00:25affairs urging it to stop abusing the imposition of ILCO sanctions.

00:54Hello and welcome to From the South, I'm Luis Alberto Matos from Televisa Studios in
00:58Caracas, Venezuela.
00:59We begin with the news, stay with us.
01:16This March 25th, the Venezuelan people are mobilizing in Caracas in support of Venezuelan
01:20migrants who have suffered mistreatment, especially those kidnapped in El Salvador.
01:25This March, called by the Secretary-General of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela,
01:29Diosdado Cabello, seeks to reject justification for violent acts against Venezuelans and to
01:35express solidarity with the migrants.
01:38The mobilization also responds to the application of the Public Enemy Act by Donald Trump's
01:43administration, which has generated repudiation in Venezuela.
01:47Recently, 199 Venezuelan nationals returned to Venezuela from Honduras after being deported
01:52from the United States, which has been seen as a success of their return to the homeland
01:56plan.
02:09Meanwhile in El Salvador, trade union organizations mobilizing in solidarity with the families
02:13of kidnapped Venezuelans, condemning President Nayib Bukele's actions.
02:18Salvadoran political and social groups and popular collectives rejected the U.S. government's
02:22criminalization of the 238 kidnapped Venezuelan migrants.
02:27Union leaders denounced that President Bukele kidnapped the Venezuelan migrants in exchange
02:31for financial retribution from the U.S. administration.
02:35In turn, the unions denounced that the Center for the Confinement of Terrorists, SECOT,
02:39is in fact a center for the confinement, torture and murder of detainees.
02:58And the people of Honduras also expressed solidarity with Venezuela after the criminalization
03:02and illegal imprisonment of its migrants.
03:05A group of people gathered in Tegucigalpa expressed all their support for the kidnapped
03:09Venezuelans in El Salvador who are being criminalized by the United States.
03:13Representatives of various social movements attended the meeting with banners in which
03:17they denounced that migrating is not a crime and that those in prison have not committed
03:22any crime.
03:23The Venezuelan ambassador in Honduras, Margaud Godoy, accompanied the demonstration and thanked
03:27the support of the Hondurans.
03:31Today, March 25, a worldwide day of condemnation and denunciation has been promoted.
03:38But above all in solidarity with the Venezuelan people and government, Venezuelan migrants
03:43and well, Honduras could not be left behind.
03:46I want to recognize that history and that shared struggle, that resistance and that
03:51victory that today has allowed us to embrace again.
03:54And thank you for the solidarity that you have expressed today.
03:57The call has been made by the anti-fascist International Honduras Chapter, but the Honduras-Venezuela
04:03Friendship Association and different organizations and souls, hearts that and the peoples of
04:08the world are attentive to what is happening, have joined us.
04:13And U.S. judges and journalists reject the government decision that ended in the kidnapping
04:17of 238 Venezuelans in El Salvador and claim that Nazis got a better deal with the foreign
04:22enemies law.
04:23Judge Karen Henderson, one of the three judges of the Court of Appeals that is reviewing
04:28to block the Affirmation Law, upset the Deputy Attorney General Drew Ensign by making an
04:33analogy with the Nazis who were applied to the law that today discriminates against Venezuelan
04:38migrants.
04:39In this same line, the journalist Camilo Montoya Galvez, who revealed a list of names of Venezuelan
04:44citizens kidnapped in El Salvador, assures that the investigations of the government
04:48and media have not obtained links with the extinct criminal gang known as the Train of
04:53Aragua.
04:54And on Tuesday, the Chinese government accused the United States of interfering in Venezuela's
05:08internal affairs, urging it to stop abusing the imposition of illegal sanctions.
05:12Precisely during the press conference of the office, the spokesman of China's Ministry
05:17of Foreign Affairs, Guo Jiakun, rejected the so-called long-arm jurisdiction after Washington
05:22announced tariffs of up to 25 percent on imports from countries that buy oil and gas from Caracas.
05:28The diplomat added that the United States is seriously interfering in the internal affairs
05:31of other countries and assured that China is firmly opposed, and reminded Washington
05:35that the imposition of tariffs would only cause greater losses for U.S. companies and
05:40consumers.
05:41We call on the U.S. to stop interfering in Venezuela's internal affairs, abolish the
05:57illegal unilateral sanctions imposed on Venezuela and do more things that are conducive to the
06:04peace, stability and development of Venezuela and other countries.

06:28The lawyer had been appointed U.S. attorney in Virginia in 2021 by then-President Joe
06:32Biden to handle cases involving terrorism, violent gun crime and leaks of classified
06:37documents.
06:38Authorities say the former prosecutor's death may have been caused by a long-standing medical
06:42problem.
06:43Up to see results are still pending.
06:55And the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation created a special task force to conduct an
07:00investigation into the attacks on Tesla vehicles.
07:02On Monday, the Director-in-Charge of Public Affairs, Ben Williamson, informed that the
07:07ATF is also involved in the investigations.

14:11In Lebanon, the Hezbollah resistance movement ensured not to allow the normalization of

14:22The deputy head of the political council of the Hezbollah movement, Mahmoud Kamati, stood
14:27out three main issues.
14:28First, his country must be liberated from the Israeli occupation forces, prisoners must
14:33be released, and the 13-point file with the enemy must be closed.
14:37The authority further pointed out that as long as the Lebanese soil be exposed to the
14:40Zionist regime's shellings, the aggressions would not stop.
