00:00Before all international conventions in terms of human rights, before to the UN Charter,
00:12before to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, it came before the two declarations
00:19that have been signed on the rights of migrants to work abroad.
00:26You must imagine for a moment if Venezuelan rulers, if Hugo Chavez and Nicolas Maduro
00:39would have the character of Nayib Bukele or that of Marco Rubio or the Nazi character
00:45of Marco Rubio and Nayib Bukola.
00:48With six million Colombians that came to this land, with a million Spanish and Italians
00:54and Portuguese that came to this land, with the over 800,000 Ecuadorians that came to
01:01this land, with the hundreds of thousands of Peruvians that came to this land, with
01:06the dozens of thousands of Chileans that came to this land running from Nazism, from Gusto
01:13Pinochet, from persecution and death.
01:17On the contrary, we did right the opposite of what Pastor LimĂłn denounced in his poem.
01:31We opened our arms and welcomed them with our open arms, Spanish, Italian, Colombian,
01:37Ecuadorian, Peruvian, people from Arab countries.
01:46Every single time that a man or woman from the world ran from persecution and torture
01:51and war, every time that a man or woman ran from economic difficulties or from 120 years
01:59of war in Colombia, there were no concentration camps here.
02:03There were homes, bread, studies, work, and hugs.
02:18And I won't talk a lot about things that are absolutely evident and obvious.
02:27In the very first place, the vast majority, to not say all, of our brothers kidnapped
02:38in El Salvador.
02:43They don't even know, and in their life, they had never set foot in the territory of El
02:49Salvador.
02:50Therefore, they had not committed any crime in El Salvador.
02:55How can it be now that they are kidnapped in El Salvador by Nayib Bukele?
02:59How can we explain this?
03:01Mr. UN Secretary General, how can you explain this?
03:04Explain this to us.
03:06The High Commission of the Human Rights Organization of the UN, explain this.
03:12Explain Venezuelans how can it be possible that a person that has never set foot in El
03:17Salvador is now imprisoned in El Salvador, under which norm, under which code, under
03:23which law, under which constitution?
03:26Explain this to us.
03:30I won't speak about that trash can in history of the Organization of American States.
03:39I won't bother myself with that.
03:45We are also before a narcissist, before a character as the son of a famous Uruguayan
03:59rock group.
04:00His only enemy is the mirror, and his name is Nayib Bukele, Mirror Mirror, the Grok Network
04:09of Artificial Intelligence.
04:11Who is the most beautiful president, which is the most populous president in the world,
04:22popular?
04:25And the answer was Claudia Sheinbaum.
04:32It's there.
04:33He could not delete this.
04:36And for Adolf Hitler to exist, Helmut Behrens, Raymond Heydrich, Himmler, there has to be
04:49also other kinds of people, those that kneel and those that play the fool, those that turn
05:03a blind eye.
05:07You want to see someone that kneels all the time to the new Hitlers, to the new Heydrichs?
05:14Let's play this video.
05:27People speaking to Maria Corina, she's saying that belief, that I always run out of breath.
05:40And now she's completely going the other way around, saying that she's in support of the
05:45people being deported to El Salvador, supporting this measure.
05:49I believe that this scheme is very powerful, and it sends a direct message that what is
05:56awaiting for you is not impunity to return to Venezuela, but the most severe justice
06:01in the United States or in a third country.
06:14That trash, called Maria Corina Machado, used, because it was a whole great operation,
06:26a great operation to once again attack Venezuela as a whole.
06:39No one can keep telling these lies, because the first thing that was said were the sanctions,
06:45Machados, Leopoldo, is that they would only affect the oligarchy of the regime.
06:52And when they came out, there were sanctions against health, food, education, against the
06:58happiness of our people.
07:01Now everyone knows this, the nefarious effect, war-like effects of the sanctions against
07:10an innocent people.
07:13But then they used migration, and that's why they make it easier, and that's why they earned
07:22millions of dollars leading the groups of coyotes that took people all the way to the
07:31United States.
07:32Now they signed this paper that is called the paper of believable fear.
07:37They had lawyers over there in the United States, and quickly they were distributed
07:44all over Democrat states.
07:47And also, very soon it will be known how it was a plan, it was not something that came
07:56out of nowhere, it was not spontaneous, it was not volunteer.
08:02It was a plan to affect the tranquility of the United States, to then say that it was
08:08Venezuela's fault, and based on the law of the Foreign Alien Act, it comes out, it turns
08:15out that I don't know if there is a Trinidad Agua at this point, in Chile, in Peru, or
08:20in Colombia, or in the United States.
08:22I know of a country where Trinidad Agua was annihilated, exterminated, and it's called
08:29the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
08:45There is at least one country that has finished, ended the criminal bans, a country that has
08:55cleansed the territory of that brutal action of those criminal gangs, from kidnapping,
09:02killings, drug trafficking, trafficking of minors, human trafficking, to be used as sex
09:13slaves, to all of them, we neutralize them.
09:20And criminal bands that attempt to reorganize, we are going to dismantle them.
09:27And any new band that tries to come up, we are going to neutralize them.
09:35As good people as we are, we put on the table our experience, instead of filling your mouth
09:42with lies, Chilean government, or Peruvian government, or U.S. government, ask us how
09:48do we did it, and we did it together with the people, and we did it protecting the human
09:54rights of the people.
09:56But above all, we protected the human rights of the people of good, of Venezuela, that
10:02has their rights.
10:03That's why today they have free transit, free economic activity, and of course, their individual
10:09liberty.
10:17The new Hendricks, Nayib Bukele, the new Hendricks, Marco Rubio, and the new lackeys that came
10:35up with children coming out to their window cars, crying, telling them, Maria Corina,
10:42bring my mother home.
10:43And what she did was to send them to El Salvador.
10:46Maria Corina, bring my father back.
10:48And she sent him to El Salvador.
10:51And when one looks over what crime could these people commit, a Venezuelan migrant sent,
11:05not a single one, not one single crime.
11:09But when there is a small crime, it's a transit ticket, noises, loud noises.
11:21That's how barbaric they are.
11:33I hope that any Venezuelan that is not in solidarity with this, that doesn't seek the
11:40freedom of our 238 boys and girls that are turning their blind eye.
11:48I hope that it doesn't happen to them what Nemour says.
11:52I hope it doesn't happen that at some point it's one of their own family members, an aunt,
11:58a sister, a brother, an uncle.
12:02Because today it's not 238 families, the ones that are being affected by that barbaric kidnapping.
12:12We are 30,000 people, 30 million people that are angry about this.
12:18They all belong to us, and we want them back in Venezuela.
12:22We want them back in their homes.
12:24We want them back in the embrace of their mothers, in the embrace of their fathers.
12:29We want them here so that they can embrace their sons and daughters and their wives.
12:34We are 30 million of angry people, and we will not rest.
12:43We will denounce this anywhere.
12:44We are going to work everywhere, and President Maduro is already doing this.
12:50We are hiring all the lawyer firms that have to be hired, but this is not a case of rights.
12:58It's not a case for the courts.
13:01It is a case of human rights violations.
13:04It is crimes of human rights, against human rights, against Venezuelans, whose only crime
13:10is that they have in their veins the blood of SimĂłn BolĂvar, the blood of Francisco
13:15Miranda, and the blood of Juan Antonio of Sucre, and that's the only crime that they
13:22committed.
13:23And we won't rest before all of you that are their mothers and our mothers, that are their
13:35fathers and our fathers, that are daughters, sons, as we are, of you as well.
13:45Before all of you, before the pictures of our kidnapped brethren, we say we will accomplish
13:53this.
13:54We want them back.
13:56We will bring them back healthy and safe, all 238 of them, all those kidnapped, and
14:04we'll bring them back, and all Venezuelans that are being persecuted right now without
14:11any kind of trial, without any kind of law in the United States.
14:16The United States is not a safe country.
14:20The United States is a country that does not respect human rights of migrants.
14:25We will bring them all back.
14:30They will return to your embrace.
14:32They will return to their homes.
14:35They will return the table in your kitchens.
14:39When the mother puts the dinner on the table, you will embrace your sons again, and you
14:46will embrace your mothers again.
14:50You will return to their families, that is, our families, and we'll not rest, and we will
14:54achieve this.
14:55We want them back, all 238 of them.
15:19I want to ask the deputies, along the families of the 238 family members of the 238 kidnapped,
15:28to end the session today, to collect the signature, as is being done all over the national territory,
15:35so that all Venezuelans can express our indignation, our denunciation, our cry, until those that
15:48never should have been taken to a concentration camp are back.
15:55There's no one else.
