The Women, Family, and Community Development Ministry will request the National Registration Department (NRD) to assist Putra Heights fire victims in replacing their lost identification documents.

Speaking to reporters at the Putra Heights Mosque after visiting displaced victims on Wednesday (April 2), Deputy Minister Datuk Seri Noraini Ahmad said the ministry would also offer counseling services to victims through the One-Stop Social Support Centre (PSSS).

01:44to work together with the National Registration Office.
01:50Because when they leave, they leave without a document, such as an IC.
02:00So we hope that the National Registration Office will work together to facilitate for those in need.
02:16For your information, one PPSS was opened in Dewan Kemelia, Puterhai.
02:23But there are only nine families who are here.
02:28But to be honest, in many PPSS, each PPSS has helped a lot.
02:35But I want to praise the steps that have been taken in this PPSS, which is very strong.
02:43And they are many, from the people in charge of the mosque, the people in charge of the local residents,
02:52government officials, NGOs, who have come to help since yesterday when the fire broke out.
