00:00I am here at Guardian Women Festival. It has been a phenomenal festival and
00:15event obviously and we've had a few panel sessions about women, how women
00:20are in business, how we can help each other out and it has been very
00:24insightful for me and my position as the editor of Guardian Life magazine and you
00:29know I haven't I've had a lot to learn today and if you've been here I hope you
00:34have as well if you haven't you know sorry you missed out. I learned today that
00:39we should stay authentic and true to ourselves. The second thing also is that
00:43don't undersell yourself, right? Know your worth, know your value. It's been
00:47great, marvellous, yes. I learned so much from the speakers, our women, how we are to
00:52position ourselves, you know the value we bring, that's how we should see ourselves.
00:56I should not settle to be average. I have to work towards being excellent at
01:00what I do. I should be proficient. So if I'm going to be able to sell
01:04myself high and not short, I have to be good at what I do to be able to, you know,
01:09charge your worth. Yes, to be able to charge my worth. If we're not very productive then it
01:13affects everything else that we do. Once again, still in the spirit of caring for
01:18our bodies, so let's come to standing to stretch for like a few seconds.
01:38Of course, so welcome back. Yes, and it's been the venue of course for this year's
01:43Guardian Women's Festival 2025. And yes, of course, the first session just rounded
01:49up and we're going to be asking people who attended how the program has been
01:53and how it was for them, of course, to tell us one or two things that they
01:56actually learned. Absolutely amazing. I love the conversation that we've had so far. I
02:01love that they're touching on several topics from financial literacy to
02:04investment to well-being. This year has been a lovely experience. I've got to
02:08meet a number of amazing women, both as part of the audience and as part of a
02:12panel. So I moderate a panel this year and we're talking about the impact of
02:16coaching and mentorship for women. I walked in here and it has been back-to-
02:21back, mind-blowing conversations about not just women supporting women in mouth
02:26but then actionable feedback. The impact of women cannot be ignored, cannot be, in
02:33fact, it still needs to be demystified in some ways because we have
02:38been put here to do what we can to make the world a better place, to make the
02:44world turn.
