00:00We are united in facing these challenges, in fact today we will talk a lot about health, welfare, protection and prevention and natural disasters related to climate change.
00:17These are no longer extraordinary events, as you can imagine, we live them every day. This first part of 2025 is going well for the moment, but we must not be serene about the future regarding these events.
00:32Well, the private sector can be protected with adequate insurance coverage. We have a situation of very high under-insurance in our country. The percentage of private housing insured against natural events is very low, we are talking about about 5%.
00:49As for fire protection, the percentage is a little higher, but it is not enough. Small and medium-sized businesses are also in a situation of under-insurance.
01:04As you know, there is the regulation that has made this type of insurance coverage mandatory for small and medium-sized businesses. So, with our guarantees and above all through our agency network, we think we can face these challenges.
01:24I would say that the mandatory regulation that has been enacted is a brilliant example of a partnership between the public and the private sector to meet these needs in our country.
