00:14Welcome back, viewers.
00:16Once again, your questions and answers
00:18will be given by Mufti Muhammad Suhail Azamjani
00:20in a live program, God willing.
00:22Many questions have been collected.
00:24Musa, if you could come to the answers.
00:26In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
00:28One question is that
00:30the husband of the sister-in-law is unwell.
00:32So,
00:34he has a problem with his stethoscope.
00:36There are other problems as well.
00:38So,
00:40the wife, in the state of fasting,
00:42sometimes it is necessary to bathe her.
00:44So, if there is no one else to bathe her,
00:46can the wife bathe her
00:48in the state of fasting?
00:50So, here,
00:52in that case,
00:54it can be forbidden that
00:56if the husband and wife
00:58are close to each other
01:00and they are afraid that
01:02the matter might escalate,
01:04then it can be forbidden there.
01:06But, here, the husband is unwell
01:08and it is necessary to bathe him.
01:10So, if the wife, in the state of fasting,
01:12has told him that there is no such thing,
01:14then she can bathe him.
01:16There is no problem in this.
01:18The sister said that
01:20the women, in the state of fasting,
01:22can do bilij, etc.
01:24There is no such thing.
01:26Another question was that
01:28the brother said that the Imam
01:30was offering his prayers
01:32and he recited two Surahs
01:34and then he started reciting
01:36the second Surah.
01:38So, in this case,
01:40will he be able to offer his prayers or not?
01:42Now, the problem is that
01:44sometimes it happens that
01:46the Imam starts reciting a Surah
01:48and he had just recited a couple of words
01:50and it slipped out of his mind.
01:52He can't remember anything.
01:54So, what he does is that
01:56he leaves the Surah and recites another Surah.
01:58Okay?
02:00Usually, when one Surah
02:02is not being recited,
02:04the second Surah is recited
02:06in such a way that
02:08it is equivalent to a large Ayat
02:10or at least three small Ayats.
02:12So, if he has taken it and recited it,
02:14then there is no need for Sajdah,
02:16etc. and the prayer will be offered.
02:18There is a caller. Please include him.
02:20Yes?
02:22Peace be upon you, sir.
02:24I am calling from District Sohbat, Turbulistan.
02:26Okay. What is your question?
02:28My question is that
02:30when I get angry,
02:32I can't control it
02:34and I get angry with you.
02:36So, my question is that
02:38please give me a voice
02:40so that my anger is reduced.
02:42Inshallah.
02:44Okay, one more caller is coming.
02:46Peace be upon you.
02:48Please switch off the TV and talk to us.
02:50Hello?
02:52Peace be upon you.
02:54What is your question?
02:56Peace be upon you.
02:58What is your question?
03:00My question is that
03:02in the banking sector
03:04and
03:06in the industrial sector,
03:08where there is a finance department,
03:10where a term is used
03:12which we call interest,
03:14due to which
03:16employees are working
03:18in any condition.
03:20Please inform me about this.
03:22Is it permissible
03:24for them to earn
03:26source of income
03:28or not?
03:30Is it permissible for them to earn
03:32in the industrial and banking sectors?
03:34One more caller is with us.
03:36Peace be upon you.
03:38What is your question?
03:40I am calling from Lahore.
03:42My question is that
03:44how long is the time for Maghrib prayer?
03:46How long is the time for Maghrib prayer?
03:48Okay.
03:50Mufti, please come to the answers.
03:52Okay.
03:54My question is that
03:56my sister said that
03:58her mother's teeth are broken.
04:00So, some water
04:02drips from it.
04:04Is there any blood or something
04:06which drips and goes into the throat?
04:08Then the fast will be broken.
04:10Normally, there is water in the mouth
04:12and if there is no taste,
04:14then the fast will not be broken.
04:16But if there is blood or something
04:18which drips and goes into the throat,
04:20then the fast will be broken.
04:22My sister has been
04:24following the same thing
04:26that I am explaining to my brother-in-law
04:28and he is not understanding.
04:30And he is saying that I will leave
04:32my sister.
04:34So, for the sake of your sister,
04:36please step back.
04:38Please compromise and
04:40compromise so that
04:42you and your sister
04:44can be at peace.
04:46Then he said that
04:48if someone has committed a sin
04:50in the past and people
04:52do not forgive him,
04:54then what should they do?
04:56There is no problem.
04:58When you have repented,
05:00Allah will bless you.
05:02So, keep repenting.
05:04Keep asking Allah for forgiveness.
05:06Keep saving yourself from sins.
05:08A woman can travel
05:1040-50 km alone
05:12or with a non-Muslim.
05:14See, I will never advise
05:16a non-Muslim to travel
05:1840-50 km alone.
05:20But if you are alone
05:22or if there are other women
05:24with you,
05:26then the legal distance
05:28is 57.5 miles.
05:30Which is
05:3292 km.
05:34Alright.
05:36If you are traveling alone,
05:38then you cannot travel alone.
05:40If you are traveling with a Muslim,
05:42then you can travel with other women.
05:44But I will not advise a non-Muslim.
05:46Then there was a question
05:48that in Nafl,
05:50in one rakat,
05:52she recites Surah Ikhlas three times.
05:54In one rakat, she forgot
05:56Surah Fatiha.
05:58She recited Surah Ikhlas.
06:00Then she recited Surah Fatiha.
06:02Is it necessary to recite
06:04Surah Fatiha three times?
06:06No, it is not necessary.
06:08You recited Surah Fatiha three times.
06:10Then you recited Surah Ikhlas.
06:12It is Nafl.
06:14So, it is not necessary to recite
06:16Nafl three times.
06:18If you recite it,
06:20then it is good.
06:22Because if you recite
06:24Surah Ikhlas three times,
06:26then you get the reward of Quran.
06:28But if you don't recite it,
06:30then Nafl will be paid.
06:32So, after that,
06:34complete Durood-e-Ibrahimi
06:36and Dua.
06:38Then send Salam.
06:40Then there was a question
06:42that in Shor-e-Itikaf,
06:44they say that the stomach is very weak.
06:46And everywhere,
06:48they say something.
06:50I say no.
06:52Just don't be strict on them.
06:54You said that they are mentally weak.
06:56So, my sister,
06:58you should not have left them alone.
07:00So, a sensible person
07:02should have been with them.
07:04But you should keep informing them.
07:06And make them understand with love.
07:08Then there is no need to fight.
07:10My sister passed away.
07:12Her things, jewels,
07:14were sold by her brother.
07:16Then he kept it.
07:18Then he said,
07:20we listened to your program.
07:22My sister,
07:24all her belongings
07:26were to be distributed
07:28according to the Shariah.
07:30Her children, her husband,
07:32her siblings.
07:34They were to be distributed
07:36according to the Shariah.
07:38Now, you did not do it.
07:40Now, you have come to your senses.
07:42But still, whatever things are there,
07:44they should be distributed
07:46according to the Shariah.
07:48Whatever has happened is wrong.
07:50So, ask forgiveness from your ancestors.
07:52If they forgive,
07:54God willing, it will be forgiven.
07:56We are on our way.
07:58My sister said,
08:00regarding Shab-e-Baraat and Shab-e-Miraj,
08:02many people said that
08:04Shab-e-Baraat is nothing.
08:06So, why did Huzoor
08:08go to Baqi-e-Ghargat?
08:10And why were you
08:12praying so much that night?
08:14It was a night.
08:16It was a night.
08:18So, there was so much emphasis on it
08:20in Hadith-e-Karima.
08:22And similarly, Shab-e-Miraj
08:24in Hadith-e-Karima
08:26was definitely celebrated.
08:28We celebrated it on 23rd March.
08:30Why did we celebrate it?
08:32Because Pakistan was free.
08:34Why do we celebrate 14th August?
08:36Pakistan was free.
08:38We got a great blessing.
08:40Allah the Almighty gave
08:42such a great miracle of Shab-e-Miraj
08:44to Huzoor.
08:46And we should be thankful
08:48for that night.
08:50So, this is unfortunate.
08:52They don't ask questions
08:54about religion.
08:56That's why Shab-e-Baraat
08:58is dedicated to angels
09:00for the coming year.
09:02We should be fasting.
09:04We should be worshipping.
09:06And we should be thankful
09:08for Allah's blessings on Shab-e-Miraj.
09:10Don't listen to anyone else.
09:12These things will keep happening.
09:14So, listen to the people of religion.
09:16InshaAllah, it will be beneficial for you.
09:18A guest came to the house.
09:20He was upset with his parents.
09:22He said,
09:24I will go out.
09:26I will go from here.
09:28I will not go there.
09:30He said, I tried to make him understand.
09:32You did the right thing.
09:34It is the duty of parents.
09:36You should not try to take responsibility.
09:38He said, I get angry.
09:40I can't control it.
09:42When I get angry,
09:44I should move away from that place.
09:46When I get angry,
09:48I should perform ablution or wash my hands.
09:50InshaAllah, I will not get angry.
09:52Whenever I get angry,
09:54I should say,
09:56I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Satan.
09:58I should recite Durood Sharif.
10:00InshaAllah, I will not get angry.
10:02In the banking sector,
10:04or in the industrial sector,
10:06when it comes to interest,
10:08the things that are directly
10:10involved in interest,
10:12and the job that is directly
10:14involved in it,
10:16like lending,
10:18or documentation,
10:20then that job will not be permissible.
10:22If it is not directly involved,
10:24but it is in the same institution,
10:26then it is better to change the institution.
10:28But until you get a job,
10:30you can do it indirectly.
10:32Like the cashier,
10:34there is permissible money,
10:36so you can do it.
10:38But even in that,
10:40the scholars say that
10:42there is a need to change the institution.
10:44And the last thing,
10:46how long is the time for Maghrib prayer?
10:48It is before Isha prayer.
10:50But before it gets dark,
10:52Maghrib prayer should be offered.
10:54It should be done.
10:56Thank you very much.
10:58You have given your answers.
11:00Our next segment is a quiz show.
11:02Today, you will take the team
11:04with a lot of thought.
11:06Because yesterday,
11:08I also supported you.
11:10But Mufti sahib, my team was C.
11:12But he gave me C.
11:14No, you gave me B.
11:16Our next segment is a quiz show.
