01:13his address is from Tagong, Davao, Del Norte.

01:20But the Animal Welfare Investigations Project discovered

01:24that this happened in Mandaon, Masbate.

01:27That's where they found the suspect who was recognized by the barangay.

01:31We were able to talk to him on the phone.

01:34But because he can't speak Tagalog,

01:36he was helped by the barangay.

01:38Sir, the dog was barking.

01:42People were chasing it.

01:44So he did what he did last year.

01:48He's guilty of what he did.

01:50He didn't study.

01:53He doesn't understand how to serve animals.

01:56Sir, he asked for forgiveness.

01:59He didn't do it again.

02:01The suspect didn't know that someone was recording a video

02:05and he didn't know who could get it.

02:09He was denying at first that he didn't know that he was being recorded.

02:14But I told him that he's lying because the second time he was hit by the dog,

02:18he looked at the person who was recording the video and asked if he's okay.

02:23You can't escape because you can see his face there.

02:26The complaint was filed against the suspect.

02:28He could go home for up to two years

02:32and the fine could reach P100,000.

02:36They are still looking for the person who recorded and uploaded the video.
