00:51Let's get to the news.
01:04In Venezuela, massive demonstrations took place in support of Venezuelan migrants who
01:09are being subjected to mistreatments by the US government.
01:12Thousands of Venezuelans took to the streets of Caracas against the illegal kidnapping
01:17and transfer of Venezuelan migrants from the US to Salvadoran prisons, with the complicity
01:23of Salvador's President Nayib Bukele, an order of the US neo-fascist and centuries-old
01:29alien enemies law from 1798.
01:33In the context of the massive demonstration, President Nicolás Maduro assured that no
01:37migrant will be left behind.
01:46You know that with the favor of God and the support, everything that we can do to rescue
02:03our children who are not criminals, they're innocent, they're boys and girls.
02:25As one of the fathers of one of them said recently, we have been watching this huge
02:32demonstration of dignity and purity.
02:39We are a people, but there's a law from 1798 to declare them criminals and alien enemies.
02:58But no matter how much it costs, I guarantee all the efforts for these boys and girls return
03:17to their families.
03:21In Venezuela, the designated for peace talks Jorge Rodriguez reaffirmed the government's
03:25commitment to recover the Venezuelan migrants kidnapped in concentration camps in El Salvador
03:30by orders of the White House.
03:36We are going to go wherever we have to go, to all the multilateral organizations.
03:41We are going to talk to all the countries.
03:45President Nicolás Maduro is already making one-to-one contacts with heads of state, heads
03:49of government, with multilateral organizations, with human rights organizations, and we have
03:55expressed our position before all of them.
03:57Return our boys, return our girls.
04:02Return them to the arms of their mothers.
04:05Return them to the arms of their fathers.
04:08Return them to their homes.
04:10Return them to the table of their kitchens and dining rooms.

04:22In Venezuela, families of migrants deported by the United States government marched Tuesday
04:27in Caracas to demand the immediate release of their loved ones from the fascist concentration
04:32camps in El Salvador.
04:37We are here today because my relatives Angelo Escalona and Cliber Pena Alonso, and my friends
04:44Arturo Suarez and Jaisen Darwin have been kidnapped.
04:48Yes, kidnapped, that's right word for that.
04:52As to this day we don't know where they are.
04:54They went to the United States looking for a dream and they ended up in a nightmare.
04:59On February 8th they were taken away.
05:02They were in their apartment making a music video.
05:05Because as you can see Suarez is a singer and they were all together making a video.
05:11Then the immigration authorities came and took them away like criminals, like animals.
05:16On Saturday they called to tell us that they were going to bring them to Venezuela, to
05:21their country.
05:23On Sunday we were happily waiting for them and found out that the planes that were supposed
05:28to come to Venezuela went to El Salvador.
05:31We still don't know if they are okay, if they have eaten or not.
05:35We just want our relatives back home.
05:38We ask for help and that those who are going through this same thing be released.
05:45Likewise family members claimed that the relatives were innocent and not affiliated with any
05:50criminal organization.
05:53Hello, I am also a relative of Angelo Escalona, he's my nephew, a child who is being treated
06:01as an adult.
06:03A person who is 18 years old is considered to be of legal age in our country, but in
06:08those other countries he is still considered a minor and is treated as such.
06:14The house where he lived was kidnapped for the act of recording a music video.
06:20Because they thought he was making noise, the police attacked him, took him to jail
06:24and then kidnapped him.
06:27After approximately 15 days he contacted us happy and joyful because he had been given
06:32an appointment for March 25 and that was not taken into account.
06:37On Friday he called us that he was going to be deported to our country, he never arrived.
06:43He is not a delinquent and does not belong to any criminal gang of any country, he is
06:48just turning 18 years old.
06:51He is a boy who will be about 2 years old in that country and he was working because
06:55he still had not been able to start studying, but he was working and was dedicating himself
07:00to good things.
07:03ALBA movement took to acts to condemn the US implementation of war legislation against
07:08Venezuelan migrants.
07:10The organizations and social movements that are part of ALBA movement take a position
07:15in strong rejection of the recent joint action between the government of the United States
07:20of America and the government of El Salvador in which 238 people were kidnapped to be imprisoned
07:26in a center for the confinement of terrorists, created by President Nayib Bukele in violation
07:32of international law and the fundamental human rights of migrants.
07:44On Tuesday, the American Association of Jurists denounced the application of laws by the US
07:50government that are violating the human rights of Venezuelan migrants.
07:53In a statement, the association denounced the application of the Alien Enemies Act of
07:581798 against Venezuelan migrants, openly violating the fundamental principles contained in covenants,
08:06agreements, charters and conventions signed by all nations and protected by international
08:12public law.
08:14The organization adds that this law is the Nazi fascist principle that justified the
08:19persecution and extermination of millions of people during the 20th century and throughout
08:24the 21st century.
08:26Today, the United States intends to criminalize without due judicial and administrative process
08:32thousands of Venezuelan migrants in order to subsequently commercialize them and transfer
08:37them as undesirable merchandise to El Salvador.
08:41The communiqué concludes, Venezuelans residing in the United States are victims of a migration
08:46sponsored by that same country by imposing against the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela
08:52over 950 unilateral coercive measures for more than 20 years with the sole objective
08:59of achieving a violent change of the government chosen democratically by the Venezuelan people.

10:07Cuban Minister of Communications Frederic Náñez opened the second day of activities
10:12with the conference From Propaganda to Cognitive Warfare, Strategies of Resistance and Construction
10:18of Informative Autonomy, and then continued with a dialogue called Short Communication
10:23and Geopolitics, Music as the Power of Destabilizing Processes, which was inspired by the documentary
10:29Soundtrack to a Coup d'Etat by Belgian Johan Grimmond Press.
10:34The documentary narrates an episode of the Cold War where two U.S. musicians burst into
10:40the United Nations Security Council.
10:49During his speech at the Patria international colloquium in Cuba, Venezuelan Communications
10:54Minister Frederic Náñez stated that ideology is based on the manipulation of human desires.
11:01With the media that existed up to that time, and that developed during the 20th century
11:08propaganda imposed itself as the true ideology.
11:12An ideology that appealed not to the conscious side, but to the unconscious side, to the
11:19side that states precisely that ideas and everything produced by the human being has
11:23a foundation in desires, that is, in the manipulation of desires,
11:29had to be seen directly as ideology itself, not ideology as we have thought of it, which
11:34is a system of ideas that are inoculated and imposed from the direct point of view, but

11:47In Panama, members of the People United for Life Alliance marched this Tuesday to demand
11:51the repeal of the recent approved Bill 163 on the Social Security Fund.
11:58The demonstrations will take place at 4pm local time and will go to the National Assembly
12:04to reject the government's project.
12:06Likewise, during March 19th and 20th, leafleting, picketing and partial road closures will take
12:13place throughout the country as a measure of pressure against the Executive and Parliament.

12:37In Colombia, the national government called for a day of mobilizations to support the

12:49As of 9am local time, different cities in Colombia take part in rallies aimed at showing
12:55the people's rejection of the blockades against health, pension and labour reforms.

14:54Russian President Vladimir Putin backed the idea of suspending attacks on energy infrastructures
15:00of Russia and Ukraine for 30 days.
15:03The decision was announced by the Kremlin after the Russian leader held a telephone
15:06conversation with US President Donald Trump.
15:09During the dialogue, Putin maintained his position to seek the way to peace.
15:14The Russian president assured that the lives of the Ukrainian military in the Russian Kursk
15:19region will be respected as long as they surrender and cease fighting.
15:24Putin stressed that the key condition for ending the conflict is a cessation of military
15:29aid to Kyiv and the opening of dialogue.
15:37Russian President Vladimir Putin also disclosed that exactly 28,595 sanctions are currently
15:45in place against Russian citizens and legal entities, which exceeds any number of sanctions
15:50against other countries in the world.
15:52During his speech at the plenary session of the Congress of the Union of Industrialists
15:57and Entrepreneurs of Russia, the president stated that in spite of the large number of
16:02Western coercive measures, national companies have been able to adapt and continue their
16:07activity.
16:09President Putin affirmed that these pressure measures seek to weaken economic and technological
16:14capabilities, but with these sanctions Russia has strengthened its sovereignty and growth
16:19in all areas.
16:25The Chinese government assures that military exercises in the Taiwan Strait are a decisive
16:30response to the collusion and foreign support given to the separatist attempts in the Chinese
16:36island.
16:37Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Mao Ning affirmed that China's military actions are
16:42necessary legal and justified measures to defend the country's sovereignty, security
16:48and integrity.
16:49Mao Ning also warned that separatism from Taiwan's independence is incompatible and
16:54will only lead to self-injury.
16:57In this regard, she urged the United States to honor the commitment to stop provocative
17:02actions that cross red lines.
17:28At the United Nations Security Council, Palestine called to stop the new wave of aggressions
17:36perpetrated by Israel against its territory.
17:39Palestinian Ambassador at the United Nations Riyad Mansour urged the Security Council to
17:44issue a resolution to stop Israel's criminal acts.
17:48The Palestinian representative called on those present not to let war to become acceptable
17:54and assured that this is a historic moment when they must take side.
17:58Russia, in turn, criticized the Israeli offensive and stated that these actions have put the
18:04international community in a climate of uncertainty.
18:08For his part, China's representative called on Israel to cease its violations of international
18:13humanitarian law and its collective punishment of civilians in Gaza.
18:23In Syria, over 30 Israeli airstrikes have hit to death some 3 people and 19 others got
18:29injured in Daraa province.
18:31The Syrian civil defense ministry noted that four children, a woman and two volunteers
18:37of its corps had been among the wounded.
18:39Likewise, the Daraa governorate unfolded that Israel attacked the military residential compound
18:46in Isra city and its headquarters in Daraa province, some 100 km south of Damascus.
18:53Lately, satellite images showed the Israeli occupation forces have pitched seven new military
18:58sites in border areas stretching from Mount Hermon to Tel Kudna hill in the south.
