00:49response in Myanmar and northern Thailand.
00:53These efforts will be carried out with the support of the ASEAN Coordinating Centre
00:57for Humanitarian Assistance on Disaster Management.
01:01He further highlighted that the disaster has led to significant loss of life, injuries
01:06and widespread destruction, particularly in Mandalay, Naypyitaw, Bangkok, Chiang Mai and
01:12surrounding areas.
01:13ASEAN, he said, stands ready to support relief and recovery efforts, aligning its response
01:19with priorities set by Myanmar and Thailand to ensure those affected receive the help
01:25they urgently need.
