.
11:29It's like a, like a varsity jacket.
11:33You wanna be my girlfriend?
11:34You can have my varsity.
11:35Like as an English person.
11:36Like that's how we grew up.
11:37It's like giving one tree hill.
11:38This is how we grew up thinking that all Americans were.
11:41Were these sorts of things.
11:42So I was like, oh my god, amazing.
11:43And this was all like H&M in the UK.
11:45That's so cool.
11:47And obviously he'll wear this after as well.
11:50And it's adorable.
11:52Right, that's pretty much Charlie done.
11:55I've just got some underwear.
11:56Which obviously I'm not gonna show you.
11:57Because that would look weird.
11:59Yeah, underwear and socks for Charlie.
12:01Which I'm gonna put in a small packing cube.
12:04So this is how I've packed it.
12:07So I've rolled stuff up.
12:08And I'm just putting a couple of the big things just on top.
12:11And then just zip it up.
12:14Okay, now for Sophie.
12:16Finding Disney stuff was a little bit tricky.
12:18But our girl is a princess.
12:19She has a lot of like girly stuff anyway.
12:21I'm gonna give her this lovely floral packing cube.
12:24This is my plan for her to wear one day when we all wear Mickey.
12:29Let's see if it's Minnie.
12:30I did find a couple of jumpers at H&M.
12:33But Sophie wears, this is a UK 8 to 10.
12:37And this will fit her.
12:38She's gonna be so excited.
12:41Doing the same thing.
12:42I'm like rolling them up like this and putting them in.
12:45This was another H&M find.
12:48And then just a couple of her cardigans that we obviously already had.
12:51This is next.
12:53Which is lovely.
12:54I did buy her these trousers.
12:56And I don't know if she's gonna wear them.
12:58So I've kept the tag on.
13:00Because Sophie doesn't like that they had, they've got, you know.
13:04But she doesn't like wide trousers.
13:06She only likes leggings or dresses.
13:09So one can dream.
13:11And I will offer them to her.
13:13And if she doesn't want them, I will just return them.
13:16But they are so adorable.

13:53I thought she could just wear this to dinner or something, you know.

13:57Because she will probably get frustrated with something like this going around the parks.
14:01But I thought it was just a little cute, like extra fun thing to have.
