00:00Good morning from sunny Spain. Me and Carmen cover up nice and early. Yeah, aren't we?
00:08Yeah. Mia's still in bed. I'm drinking my match, which I made myself a bit sad this
00:12morning because normally Dara makes it for me. By the way, my hair is super oily and
00:15greasy. I oiled up last night. It's a bit of a hair mask. So today, well, this morning,
00:20I'm going to go and wash my hair. It's going to be like the grand hair washing experience.
00:24I don't know if any of you like that, but like you plan the day or the days when you're
00:28going to wash your hair that week and it's like some kind of big event. I think I got
00:31that for my mum. Guys, you're going to be putting your coats on right now. So we are
00:35in sunny Spain, but it is very cold in the morning. So they're going to put their thick
00:38coats on and they want to play outside first thing, don't you? Yeah. Do you think Sienna's
00:42playing outside right now? Maybe. Oh, you slept in her room last night, didn't you?
00:47Yeah. If Sienna's watching this right now, reassure her how good you were. You were like
00:53she woke up this morning. She's played really nicely. She's pulled all back the bed cover.
00:56She's letting it air out. You said that you wanted the door open to let fresh air in and
01:00then you immediately got out when it was time to get up, didn't you? You haven't been touching
01:05her things, have you? No. You've kept it nice for Sienna. Yeah. And what did you have for
01:10breakfast, you two? You just finished it, didn't you? The new yogurt what mum got.
01:15And with blueberries and mum put some chocolate flavoured cacao powder. Cacao powder, yeah. I was
01:21going to say cacao nibs, but not cacao nibs. Yeah. I can't wait to show you this new yogurt
01:26I've discovered. I actually found an organic coconut yogurt in a glass bottle or glass jar,
01:32should I say. And it's like really homemade and artisanal. I haven't got to try it yet,
01:36but they tried it this morning. So I'm going to get another pot and try it myself. It looks really
01:39good. I thought it was going to be runny, but it's actually really thick and creamy. And like,
01:43I feel like it was really rich for them. I'm trying to give the kids more ancestral types
01:47of breakfast as well. We don't really have oats or porridge for any, any more in the mornings.
01:51They do have pseudo grains, but then I want to mix up with some like yogurt bowls because it's
01:54like full of healthy fats and it's like really natural. Where are you two off to? Can you zip
02:01it up? I will, buddy. Of course I will. There you go, buddy. You can go and play in the garden
02:06now with your slug friends. They've been making loads of friends with slugs and yesterday they
02:10came up to me and they were crying a bit because they said that some of them dried out. I hate
02:15slugs. English bin men. I haven't seen them in a while, have we? No. Recognize those sounds
02:21getting like, not necessarily woken up, actually saying that. I was then going to say we got woken
02:26up by those sounds, but no, we didn't because Karen can't wake up before then. But yeah,
02:30remember those sounds. Don't get those in Spain. In Spain, basically you don't have like,
02:36they don't come and collect your bins. You have to walk down the road. And it's like this,
02:40even when we stayed in Gran Canaria or when we lived in Gran Canaria for a while in 20,
02:45when even was that? 2016, wasn't it? 2016. Yeah, yeah. It would have been 2016. Yeah,
02:512016. And you walk down the road, don't you? And you have to like, take your bins to a
02:56communal bin. It's kind of got benefits to it because you actually get to like,
03:01get rid of your stuff from your bin every day and you're recycling every day. So you don't have any
03:06piling up. So yeah, pros and cons. But this one, they come right to your door. So it's pretty
03:10convenient. It looks like a big bin from the outside. Like, it looks like a big bin, but then
03:14some of them, there'll be like, there'll be a big bin and then there'll be a big bit underneath as
03:19well, like underground. And then when the bin men, like the bin lorry, it has a crane on it
03:24and they have to like, lift it up. In Spain. Yeah, yeah, yeah, exactly. Yeah, the big ones.
03:29There they go. Yeah. So we've woken up here in England, made a matcha. We've got some things
03:37that we've got for breakfast here. Got some water. I actually got this water bottle as well,
03:42even though it's twice the price, but I love that it said, this is the fountain of youth on it.
03:46So that's the human race, Pharrell Williams. I remember I got some trainers in Dubai, which were
03:53like a collab with human race. I love that bottle. So we're going to use that as our water bottle
03:57while we're here. So we'll use these ones, which are half the price. And then we'll like,
04:02fill that one up for on the road when we go. And then we've got some of our favourite soy milk,
04:07plenish, soya. We can't get that in Spain. So Georgie will be a little bit jealous watching
04:13this just because it's made with spring water and soybeans. So it's amazing. And then we've
04:17got some naked protein bars, some peanut butter ones. And then you wanted these ones, didn't you
04:23Sam? Yeah, the caramel ones. And we've got some of this paleo foods, granola. And then I brought
04:31my matcha with me. So I made myself a little matcha. And then also I got a got myself a yogurt
04:41and berries as well. She wanted the granola, didn't you? Yeah. And I'm going to have yogurt
04:46and berries. I'll probably finish off because I don't know if you'll have that whole box.
04:49I don't know. I think probably. They are tiny boxes though. They are really tiny boxes. So
04:56you'll have most of it and then I'll have a little tiny bit on my yogurt, won't I? Yeah.
05:00How'd you sleep? Uh, I slept pretty good except well, kind of not really that good because
05:07basically there's like a streetlight outside the window and my room doesn't have any blinds,
05:13but it has this like big like blackout blind that you can like stick up. But I didn't know
05:17how to stick up and I was just thinking like, Oh, it'll probably get like light in the morning.
05:22But like, I don't really mind about that. Like I kind of want it to wake me up in the morning
05:25anyway. Cause it's not going to get light that early. It's still winter. Um, but there's a
05:31streetlight outside. And when I first went to bed, I didn't notice it because I turned all the
05:35lights off and it seemed dark to me. And then I fell asleep. You should have asked me to stick
05:39it up but I guess you didn't think you needed it. I didn't really think. And then I woke up in the
05:43night and then it was like, it was really like bright. And then I was like, well, how come it's
05:47so bright? And then there's a massive streetlight. But other than that, it was okay. So big day today.
05:53Yeah. So come all the way to England to go to the dentist.
05:59At this view, I'm not going to open up the window. Let all the fresh air in.
06:04Wow. I still can't believe that it's our view for the first time. I actually feel very, very like
06:09in awe of that mountain and that view. And sometimes when I'm stressed out, it's like
06:13really busy and chaotic. I just look out the window and I look at the mountain,
06:17how still and calm it is. And that kind of just grounds me and makes me feel calm because no
06:22matter what is going on, that mountain is always there. It's always consistent,
06:26always stable and calm. That is just so stunning. Like I can't believe it. So every morning I like
06:31to start the day off after I've made their breakfast, sometimes while they're eating
06:34their breakfast. So I've kind of switched things up a little bit at the minute because I've now
06:38moved our trampoline up here because I've been putting it outside on our patio area because the
06:44sun is shining and it's getting a little bit warmer in the morning now. So I might do 10 minutes while
06:49I am, not my, I'm going to do 10 minutes on the rebounder. It really like gets my lymphatic system
06:55going. It's good for fitness. It helps get your circulation going. It's just really, really good
06:58for your overall, like your overall health and wellbeing. And once I've gone on there, it kind
07:03of calms me down a little bit and yeah, the kids are now playing outside. So I'm going to use this
07:08time up really quickly because in the mornings after they've had breakfast, I like to get ready
07:12as quickly as possible so I can be there for them for the rest of the day. I don't like the getting
07:16ready bit to drag out. So everything that I do is like really efficient, really quick. And I'm
07:20trying to like streamline everything. So this is like my good, healthy start of the day. So I'm
07:26not going to do that. It's tempting as it is to want to go in that lovely Range Rover and go to
07:35the dentist. We've deliberately booked this Airbnb a mile away from the dentist so that we can
07:41actually have a walk. So it's raining. It's like proper English weather, isn't it? Yeah. So we left the
07:48suitcases all packed, ready to go, but basically going to walk to the dentist and back first.
07:54We've got some quite long appointments actually, haven't we? Yeah, we have. So I was just saying,
07:58in England, this type of rain is what we call spitting. Yeah. Like it's just mildly spitting.
08:06This is kind of like just walking through a wall of spit. But yeah, when we booked this,
08:11we wanted to make sure that we had a nice walk on the way there, just because obviously when
08:14you travel, there's so much sitting down, like sitting down all the time on the plane.
08:18That's also another reason, you'll have seen in yesterday's videos, we always choose the stairs
08:23and like the manual things rather than, you know, just going on escalators, don't we?
08:28Yeah. Exercise. It's actually gotten really hot now because when we first stepped outside,
08:32it felt quite cold. Yeah. Now I'm boiling. Yeah. In between filming, we just had a little bit of
08:37a jog just to make sure, because we were like, we've come all the way from Spain just to go to
08:41the dentist. We cannot get there a minute late. We have to be, well, we want to be five minutes
08:46early, so we should be on track for that. Yeah. Here we are, four months after leaving the UK.
08:52It feels really weird. Like when we walked up to the door, I was like,
08:56how did we just manage to like suddenly appear here? I know. Yeah. It's really crazy to get
09:02your head around, isn't it? Yeah. I'm actually so hot now. I'm boiling. See? Magazine selection.
09:09I know exactly. I'm really hot now. I had to take my coat off. We've got the boat magazine.
09:15I always like reading those. What are you going to choose, Sienna? I don't know. I always read
09:20the country living ones when we came here before. Yeah. Like all about how to make like little
09:26country, like cottage pies. Make the veg star and golf. Maybe I'll get into golf one day. I don't
09:32know. Or like top gear. Yeah, cowards fave. I don't know who's appointment's first. I'm not
09:39sure if it's yours or mine. I don't know either. It's always time for some gymnastics practice.
09:46I mean, I can't, you know.
09:55Whoa, whoa. I didn't see that coming.
10:02It's good to do after the flight gets your,
10:05like, you know, body moving. That's amazing. I honestly don't understand how you can do that.
10:10It's so fun.
10:17Sienna's going first. One of her little attachments has come away. So we're just
10:22sticking that back on again. We've just prepared the tooth surface and we're sticking it back on.
10:28It's a slightly more messy appointment. Lots of water today. Getting your scan done.
10:46Open for me. Nice and nice. Tooth together. We're just walking out of the dentist and
10:50look what I spotted. Snowdrops. They're so English. You'd never see them in Spain.
10:56They're so cute. See, there's always nice things, isn't there? Even when it's raining.
11:00Yeah. There's always things that are nice. Yeah. So I'm probably looking a bit different because
11:04I don't have the bits on my teeth anymore. Basically with like the aligners where they
11:10move your teeth around, you actually have to have little lumps of, I don't know,
11:14filling type of material, which is put on your teeth and then it moves the, like the aligner
11:21clips on and then it ends up moving the teeth as a result of that. But I've had all of mine taken
11:26off and then the gaps that she had made at the sides here has now been like built up to be a
11:33wider tooth with filling bits. But the whole type of this dentistry is like the opposite of what
11:40like you think of in dentistry because usually, or I don't know, I'm going to call it the old
11:44fashion way of doing things, was pulling teeth out and then using braces to pull all the teeth in.
11:50But that can have loads of effects on breathing and like your, your neck. Like I've had a tight
11:57neck for ages since I, like from years ago from having it done previously. That's why I'm now
12:01correcting those mistakes now. But so many issues that it can cause. But whereas what this type of
12:06dentistry is, is where it uses an appliance, which you use first, like me and Sienna both had them,
12:13didn't we Sienna? Yeah. An appliance, isn't it? Where it actually expands your arch, doesn't it?
12:22Yeah. What I had was basically, um, so I have also the lumps on my teeth,
12:28but one of them accidentally came off because like it is just stuck onto a tooth.
12:32Avalon will probably tell us off if she watched this video. They're not called lumps,
12:35they're called attachments, aren't they? Attachments. Yeah, that was my fault. I think
12:40I called them lumps. Um, but yeah, basically it came off. So that one got re-stuck on and
12:46then apparently another one also came off at the back if I didn't notice. So that one also got
12:52stuck on. And then I think another extra one got added as well, just to like, you know, help it.
12:57And so you're not even quite halfway through with your aligners, are you? No. I'm going to be
13:03finished in the summer. I'm actually so excited because I hadn't like worked out yet when, um,
13:08the Invisalign would be finished, the aligners would be finished. Um, so yeah,
13:12it's going to be in the summer. Yeah. So that'll be really fun. Yeah. And I've had,
13:17because Sienna just said Invisalign, I've had all of my attachments taken off because I'm actually
13:22going to be changing from Invisalign to Angel aligners just because we had some issues of
13:28being able to get them sent to Spain. A bit weird, but because it's like classed as a medical device,
13:34I couldn't import them. Even though you can go and see another dentist and have Invisalign in
13:39Spain. I don't really understand that, but Sienna's got Angel aligners anyway. So now we're,
13:43now we're both going to have Angel aligners. When I call it Invisalign I actually mean like
13:46just aligners. It's a bit like when you say Sellotape or when you say Hoover. Yeah. Isn't it?
13:51Yeah. But it's actually aligners. Whose idea was it to walk? Yours. Yeah, it was mine.
13:59It was mine, but it's good. We will have got a couple of miles walking at least,
14:02but we'll be drenched. Yeah. I mean, at least you've got coats. Yeah. Sorry. I keep turning
14:07the camera. We have this running joke as a family, basically like we, we turn the camera off
14:14and then it goes doodling when it turns off. So we now have a running joke in the family,
14:19just like if basically someone's saying, we saying something and we can't be bothered to
14:23listen to them. We just go doodling to each other and walk off. The amount of times Sienna's been
14:29talking, I'm not even doing it on purpose, but I just think she's finished and then I turn it off
14:34and then she carries on talking and then she's like, Oh, you keep stopping when I'm in the
14:38middle of talking. So sorry. Basically you just need to tell me when you're finished. Have you
14:43finished? Yeah, I finished. Yay. I cannot wait to turn my heated seat on. The whole walk. I was just
14:50envisioning sitting in this nice Range Rover seat with a heated seat on and now I'm finally
14:55getting to live it. You know how we always say let's jump in the Lambo. I don't feel like saying
15:00let's jump in the Lambo when we're actually in a Rolls Royce. I don't know why. A Rolls Royce?
15:05In a Range Rover. I'm sorry. Oh, I'm getting ahead of myself. The Rolls Royce comes after
15:11the Range Rover, doesn't it? But yeah, you know, we always say jump in the Lambo. Like I just feel
15:15like this car's so nice. I don't need to pretend and say let's jump in the Lambo. Jump in the
15:19Range Rover. Let's jump in the Range Rover. So we're on the move now then. Yes, we are. We've
15:24left our Airbnb, put the keys back in the lockbox and then now I'm going to call and get a drink
15:33on the way and we're going to be traveling across the UK, aren't we? Yeah. This will be fun.
15:40Super productive this morning. We got on with loads of work, loads of playing and now we've
15:43decided to come out for some lunch. Pamela, they're having such a good time running up on
15:48Are you looking forward to your lunch? Yeah. Yeah. What did you order? Gracias.
15:53What did you order? The Coco Loco. Yeah, we'll have to show you when it comes. It's very summery
15:58and fitting for today. But dad sent me a message last night and he wanted to show, he wanted me to
16:03show you this morning. Dad sent a message for Sienna. You were in bed last night though and
16:08I forgot to show you it this morning. So I'm now going to play the message to you. Here it is.
16:14It's for you as well Mia. Look at the British flora. Can you turn the volume up? It is.
16:25We can't really see. It's still brighter here, isn't it? No, it's dark footed.
16:32They've been in loads of traffic. And they're in the Range Rover.
16:37Sienna's in the heated seat.
16:48So they've got a busy day today. So we'll hear about what they got up to later on.
16:51Shall we send them a little message? Yeah, shall we? Shall we send them a message?
16:56Okay then. Ready? Hi guys. Hope you're having a great time. We've gone out for lunch haven't we?
17:05We just saw the message and the Range Rover looked really cool. I mean, it was a very dark,
17:11it was very dark, wasn't it? The video was and we're in the bright light. I don't know
17:15if they could actually see it, but it sounded good. We miss you, don't we? We're going to have
17:20a nice little afternoon now, aren't we? Yeah, we're at a cafe and we're going to eat some food.
17:23Yeah. It's a lovely day here. Hope you guys aren't too cold and we can't wait to hear how
17:29your day's been. Yeah. Love you guys. Bye. Hope you have a great time in the sea. Might be very
17:35cold. What? They're going in the sea? I don't know if they're going to go. I don't know if
17:39they're going to do that. I don't know if they're going to go to the beach though, aren't we? Yeah.
17:43You want to go in the sea? Yeah. Yeah. I might. What have you got there?
17:48Orange juice. Yummy. We got a nice blueberry, coconut milk smoothie.
17:54Post-workout or something? Yeah. Sounds good. I think it had maca in it as well and chia, right?
17:59I can't really remember. Oh, it's really nice. Yeah. It's got like a maca flavor to it.
18:03Is your juice good? Orange juice. I think it's nice and fresh. It's quite liquidy for
18:08smoothies. That's exactly what I wanted. I didn't want something really heavy.
18:11Me and me are both on our periods at the same time today, aren't we? Yeah.
18:16It tastes so sweet and fresh. Oh yeah. Tomorrow, guys, I'm going to film a whole day in the life
18:21of when you're on your period. I just feel like so many of you guys said that you love
18:24our period videos, and I just thought it'd be really helpful to show you all the things
18:28that I do, all the things that I know that can help you with your periods, like what foods to
18:33eat and how to listen to your body. That's a really good idea. Because during your cycle,
18:37our female bodies are really complex, and every week of your cycle, your body responds to things
18:43differently, like types of foods, types of workouts. I think that might be helpful, guys,
18:49so I'm going to do that tomorrow if I don't have a meltdown. That's the irony of it.
18:56So we ordered Coco Loco bowls, didn't we? We've got mango and pineapple, coconut milk,
19:02we've got granola on top, loads of seeds. Mummy, a bit spilled on me. That doesn't matter.
19:08My favorite chocolate you love. Yeah, I got it for your birthday, didn't I?
19:12Yeah, we love getting smoothie bowls when we eat out, aren't SYE bowls?
19:16And sometimes we also get avocado on toast, don't we? But today's a really hot day, so
19:21smoothie bowl's good. This is like a mango one.
19:23I've actually noticed a huge improvement with my smile at the moment, but it's not actually because
19:29it's being pushed back, it's because it's being pulled forward. So it's still kind of straightening
19:33my teeth, but before the teeth were straightened, they were actually pulled forward. But that did
19:38also help straighten it as well. Yeah, because it's obviously giving your tongue room. That's
19:44what I've really noticed. The main thing is that my tongue's got loads of room in my mouth now.
19:50Because I wanted to tell the FizzFam, basically, in terms of this type of dentistry, if you do
19:54want to look it up for yourself, because it is kind of a little bit under the radar. I think
19:58it's quite popular in the US, but definitely in Europe, it's really hard to find people,
20:03hence why we're flying back to the UK to see a dentist who actually practices in this type of
20:10orthodontic work. So you can look up different terms. I think there's one in the US called
20:16BioAesthetics, like the American way of spelling aesthetics, or it's just an E and not A E.
20:23And I think it was BioAesthetics.com where you can find practitioners around the world. And it's
20:28basically to do with, they sort out your space in your mouth, so room for your tongue and your
20:35swallow and your breathing before thinking about what it looks like. So it's actually functional
20:42rather than the old fashioned way of dentistry is let's make your smile look really nice.
20:47And then you have loads of, or potentially, not everybody gets this, but you potentially have
20:52loads of consequences as a result, which I can speak about from firsthand experience. I had a
20:56very quick method of straightening my teeth. I actually found, I've spoken about this before
21:02online, but I found it on a Groupon deal. So it was even like a reduced price of something,
21:08which was already cheap and rushed. And it's where they do a braces treatment and it's all done
21:13within six months. And that caused me loads of problems, which I'm still trying to fix to this
21:19day. And this was like 10 years ago. So when you do things like that, like you really think about
21:26the, you're just changing one thing in one part of your body, but it can have a knock-on effect
21:31on all the rest of your body. So I'm really grateful that we found this, but yeah, it's
21:34called bio-aesthetics dentistry, or it's called myofunctional dentistry or airways dentistry,
21:44or lots of different terms. You basically just want to search for someone where they're going
21:49to use an expansion appliance to actually create room in your mouth for your tongue.
21:56And then once it's, you'll have all gaps in your teeth then once it's made the room in your mouth
22:00and like developed your jaw, and then they'll use something like aligners or train track braces to
22:06then align your teeth after you've got that space. And it could even actually, the aligners can
22:12manage to carry on creating a bit of space because obviously that's how I did get these
22:16gaps in the side of my teeth. And then they get filled up or Sienna's now, you've now got,
22:21Caroline said you've got gaps in the back ones now.
22:23Yeah. I have actually noticed that I've got a lot of like gaps in between my teeth,
22:27but also what's funny, so dad said about how like the aligners can also help like pull your
22:34teeth forwards. Well, I also noticed that the actual expander, which is meant to just expand,
22:40I also noticed that strained my teeth a lot because suddenly the teeth, I don't know if
22:45you remember guys, like if you've watched our videos before when I was like seven or eight,
22:49or, but basically before I got this treatment, but especially when I was like seven or eight,
22:54my top front two teeth, they like crossed over a bit. And then as soon as I had like the expander
23:00that actually fixed it because there was suddenly more room for my teeth. So they didn't actually
23:04have to be crossed over anymore. So not only does it like expand, it also actually straightened your
23:10teeth a little bit at the same time, but then the Invisalign or aligners do like the finishing
23:17job of straightening the teeth properly. Yeah. And then it just helps so much like in terms of,
23:22cause obviously then you can nose breathe better. Like all the effects that we've noticed,
23:26I mean, Sienna are only halfway through our treatments as well. Um, like you're on number
23:32week number 19 at the moment or 43, aren't you? And then even then you might have an extension
23:39to that. And, um, I'm kind of now going to be starting a fresh lot with angel aligners,
23:46but you can just keep it going in it until you've achieved the perfect result, which means that
23:52you've got the space in your mouth. They're all aligned neatly. And then even they slot in
23:58together properly. So you have a nice bite, like a nice, even bite, because when you have an
24:04incorrect bite, it causes loads of like Georgie has all these issues. Cause she did the same thing
24:09as me where she did like the rushed braces treatment. Cause we didn't know, like, you don't
24:13know these things until you try them out. And then you, you know, like we learned the hard way. So I
24:20like getting to share this information with people so other people can, you know, hear it
24:24before making their own decisions. But yeah, when you, when your bite isn't properly aligned,
24:30then your jaw is really tense and it can make your, like you have huge jaw muscles. Um,
24:36like all mine, my neck is really thick, tight neck muscles. And I've, I've seen
24:42craniosacral therapists, I've seen physiotherapists, I've seen chiropractors, I've seen,
24:48um, Oh, so many things, Bowen treatment, like the ones where I try and reel off over the last
24:56decade is just so many. And even if you think about it from a financial perspective, wow,
25:02it adds on so much, whereas you could just actually like find, even if you have to fly
25:08to the person to do that treatment, if it means you then don't get any negative side effects as
25:14a result, which can last a decade or more as has happened with me, it actually even ends up
25:18more cost-effective as well. But I mean, to be honest, it's, it's better to have misaligned
25:23teeth. In my opinion, it's better to have misaligned teeth than it is to have aligned
25:28teeth with loads of issues like constant headaches and blurred vision where your vision's misaligned
25:33and all that type of stuff. It's just not worth it, is it? No. Thankfully you've never had any
25:37of those things, you know, because you've obviously, you know, learned from us. You've
25:40gone straight into the good treatment, haven't you? Yeah. But yeah, I do see this as something
25:45which people are getting more of an awareness about, like obviously we started finding out
25:48about it through necessity as well, because me and Georgie were having negative symptoms,
25:53but also just in our like exploration into like health optimization, which sort of initially
26:00started when we went vegan and we started learning about nutrition. But then in like 2019,
26:05in when we were living in Dubai, maybe, maybe it was just the trends and because I keep up to date
26:10on health, I don't know, or maybe it was, we were drawn to it because we were living in a,
26:13quite an unnatural place where the air quality felt bad and things like that. So we were looking
26:18for things to kind of help. But then we started learning stuff about biohacking and ozone therapy
26:24and all these types of things like people like Dave Asprey and Ben Greenfield. And then obviously
26:29now there's the guy who's super famous talking about it, Brian Johnson, but preceding Brian
26:35Johnson, there's plenty of other people who were, you know, learning about all these different
26:39health protocols that you can do. And it's just good to think of ones which are holistic,
26:46which think of your whole body rather than you treat one thing and then it can cause
26:50other issues in the rest of your body. Wow. And is this new lines? Oh yeah, it's got new lines.
26:56You like that one? I don't actually like this one actually. It says something,
27:01that one's not that nice. Oh, what does it say? I don't know. But you like this one? Yeah.
27:08What do you want Koaw? Do you want it for sketching in as well? Koaw are you getting
27:13it for sketching? Yeah. They're just having fun. There's lots of pretty ones. You have to look
27:21like this is the one I've got, but not quite the same. That one's so pretty. Koaw though,
27:29I thought he could have this. Ooh, yeah, that's cool. I've got these two. Which one do you like?
27:35Mia has this. Yeah. I want to be matching to Mia. How much is this though? I don't know. Let
27:41me check that. I know that they're quite pricey, but I want you to have your special. Yeah. You
27:45got to treat this with care and put your full effort into every drawing. How about this one
27:51Koaw? Do you want to do your sketching in this one? That looks pretty. The manuscript of Rhys.
27:58I like a bit big one. A bit big? Like a little. You like that size? Yeah. Do you think dad will
28:07like this if I got him this? I don't think dad needs a notepad. No, we're not getting him notepads.
28:11Can I get this? You want to get this one Koaw? Yes. They've got some money that they've saved
28:17from their birthdays. So that's what they're going to be getting. You're going to be getting
28:22your notepad with that money. I'm getting my bag. Well Karma's had two fairy money. Koaw's
28:26had birthday money. Yeah. What have you got? I just bought some stuff and I bought
28:34this flower washi tape for Sienna. I've got Anna for Sienna. A bookmark. And also I've got dad
28:42a little nice blue pen. I got dad a little nice blue pen. That's nice. A handy little pen pocket.
28:51You've made a friend haven't you? Oh, what a brave kitty. Don't stroke its tail though.
29:01Oh no, you shouldn't have done that. Why would you do that?
29:06This is the most chill cat I've ever met though. I can't believe Karma just did that and it's not
29:10reacting. No, no Koaw, come on. Don't do that Koaw. Be nice to the kitty. This kitty looks like
29:17a lumpy bit to it. Should we go now? Should we go to the beach? Come on.
29:24Come on Koaw. Say goodbye to your friend.
29:29Come on Koaw. Come on.
29:32Is all powerful. You see the knowledge that got us into the air has always been here.
29:38Look at the size of your towel. Is that like the size of you? I said that I could like carry it
29:42around. What happened to your towel? Yeah, I actually did the same thing. I've got a miniature
29:46towel too. Oh, we're at the beach. And do you know what Mia, have you noticed this is the first time
29:50since like October when we moved here. People are swimming in the sea again. I know. We haven't seen
29:55that for months. No, that's good. I've been going in the sea though. Yeah, but it has been cold.
30:00But do you like just run in and then come out? Yeah, not swim. Yeah, you're not like swimming in
30:03it. No. Yeah, even though like in some of our vlogs you'll notice how sunny and warm it is.
30:09And in the middle of the day it does get like reasonably warm, but then in the morning,
30:13in the afternoon, it's freezing. And then like, if you come to the beach, sometimes it's too like
30:17windy and cold and the sea's cold. But next month apparently is when it like becomes summer again.
30:23So I really can't wait for that. And you can really tell that it's like creeping up to that.
30:27It's lovely. And I'm noticing, I think it might be like half term and I'm noticing loads of them.
30:32People here. People here on holiday. It's nice. Yeah, it's a great place. If you didn't know this,
30:37because I always thought when we lived in the UK, if we wanted to go away for the winter time,
30:41we thought there's like the Canary Islands or Dubai or like obviously going into Asia.
30:44I didn't know that you could come to the South of Spain and it's like really like nice and warm.
30:49Like Southern Europe is actually warmer. Warmer than you think. Yeah. Yeah.
30:53You having a nice time? Look at this. They're just immediately playing.
30:59We're making a sand snowman. Nice. So it's a sand man.
31:02I love it when we come to the beach, guys. It's one of my favourite things ever.
31:06Oh, I'm going to try and just get a bit of vitamin D. Yeah.
31:14Ready? Did a quick bounce, aren't you? Yeah. So we have got our delicious and favourite.
31:22I forgot what it's called. Ow, it's pulling my hair. Ow, ow, ow. Don't pull my hair.
31:28It is a coconut. Thank you, Mia. A coconut and creamy miso comforting, cosy stew.
31:35We serve it with rice and then we've got steamed cauliflower and cabbage and kale.
31:39And we've got a side salad and I've sprinkled kala namak on top.
31:47It looks like you're wearing a knee. This has been the two energies of the day.
31:50This is my period. This is her five year old boy energy.
31:57Please just eat your dinner, Kara. Come on, look at this. It looks delicious.
32:00It's really, really yummy. So delicious, guys.
32:03I'm so tired from getting down and down. Maybe stop and eat your dinner.
32:09The food is so nourishing, Kara. It's good.
32:11But all the cream is wow. It's really yummy.
32:15It looks like it's got sauce in it. It's good. Yeah. I love cabbage.
32:20It's lovely. Me too.
32:21Cabbage is lovely. Right, we normally do package time on Snapchat
32:25where we've been, I don't know if I've told you this before, I'm not, sorry.
32:28Because we're doing daily videos, I'm forgetting what I'm saying.
32:31But we usually do package time on Snapchat where we open up all our packages.
32:34But I've just done a TED talk on Snapchat today, haven't I, at the beach, Mia?
32:38Yeah. So if you want to go and see my TED talk about life, check that out.
32:41So I'm going to open up the packages today, and I know what these are,
32:43and these might be helpful for some of you guys. Do you want to see what I've got?
32:47Yeah. I want to see what you've got.
32:49Yeah, I think some of you guys might be really interested in what I've got.
32:51What have you got? I have bought another psychology
32:54passage book called The Art of Seduction by Robert Greene.
32:58I feel like this could be really helpful in life,
33:01like basically being a more attractive, magnetic person.
33:04Get what you want by manipulating everyone's greatest weakness,
33:08the desire for pleasure. Oh my goodness, this sounds so exciting.
33:11Seduction is the most subtle, elusive, and effective form of power.
33:15It is evident in John F. Kennedy's hold over the masses,
33:18as it is in Cleopatra's hold over Anthony.
33:21What Anthony?
33:22Now the author of the best-selling The 48 Laws of Power has written a handbook
33:26synthesizing the classic literature of seduction,
33:28from Freud to Kierkegaard and Ovid to Casanova.
33:31Sounds interesting. Looks like a very long book.
33:34He's really, really making it seem very like the book is,
33:38what's the word? You know, very entertaining and very, what's the word?
33:43Scandalous? Risky?
33:44Yeah, he's making it seem very like that, but actually there's just loads of good
33:48wisdom and knowledge in all of his books,
33:49but they're packaged in a way to make it seem really attractive.
33:52I reckon a lot of men probably buy this, don't they? I have a feeling.
33:55But yeah, a lot of his books are just based on loads of psychology
33:59and the laws of human nature, and they're really, really helpful.
34:02So this will be really good. I've read The Power Book.
34:05I've read The Mastery Book. That's really, really good. I recommend that.
34:08And I've read The Human Nature Book,
34:10which is so good at learning about how you can overcome like all of your
34:14emotional things that hold you back, like your shadow and everything,
34:17and how you can spot it in other people and like just improve yourself.
34:20So I wanted to get the seduction one. Not that I'm trying to seduce anyone.
34:24I just love reading all the books.
34:26Basically all of the most influential people in the world,
34:29like politicians and business owners and that,
34:32they've probably all read all of these books.
34:33All the past and development books, especially the old classics.
34:35I've read them all. So good.
34:37And I've got another one which might be interesting to some of you,
34:40which is Biohack Like a Woman by Aggie Lell. I follow her online.
34:43All of some of her principles I don't necessarily align with,
34:47like he doesn't eat plant-based,
34:48but there's just loads of knowledge and gems in here that you can always learn
34:52from somebody.
34:52Just because someone's not vegan doesn't mean I'm not going to listen to them,
34:55or if they eat in a different way,
34:56doesn't mean that a lot of their principles are good.
34:59Like she has a lot of good principles,
35:01like she's not eating like refined sugar.
35:02She's not eating like loads of sugary, like pastries in the morning,
35:06things like that, which I would never do.
35:07But yeah, I probably wouldn't. I don't know if she eats eggs or not.
35:10I don't know.
35:10But like, um, there's gonna be some good information here.
35:13And I like that it's biohacking for a woman.
35:15I've got the fast like a girl bit because it's like fasting is really good,
35:18but it needs to be done differently for women.
35:20We have different cycles.
35:21So a lot of biohacking studies, like Brian Johnson, for instance,
35:24is the most studied man at the moment of like biohacking, but he's a man.
35:27So his body is going to be a bit different to a woman's,
35:29and he does acknowledge this,
35:31and he's actually shared some really good things on his Twitter
35:33about your female cycle and how you can eat differently
35:35and how you can train differently.
35:37And tomorrow I'm going to go into a little bit
35:38about like what I've learned about that.
35:41But then, yeah, I just thought this would be really interesting for me.
35:43And I just think it's really cool that she's brought a book out.
35:45So it's really, really cool.
35:46Yeah, she's exactly the same age as me as well,
35:48which makes it even good as well,
35:50because I can really relate to it
35:51because we're going to be at the same stage of life and everything.
35:55Yeah, so she said the book that will make you fall in love with your body
35:58and yourself all over again is here.
36:00And what I really love about her,
36:01she doesn't, she's also really pro don't count calories.
36:04It's what you eat.
36:05That is the map, like what you eat and when you eat.
36:08And Aggie Lau, your biohacking bestie.
36:10Aggie has been one of the first women to enter the biohacking space
36:13and continues to share the latest science and nutrition,
36:15weight loss, longevity and fitness with women all around the world.
36:18That are sick and tired of the diet culture.
36:21Aggie makes it fun and easy for women to not only get into the best shape of their life,
36:24but most importantly, return to loving their body and themselves.
36:26And I can remember in my twenties,
36:28being in the cycle of counting calories and not liking myself,
36:31like not liking my body and not really understanding how it works.
36:34And a lot of it, it all boils down to your hormones.
36:38It's not calories, it's your hormones.
36:39What you, certain foods, what you eat and put into your body affects your hormones.
36:44Like eating 500 calories worth of like sugar, refined sugar coming from candy.
36:49It's going to react differently in your body than 500 calories
36:52coming from tofu and broccoli.
36:53Yeah.
36:54It is like calories aren't just calories.
36:57So if any of you are watching this and you're worried about like eating too many calories
37:02or you're like stuck in a cycle of counting calories
37:05and you're worried that foods will make you fat.
37:07Yeah, there are some foods that will make you gain weight more easily
37:10and your body will want to hold onto the fact that there's some,
37:13of the energy.
37:14But there are a lot of foods that you can eat and your body,
37:16like it's dealt with differently.
37:18Like there's studies to show, this is on nutritionfacts.org,
37:21that eating nuts don't actually make you cause,
37:24don't cause you to gain fat as people would think.
37:26Like the calories from the nuts are actually way lower to your body
37:29because they're just full of fiber and they take so much energy to digest.
37:32I know some people, like even like my mum,
37:33she's like terrified of nuts.
37:35Like my mum comes from, my mum was born in the seventies.
37:38So she's brought up in the culture all around like dieting
37:41and over-exercising and things like that.
37:43That's like how she's been trained
37:44and I have been brought up in the residual parts of that.
37:48But luckily now there's so much science coming out.
37:51Yeah.
37:51And knowledge that women, like we can love our bodies again.
37:54We can eat loads of foods.
37:55You can eat loads of food, but it's just got to be the right food,
37:57whole foods from nature.
37:58As you find it in nature, you can eat it.
38:00So yeah, if you grind up loads of nuts and turn it into nut butter,
38:03I think that is actually dealt with a little bit differently in your body.
38:06But whole nuts, like eating a handful of pecans,
38:08don't be afraid of that.
38:09You can't eat that much of them anyway.
38:10Don't be afraid of eating avocados.
38:12Like when you eat it, it feels like, you know.
38:14Like dates, we eat loads of dates.
38:16We're not afraid of dates.
38:17Like there's just loads of amazing things about our bodies
38:22that we don't realise.
38:23Like our bodies are amazing if we just treat it
38:25in the natural way that it's meant to be.
38:28Like going out and running every day,
38:30running miles and miles is not good for your body.
38:32You'll be surprised.
38:32Some women do that and they actually gain weight
38:34because it stresses them out.
38:36It makes you produce loads of cortisol,
38:38which makes you hold on to fat.
38:40So whatever you eat,
38:40your body will like want to hold on to the calories even more
38:43because it thinks something really stressful is happening to you
38:45because you're just running the whole time.
38:47When you run, you are sending a signal to your body
38:50that you're in danger and you're running away from something.
38:52So it puts your body in high alert.
38:54Like our bodies are not designed to run as women.
38:56I think there's a certain age, like a cut-off point,
38:58where our hips widen or something like that.
39:00Sorry, I can't remember the exact details of it,
39:04but I've read this recently.
39:06And then we're just not, our bodies aren't just made for running.
39:08That's why it's so stressful on the body and the joints as well,
39:10let alone our hormones.
39:12So when women are like running
39:13and doing loads of intense cardio all the time every day,
39:16thinking that they're going to be getting slimmer
39:18and then they combine it with calorie deficit,
39:20which is also stressful on the body,
39:23you actually like could just be doing the completely wrong thing.
39:28So yeah, you can't,
39:29I'm not saying you can just sit down and eat Oreos all day
39:32and sit around and do nothing.
39:33And that won't make you,
39:34I'm just saying if you eat healthy foods and you get movement,
39:37but you don't go crazy with it
39:38and you get it balanced,
39:39like where I feel like I've got to the point now,
39:42then you can just chill out and not worry about things like that.
39:44And you can actually fall in love with your body again
39:46and not feel like, like if you're a woman,
39:49your whole life is about trying to like get into shape
39:52or your whole life is about not eating enough.
39:55Like you can't do that.
39:55It's like a life of punishment.
39:57It's really weird for some women.
39:58That is a reality.
39:59I know for some, like,
40:01I'm not saying that like everybody is like that,
40:04but for most women,
40:05they count calories and things
40:06and you don't actually need to.
40:07So sorry, I've gone off on a little tangent,
40:09but yeah, I really like,
40:10I really like her main philosophy
40:12and that is about like loving your body
40:14and just actually like treating in a way which is natural.
40:17So that sounds really good.
40:18And then this one, yeah,
40:19who knows what might come with me after I read this.
40:22But yeah, guys, I was talking about food
40:24and healthy food and delicious food.
40:26We didn't get to have any dessert, did we guys?
40:29Yeah.
40:29We forgot.
40:30We all started drawing and chilling out
40:32and replying to some of the comments
40:34because our video has just gone out.
40:35So Darren and Sienna obviously aren't here.
40:37And normally Darren and Sienna,
40:39the ice cream makers, aren't they?
40:42So Darren made this the other day.
40:44This is like a pre-made ice cream mixture.
40:47It's blended up bananas, protein powder
40:53and soya yogurt.
40:55It's delicious.
40:55This is Darren's formula.
40:58And we use the, what's it called?
41:00Creamy.
41:01The Ninja Creamy.
41:03Careful.
41:06And it basically puts air into the ice cream.
41:09Yeah.
41:10Freezes it.
41:11It makes all areas like soft serve.
41:14Yeah.
41:16If you haven't seen this already,
41:17Dan found out about this Ninja thing
41:19when we were living in London.
41:20We used to always just do it in the blender though, if not.
41:23This makes it extra, extra good.
41:25But it's still good if you just make it in a blender
41:27or a food processor.
41:28But it does make it extra comfortable.
41:32Yeah, we did.
41:33I think you need three minutes on it.
41:36What am I doing?
41:38I don't normally make this.
41:38I think you need three minutes on it.
41:41Three minutes.
41:42Okay, so you've got to take the lid off.
41:44Pop it in there.
41:45And we need to splash the soy milk on top.
41:47Yeah.
41:49A lot of this is a little bit of tweaking
41:51to your own standard,
41:53your own like preference.
41:55A little bit of soy milk.
41:57You have to put the lid on.
41:58We don't buy regular ice cream
42:01because regular ice cream is usually made with tons of sugar
42:06and sometimes loads of processed oils.
42:08And it's like ground up sugar, like icing sugar.
42:10And that just wrecks havoc for your hormones.
42:14Also, sometimes it has egg in the cream.
42:16So if you feel like,
42:18oh, like ice cream is one of those foods you can't enjoy.
42:21You can enjoy it.
42:22You can, but the right type of ice cream.
42:24There is ice cream that's good.
42:26So we eat ice cream every single day
42:28and I don't freak out about it.
42:29I'm not worried about our teeth.
42:31I'm not worried about me like gaining weight.
42:33I'm not worried about diabetes.
42:34I'm not worried about anything like that
42:35because it's literally just blended up bananas.
42:37It's amazing.
42:38Yeah.
42:38Ice cream is actually good for you.
42:40Every time we eat,
42:41it's an opportunity to nourish ourselves
42:44and it makes your body stronger.
42:46It makes us feel good.
42:47It's good for kids teeth.
42:49Do I have to plug it in the wall?
42:51Yeah, plug it in the wall.
42:51Other ice cream is not good for you.
42:53Your body doesn't like it.
42:54And it's just a waste of money
42:56because you put it out basically.
42:59But this one, your body actually likes it
43:02because it's got bananas and fruit in it.
43:04And yeah.
43:05That is true.
43:06It's like a waste of money, isn't it?
43:08And bananas are way cheap,
43:09like a bunch of bananas blended up.
43:11So like we said, you don't need to have the ninja.
43:14You could start off.
43:14If you don't, if you've never tried banana ice cream before,
43:17you could start off by maybe practicing.
43:18If you have a blender, wait there, Koa,
43:20because if I turn this on,
43:21then nobody's going to be able to hear me.
43:23You could just get frozen bananas,
43:24get a bunch of bananas
43:27and you have to wait for them to go really spotty.
43:28Usually you can even buy these bananas in like the bargain.
43:32In the reduced bit.
43:32In the reduced bit.
43:34Everybody eats them, but you buy them like that.
43:36That is your ice cream's best friend.
43:38It's super spotty, falling to bits, brown bananas.
43:41The bananas that make you gag in here basically.
43:43Yeah.
43:43You peel them, then you chop them up
43:46and then you put them in like a glass dish.
43:48Koa, no, no, no, no.
43:49Put them in like a little freezer dish.
43:52Yeah.
43:52Pop it in the freezer.
43:53And then about 24 hours later, they'll be frozen.
43:56Then you get the hypothetical frozen bananas
44:00and then you pop them into a blender.
44:02You put a splash of plant-based milk in there
44:04and then you gradually blend it up.
44:06The only thing about this is if you do it in a blender
44:10or you could use a food processor.
44:11That's very good.
44:12Yeah.
44:12You have to like, it'll get, it'll start spinning around
44:15and you have to keep mixing, stopping and mixing it.
44:17It takes a little while.
44:19But it makes really delicious nice cream,
44:21some people call it, or banana ice cream.
44:24You can add in cocoa powder.
44:25You could add in peanut butter if you want.
44:27You could add in some protein powder.
44:29You know, if you want, you could add in some extra,
44:32like other frozen fruit,
44:33like a little bit of frozen mango or frozen strawberry.
44:36And then you've got your own homemade healthy ice cream
44:38that you can just eat and you know it's good for you.
44:41But we've trans, we've trans, what's the word?
44:44We have evolved into using the Ninja.
44:46Because we eat it every day.
44:47Because we eat it every day.
44:48And then like, it's quicker and it's worth it.
44:51And then Darren saw some other people online using this
44:53and then he was sold.
44:55So you can do so many other things with it.
44:57Like you can make slushy, milkshake, frappe.
44:59We've never done that.
45:02And you can also like, say for instance,
45:04you wanted to add chunks of like chocolate into it.
45:06Or like you say if you made like a,
45:08you made a healthy gluten-free brownie or something.
45:11You could actually, there's a setting on here
45:13where you mix it up.
45:14You can mix up in it.
45:14You can make your own like Ben and Jerry flavors.
45:16We've never done that apart from one time
45:18Sienna made some coconut sugar fudge.
45:20And that was really, really good.
45:21So I'm not gonna turn this on.
45:22It's gonna be really noisy.
45:24So once it's done, we'll have to do a taste test.
45:26Yeah, yeah.
45:28So I forgot what you do.
45:29I think you press full and dad puts on light ice cream
45:33and then you press start.
45:37Oh, this would be a lot for all of us.
45:39I know.
45:42We're gonna have so much ice cream.
45:44We're gonna need bigger bowls than that.
45:45They sneeze.
45:47How many of us is there?
45:48There's four.
45:50But I think we're gonna need bigger bowls than that.
45:53Oh no, I like these bowls.
45:54So it's fine.
45:55It is.
45:56Mia got these for the Christmas bake-off, didn't you?
45:58Yeah, to make trifles in.
46:00Ever since we've loved using them.
46:01This looks good.
46:02We should put cocoa nibs on.
46:04Yeah, I need a bigger spoon.
46:06You know, I'm a bit of a teaspooner.
46:07It's not good.
46:09This is the posh spoons that Bob and Katie got us.
46:11For our posh nice cream.
46:13Is that cold?
46:15Take it.
46:16It's because you can't put it down.
46:18I'm sorry, Karma.
46:19Sorry.
46:20Mum's spatial awareness is questionable sometimes.
46:24Not as bad as one time when my mum got my brother dressed
46:26and he had two legs and one trouser leg.
46:29And then he's walking around with a limp.
46:31And then my mum's mum, my nanny spotted it
46:35and she was worried about Lloyd
46:36and said that he's limping.
46:37And they took him to the hospital.
46:38When they arrived there, they realised that he's limping.
46:41What happened?
46:42How did it manage to get that far?
46:44I think it's women's hormones.
46:46I don't know.
46:46I literally think women's hormones,
46:48it sometimes makes us like...
46:50What happened?
46:52His whole leg fell off.
46:53No, they thought that mum's little brother,
47:00his leg was hurt,
47:01but it's because both of his legs were on one trouser.
47:04He had these baggy trousers.
47:06I don't know how that happened.
47:07It's no big question.
47:09Is everyone all right?
47:11Are they good?
47:13Did they actually take him to the hospital?
47:15Yeah, but then they realised that it...
47:16I think it's very fair or something,
47:18but I'm not remembering it right.
47:19It sounds very exaggerated,
47:20but it was probably like one of those stories where...
47:23You're like, what?
47:25I will let my mum off though.
47:26She's amazing though.
47:27She looked after us.
47:28She's like a single mum of five kids.
47:31She did really well.
47:32What we found here is that my brain goes into pigeon mode
47:35when it's coming up to my period.
47:38My nanny's probably on her menopause
47:39and my mum is probably having a period.
47:41It's probably what it is.
47:43Mama?
47:44Ice cream time.
47:45It's not actually that much there.
47:47Sometimes it tricks you.
47:48That's going to be mine.
47:51And if you can eat it.
47:53You can eat all of that.
47:54I don't think you can eat all of that.
47:56Look, I've got the most in my hand.
47:59We've now stopped for some snack time.
48:00So we're going to Starbucks
48:02and we're going to see what they have in here.
48:04Hopefully...
48:05Oh, not push button.
48:09I'm really hoping they have the mango pot.
48:12I really like the mango pot.
48:14Is that it?
48:15Yeah, it is, isn't it?
48:17Yes.
48:17Mango and overnight oats.
48:19That looks really good.
48:21Yes, please.
48:29Camera now in bed.
48:31The sun is setting.
48:32It's gone really cloudy and dark out there.
48:34You can't even see the mountain.
48:36It's so misty and just a bit wintry now.
48:39It's been such a sunny day though.
48:41We've got all our red lights on
48:44and now going to get on with loads of work.
48:45But I haven't heard from Darren or Sienna.
48:47I don't know what they're getting up to.
48:49I don't know how they're doing.
48:50I really, really missed them actually about an hour ago
48:52because we were all just sat down drawing together.
48:54Me, Karma, Cora and Mia.
48:56And I just started to like get some pangs in my heart
48:59where I was like, I really miss Darren and I really miss Sienna.
49:02Like we've been having a lovely time.
49:03Don't get me wrong.
49:04But I am starting to miss them a little bit.
49:06So this is going to be the second night
49:07without Darren and Sienna here.
49:09I'm sure they're fine and they're doing great.
49:11But yeah, this is all good.
49:13So anyway, guys, I'm going to say goodnight
49:14and I'll see you tomorrow.
49:15And I'm going to be doing a whole vlog dedicated to my periods.
49:19I'm going to share loads of tips and things like that.
49:20I'm going to be doing some really nice things tomorrow.
49:23And yeah, hope you all have had a lovely day.
49:26I'll see you tomorrow.
49:27Goodnight.
