00:37Meanwhile, Roque is in the Hague Netherlands

00:41despite the human trafficking complaint that is now rolling in the DOJ against him.

00:46Remulia's return to Roque is to be a Filipino and go home to the Philippines

00:52instead of going to the case of the former President of the Hague Netherlands.

00:58Remulia also called Roque irrelevant in the case of the former President

01:04even though he asked for political asylum.

01:07Remulia also said that there is no political persecution against him.

01:11There is no discussion of politics.

01:13That's why he will ask for political asylum.

01:16His complaint against him is human trafficking in person

01:21because of his involvement in the operation of Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators or POGO back then.

01:27That's why he will ask Roque to be his lawyer and face the complaint against him in the Philippines.

01:32As of now, the DOJ's Office of the Prosecutor General has not yet resolved the complaint against Roque.

01:39But they are investigating the counter affidavit of Roque,

01:44which was notarized and submitted to the Abu Dhabi UAE.

01:47Meanwhile, the DOJ is continuing its investigation on how Roque left the country

01:54or if he used fake documents to leave the Philippines.

02:00The DOJ is contacting various countries to get information up to this point.
