00:17the Venezuelan foreign minister, Ivan Gil, stated that foreign interests would not be
00:21allowed to try to rewrite the reality of the disputed territory. All this after the Secretary
00:25of State of the United States, Marco Rubio, reiterated the current commitment of the U.S.
00:30government with Guayana and threatened a military intervention in the country.
00:33These threats have been made since Venezuela announced that it will elect a governor for
