00:00A legal expert believes that former President Rodrigo Duterte's assets could be freezed because of his cases.

00:07In the radio broadcast of ICC Assistant to Council Attorney Cristina Conte,

00:12she said that it is up to the prosecutors if they will file a motion to request this from the court.

00:18However, she emphasized the importance of timing in filing a motion regarding this, especially since the former president is not yet convicted in the case.

00:26Meanwhile, in the conversation between the witnesses,

00:29Attorney Conte listed the possible suspects, including the relatives of the victims of the Umanoy extrajudicial killings,

00:37as well as the DDS or Davao Death Squad, like Edgar Matubato and Arturo Lascañas.

00:45If this is a presentation of a case, it should be proven that there was a murder,

00:52someone ordered the murder and how the murder happened.
