00:00Tell me how the renovation has gone.
00:02Amazingly well. It's been brilliant.
00:04It's been, you know, there are obviously obstacles along the way but we've, yeah, really, really chuffed a bit with what we've done.
00:09And all envisioned of how you wanted it to go?
00:12Absolutely. Actually better, I think, because I think you have an idea in your mind and then it's not until you speak to people and, you know, people that were working with us to design it all that you then bring other ideas to the table.
00:23So, no, it's been brilliant, yeah.
00:25And how excited are you to fit, you know, to finally open?
00:28I'm so excited because everyone's so excited so we just want to open the doors for them and I'm excited for them to see what we've done because it's totally different to how it was before.
00:38Brilliant. Just remind me what food people can expect to have here.
00:42So, tea rooms and I think we're going to be more gastro than bistro high end but the special boards will definitely feature bistro food.
00:50So, yeah, nice. You won't be disappointed. There's going to be lovely poke bowls, salad bowls, all sorts that we're going to be doing for you.
00:58And tell me what the reaction's been like for the community during the renovation.
01:02Fantastic. It's such a lovely community and they have generally been absolutely wonderful.
01:07They keep popping in, being nosy along the way and it's just been so lovely and encouraging for us.
01:12So, yeah, really grateful for the local community.
