00:28And I've had this for a while, but I've never had that didn't make it in a
00:32Waffle iron so recently so we're making chicken and waffles up buttermilk. So the breaded chicken
00:42Will actually be doing it in the airfryer, but I had to start this last night. So let's rewind

00:54Back a day earlier now now the recipe called for
00:59Chicken wings, but I'm not a wings guy. I'm just gonna use chicken tenders chicken tendies dry ingredients
01:07the dry ingredients that includes
01:13Two teaspoons of salt I guess that's about two teaspoons of salt

01:26One teaspoon of onion powder
01:32That looks like about one teaspoon maybe a little more
01:36We'll have one teaspoon of garlic powder. Here we go. Ah

02:20Paprika like pull extra paprika, of course, we'll put in some lemon pepper

02:56We have a quarter cup of cornstarch.

03:00Here's a quarter cup of cornstarch.
03:05And we'll do in two cups of flour.
03:12That's one cup of flour and we're going to have to refill the flour.
03:30Chicken tenders into the bowl and we're going to cover this all up beautifully.
03:39So let's put them in a bowl and well, we'll do the same thing we just did this time with
03:46the chicken tendies in here.
03:50So it really envelops and covers this chicken tenders and spin it around, jostle it around,
04:08jump it around.
04:09Oh yeah, there we go.
04:12Now we got our chicken and we got our little mix in the bowl, what we're going to do is
04:16we're going to pour in some buttermilk on top of it.
04:22Just enough to cover the whole thing up.
04:33And then we're going to repeat the process we've been doing, shaking this up so the buttermilk
04:42mixes in with our chicken and the flour.
05:02Shake this up, shake it up a little bit more and we got to put this in the fridge overnight.
05:11Let this settle just right and in the morning, or like tomorrow, we'll set this up and we'll
05:19make our chicken and waffles.
05:21So let me put this in the fridge and well, time to go back to tomorrow.
05:44Okay here's the, we've been soaking this overnight, we got plenty of buttermilk with this chicken
05:52tenders.
05:54Yes indeed, we'll get that ready to put in the air fryer.
05:56But first we got to start doing other things.
05:58We're going to make this honey butter, we're going to make the waffle, get the waffles ready.

06:05All right, the first thing we're going to do is we're going to make this honey butter.

07:33Now I'm actually going to get a bigger measuring cup.
07:40So we're going to get, we're going to put in one, almost two cups of milk.
07:49All right, I'm going to heat up this milk.
07:50Melt this butter in the microwave for 90 seconds.
08:04Meanwhile, we'll start preparing our other ingredients.
