00:00The White House is defending its decision to send hundreds of alleged gang members
00:04to a super prison down in El Salvador.
00:07And President Trump is thanking the country for taking all of those illegal migrants in.
00:12Good job, El Salvador. One of the great stories in Central South America.
00:15Maddie Rivera is live in Washington. Maddie.
00:18Hi, guys. Good morning. The president of El Salvador says more than 200
00:22trend Aragua members arrived in the country over the weekend. He also says they received
00:26almost two dozen MS-13 gang members from the U.S.
00:30Got to catch them all.
00:31A senior Trump administration official tells our Bill Mulusian,
00:34261 illegal aliens were deported to El Salvador. In total, 101 were Venezuelans.
00:40What does that mean?
00:41Via Title VIII, and 137 were deported through the Alien Enemies Act of 1798.
00:47And that's what's been causing a lot of controversy.
00:50This wartime authority gives the president the power to deport non-citizens without a
00:54judicial hearing during a period of war or invasion. The act is.
01:01Well, there it is.
01:02Only been used three other times in American history.
01:05This is the first time it's been invoked since World War II.
01:08Wow.
01:08The president is justifying its use.
01:11Some of that are wanted in El Salvador.
01:12Yeah, I heard about that.
01:14Because Biden allowed millions of people, many of them,
01:18criminals, many of them at the highest level.
01:21They emptied jails out.
01:23Other nations emptied their jails into the United States.
01:26That's an invasion.
01:27On Saturday, a federal judge ordered the Trump administration to
01:31stop removals under the act to see if its invocation is legal.
01:35And he ordered deportation flights to turn around.
01:38But the White House says the planes were already outside of U.S. airspace.
01:41So they argue the judge's ruling no longer applied.
01:45White House press secretary Caroline Levitt says the administration did not.
01:49I don't think that's how it works.
01:50Apply with a court order.
01:51Levitt goes on to say federal courts generally have no jurisdiction over
01:55the president's conduct of foreign affairs, adding a single judge in a single city
02:01cannot direct the movements of an aircraft carrier full of airing alien terrorists
02:05who are physically expelled from U.S. soil.
02:08Man.
02:08The temporary restraining order is in effect for 14 days.
02:11A hearing is scheduled on March 21st.
02:14Lawrence Ainsley and Brian.
02:16All right.
02:17It's incredible.
02:18Thank you so much.
02:18When you look at their rap sheets, it's it's hard to believe that some judge was saying
02:22keep them here in America because they are alleged gang members and their rap sheets are long.
02:28These are career criminals that were in America in this great country of El Salvador.
02:32The president there working hand in hand.
02:34I can't believe he released a video about this.
02:36That was fucking hilarious.
02:38Trump decided they can come here.
02:40And you see in the video, they're keeping here in America.
02:42Yeah, I know they're being transported one by one.
02:45They're getting their head shaved.
02:47They're walking with their hands behind their necks.
02:49And this is all at a detention center that the El Salvador terrorism confinement process.
02:54Not a not a question for you.
02:55Well, this is the due process.
02:57It was already explained that if you're using this act and these people are noncitizens,
03:03then this is the due process.
03:06That's the whole point.
03:10And the president down there says the due process is applying the rules.
03:16It will stay for at least a year.
03:18Yet again, I find myself amazed with the Democrat court house.
03:21Yeah, that's because the due process of.
03:25The illegal alien act, whatever the fuck it's called, says that they don't have to.
03:30If you invoke that and it's an invasion, they don't have to do that.
03:37That's the reason.
03:39So you shouldn't be making that argument.
03:42You should be making the argument that he couldn't invoke the act.
03:47That's and that's a different argument.
03:48But to say that these people didn't get due process is not true.
03:54This is the due process.
03:58And even some of the members of the media, they're talking about process again,
04:03and they're not talking about the evildoers that were in our country because Joe Biden decided to
04:07just unleash the border, remove all the security barriers that were there because he didn't like
04:12the president that came before him.
04:14And you had 10 million people come into the country.
04:17We didn't vet these people.
04:18And some of these people right here were the ones that came into the country.
04:22Rapists, murderers, people that committed assault as well.
04:25Why do people not understand this?
04:29Because it's, again, the emotional reasoning of first, they're going to do it to the illegal
04:36alien Venezuelan terrorist group gang members.
04:40And then the next thing they're going to do is they're going to put your your grandma on
04:44Guantanamo Bay or they're going to send grandma to El Salvador's prison because she posted a
04:49meme of Trump being bad.
04:52That that's that's again, like this, it's all emotional reasoning.
04:56There's no thinking about this at all.
05:04And so you have grandma's going to jail now.
05:06Sorry, guys, 80 percent of the country.
05:08I'm sorry, over 70 percent believe that we should have mass deportation of these people.
05:13Yet they defend the actions.
05:15So that that's what I was saying before.
05:17Over 70 percent are OK with it.
05:20And it kind of goes back to what I was saying earlier today.
05:23Let me see if I can just find the picture again.
05:26Where'd it go?
05:29It was the picture of like all the different.
05:33The different places, a different like podcast and everything.
05:36Yeah, this one here.
05:38This is when you take on 70 percent issues, you get 30 percent of the of the space here.
05:45That's what happens.
05:49Yep.
05:56Why do why would people find it crazy that of the idea that people wouldn't like strangers
06:00in their home?
06:01The reason why is because none of these people have to live with the consequences of their own
06:06empathy.
06:07They don't have to live with any of these consequences at all.
06:11So to them, it sounds like a great idea because they get to feel good about themselves and
06:16it never affects them.
06:19That's the reason why.
06:21And once you view all of these, all of this thinking around it being fundamentally narcissistic,
06:28that these people don't actually care about anything, all they care about is doing the
06:32thing that makes them feel good.
06:34Everything else immediately makes perfect sense.
06:37And I would challenge anybody who disagrees with this to really think about it.
06:41Most of these people, their entire worldview is based off of making themselves feel good.
06:46That's the focus.
06:50Of these criminals.
06:51So the way I understand it, a couple of days ago, I think it was Friday, where the president
06:54enacted the 1798 era Alien Enemies Act.
06:57And he said because that he was saying the table to get rid of TDA, MS-13 and all these
07:03criminal gangs that have come into our country.
07:05Next thing you know, we have lined up, I guess, 21 of the most wanted El Salvador MS-13 guys,
07:10250 alien enemy members of TDA.
07:14They were all decided because I think Marco Rubio worked this out with the El Salvadorian
07:18president to open up their prisons.
07:20They clean up their country by putting them all in jail.
07:22He said the ones who came into America will take them back.
07:25We pay them, but it's going to save us money to put El Salvador, keep them in a complete
07:30lockup for at least a year because we know not have the confidence that Venezuela will
07:35be able to hold them.
07:36So a judge says, wait a second, I don't think you should be able to do the 1798 Act.
07:41Turn the plane around.
07:42No way.
07:42Turn the plane around.
07:43No way.
07:43No, no.
07:44We're already out.
07:45And in turn, a congressman, Brandon Gill, has announced plans to impeach the judge for
07:52trying to assert himself in this process.
07:54And it's James Boasberg.
07:56Wow.
07:56He wanted a 14 day hold to examine this.
07:59Forget it.
08:00And OK, Democrats, not only are they not going to listen to him, he's going to get fired.
08:04You go stick.
08:05Holy fuck.
08:09Actually, it's going to warrant.
08:10Yeah, I guess so.
08:10Turn the plane around is wild.
08:12Yeah, I guess so.
08:13And if they use this act in its purpose, since it's not a nation or a government invading,
08:17why should we believe it won't be used in other incorrect ways?
08:20Well, so the idea is that they believe Venezuela let these people come over voluntarily.
08:27And based off of that implication, they invoke the act.
08:31Now, what is the reasoning they have for that?
08:34As far as I know, that reasoning is not public.
08:38So we don't know what the answer to that is.
08:43Go for these guys run on this.
08:45You said that to the nunnery family, this judge is a Barack Obama appointee.
08:49And Donald Trump said to do I believe that Venezuela and these countries are sending
08:54these people over?
08:57Um.
08:59I'm open to the idea of it.
09:02I don't necessarily believe it, but if somebody provided me proof, I would probably believe it.
09:09And I usually think about, like, this might sound bad, but like, what would I do in this
09:13situation?
09:15Well, if Venezuela has a bunch of these problem boys and they're causing trouble, wouldn't
09:20you want to just send them somewhere else?
09:22Yeah.
09:23So I think about it from their perspective.
09:25Yeah, for sure.
09:26They would do that.
09:28Probably.
09:28Yeah, well, that's that's what they are.
09:31So it's plausible for sure.
09:33And I think that ruling that out is naive.
09:37Isn't that a stretch?
09:38These companies take responsibility for the actions of their free people.
09:43Well, it's not about them taking responsibility.
09:46It's about them allowing something to happen that gives them responsibility.
09:51So it's slightly different.
09:52Wait, you decided this.
09:55They're already out of U.S. airspace.
09:56They're flying down to El Salvador.
09:58Now the migrants are already out of U.S. airspace when that judge ordered the planes to return.
10:02And he said the order came too late.
10:04Eighty one illegal aliens also Maduro, the president of Venezuela, has a 10 million dollar
10:09bounty on his head by the FBI.
10:11Oh, yeah.
10:12Isn't that that that asshole with the mustache?
10:16Yeah.
10:18Yeah, guy's a dickhead, isn't he?
10:20Yeah.
10:21Best city in Kentucky.
10:22The dictator is exactly.
10:23So we've kicked out about thirty seven thousand illegal aliens with criminal backgrounds and
10:29criminal should be more did some type of criminality once they were here.
10:33This is exactly what I just asked the question.
10:35Brian, again, is this you see these this images of these violent criminals that were in our
10:41country?
10:42Do you guys want to be the party of these folks right here?
10:45Do you want to be the party of defendants?
10:47Folks right here.
10:48Do you want to be the party of defending these folks?
10:51Something has to also be done at Brennan Gill.
10:53He's the youngest Republican.
10:55He's right about the House represents my home state of Texas.
10:58He's offering these articles impeachment.
11:00I don't think it's unwarranted.
11:02You got these federal judges that are acting like activists trying to make sweeping measures
11:09for something that should that the president has the authority to do.
11:12Right.
11:12So think about this.
11:13If you're Lake and Riley's family and you find out the Democrats and this judge is saying
11:17turn the plane around, the rest will win for years and they don't keep it up.
11:20Yeah.
11:20And I think that people should look at like the way that I cover a lot of this stuff.
11:25They should look at me as if I'm, I guess, some form of an of an inoculation.
11:31If you have me as a person who used to be a big supporter of Bernie Sanders, I liked
11:36Obama, et cetera, like I would say I have a lot of like liberal viewpoints.
11:41Um, if if you have me that's celebrating this, then you should probably think about why is that?
11:50What why is that happening?
11:51And I think that they need to relent on these really weird social issues where they end
11:57up on the side of terrorists and they need to stop pushing this stuff, because if they
12:03do keep pushing this stuff, they're never going to win straight up.
12:08They are never going to win pushing this type of mentality.
12:12It's just not going to happen.
12:15Yeah, they're already incapable of self-reflection.
12:18Well, they don't need to be capable of self-reflection, but what will happen is that they
12:22will get, they will be capable of self-replacement and they will replace themselves if they keep
12:28pushing this narrative.
12:30And I think that's what's going to keep happening is that this narrative is going to keep going
12:35and the more times that they fall off on the side and they fall off on the side of
12:41people that are non-American criminals, the more times that Americans will not be able
12:46to relate to them and the Americans will not want to vote for them.
12:50Why do you want to vote for a party that's caricaturized as being in favor and in defense
12:57of people that want to kill you?
12:59Why would any normal person vote for that?
13:02They don't.
13:06Uh, even you said the leap from gang to nation is contentious.
13:09Should the justification not be massive and clear to remove rights, et cetera?
13:13No, the person that leads Venezuela is a dictator and he kills, as far as I know, he kills his
13:17political opponents and he kills people that disagree with him.
13:21How could you possibly trust anything that they say?
13:28But yeah, Maduro's bounty is now 25.
13:31This is a person with a bounty on his head and we're supposed to trust that he, oh, wow,
13:35so the person that has a bounty on his head by the FBI, who is a terrible fucking person,
13:42a dictator, we're supposed to assume that he's going to tell us the truth about why
13:47all of his gang members are in our country and we have to just believe that.
13:52What a ridiculous premise.
13:57Really, it's the most outrageous, ridiculous thing when you just say it in plain English,
14:03it sounds completely fucking retarded, doesn't it?
14:08Putin logic right there.
14:10That's what Europeans feel like.
14:12Yeah, and I understand that.
14:16Maduro doesn't give a shit about sending people come on.
14:18That's nothing from his perspective.
14:19He has a country to run.
14:20Well, wouldn't it be easier to run a country if you don't have gang members there?
14:24Because to me, I feel like if I was him, I'd send him the fuck out.
14:27Absolutely.
14:28Like, I think it'd be a smart idea for Maduro to do that.
14:34All right, back to America.
14:37You have any crimes that they would have perpetrated had President Trump not won the election
14:42and led the charge.
14:44But Tom Holman, the executor of these of these plans to get rid of these people right away.
14:49So I just think overall, it's a great message.
14:52This is what they keep telling me.
14:53Like, can require was the first to say it.
14:55It is so valuable to show the world the video of people being turned around.
15:00Don't just tell me numbers, show people.
15:02That's exactly right.
15:03Yeah, they need to post more videos like this, because one thing that that makes people enthusiastic
15:08is to feel like they're winning.
15:10And when you get to see videos of these people being shipped off to these like super jails,
15:15this makes the people that are, you know, like the voters of this and the supporters
15:19of this feel good.
15:28OK, so pushing them out counts as a nation sponsored invasion.
15:31Come on, dude.
15:32Yeah.
15:33Yeah.
15:33I think if a country pushes a bunch of people out of their country and then those people
15:38come to our country, I would consider that an invasion.
15:43Yes.
15:45That's correct.
15:49Being turned around because it bridges languages, they go, it's not worth it to sell my mud hut
15:55and come here with all the money I have to get into America.
15:58I'm staying.
15:59So this morning, hundreds of illegal immigrants, some would allege gang ties, are no longer
16:06in the country.
16:07The Trump administration deported them to El Salvador mega prison.
16:12It comes as an Obama appointed just temporarily blocks the president.
16:15Just look at the definition that supports your view.
16:17Well, of course it does, because a lot of the laws are written with common sense and
16:21rationality in mind.
16:22And so I would assume that the law would support my view, my viewpoint, because I am operating
16:28under common sense and rationality, whereas people like this are operating under fear,
16:33implications, and dishonesty.
16:36So yeah, it's that simple.
16:39So it seems like I'm right.
16:41You're so humble.
16:42Being humble doesn't mean that you think that you're wrong, but I do think this is true.
16:49It's a wartime act for deportations.
16:52White House border czar Tom Holman joins us now.
16:55So, Tom, this is a promise made, a promise kept, but it looks like a judge is trying
17:01to stop this.
17:03Why?
17:05I don't know why.
17:06I don't know why any judge would want terrorists returned to the United States.
17:10I mean, that's a great question.
17:13First of all, the video, what a beautiful thing to see.
17:15It's incredible.
17:16Look, the President Trump, by proclamation, invoked the authorities of the Alien Enemies
17:24Act, which he has the right to do, and it's a game changer.
17:28And we removed over 200 violent criminals from the United States, just not TDA, but
17:32also MS-13.
17:34The actions of President Trump made this country safer.
17:36Every criminal alien, every criminal public safety threat and national security threat
17:42removed from this country makes this country safer.
17:44That's what the American voters voted for.
17:46That's their mandate that the President is keeping his promise.
17:48This President Trump is a game changer.
17:51The Alien Enemies Act hasn't been used in a long time.
17:53And when I watched the video, I was involved this week when this whole movement is an extraordinary
17:59thing, what the President Trump is doing to keep his promise.
18:03Jesus Christ.
18:04What the fuck?
18:09Were they filming this in a basketball court?
18:13Listen to this.
18:14I was involved this week when this whole movement is an extraordinary thing, what the President
18:18Trump is doing to keep his promise.
18:20They're playing basketball behind him.
18:23He's promised the American people to make this country safe again, and he's doing a
18:27fabulous job.
18:29So, Tom, I look at this judge.
18:31The flights were already in the air, in the international waters.
18:36How did the judge get involved?
18:38Did these immigrants that were in the country illegally, did their lawyers get involved
18:44and make a petition to the judge?
18:46How did this happen?
18:48How did the judge know about the flights being in the air?
18:52Again, information was leaked.
18:55I don't quite know how it got leaked, but there was a court, emergency court hearing
19:00on five people that were on schedule to be deported.
19:05The judge had a written order that said these five people can't be removed right now.
19:09It wasn't until this flight was already in international waters, heading down to El
19:13Salvador, that the judge made some comment about returning the flights.
19:18We're already in international waters.
19:20We're outside the borders of the United States.
19:22I'm the borders guard.
19:23Once you're outside the border, it is what it is.
19:26But they're in international waters, already on the way south, close to the landing.
19:30You know what?
19:30We did what we had to do.
19:32Remove terrorists, significant public safety threats from the United States by the order
19:38of the proclamation by the President of the United States.
19:40We did the right thing.
19:42Tom, you say that it was five that were on there with this emergency hearing.
19:47So why is the judge asking for the entire flight to be returned?
19:52Your guess is as good as mine, Lawrence.
19:53You know, you've got some radical judge who makes a decision that just defies logic.
20:00I mean, who in their right mind, whether you're a judge or not, wants known public safety
20:05TDA, a recognized terrorist organization sent here by the Maduro regime to create havoc,
20:12to unsettle the United States through the use of fentanyl to kill thousands of Americans,
20:16violence to American citizens, raping and murdering young women in this country.
20:21They are enemies of this country.
20:22And President Trump treated them as enemies.
20:25And we did exactly what we should have done.
20:27Again, President Trump is going to make this country safe again.
20:30He's going to do it one illegal alien at a time.
20:33And this weekend we did 261.
20:35So, Tom.
20:36So, Tom, what's next?
20:37Because I got to get rid of more of them.
20:39I mean, there's a lot more than 200 of these people here.
20:42Yeah, they got to get rid of way more of them.
20:45I'm getting a little worried about the manpower.
20:47These guys are they have to be tired.
20:49You got 30 guys on the stack going on different busts every single day.
20:54Honestly, I bet they probably have record recruitment numbers
20:59because I bet this is the way that a lot of people would want it would want it to be.
21:03And I bet they have a ton of people signing up and that are super enthusiastic about doing this,
21:10because like at least as like I'm 34.
21:13Right.
21:13And so for my whole life, this has been like a frustration with a lot of people.
21:23Hard and dangerous job.
21:24Yeah, it is.
21:26You're going to run out of money.
21:28It doesn't look like you're getting support from the Democrats on this.
21:30You're going against the judges now.
21:33What's next?
21:35Another flight.
21:36Another flight every day.
21:37Another flight.
21:41Oh, geez.
21:45What's another one?
21:49Oh, God.
21:50Yep.
21:51I guess so, right?
21:52The teams are going to be out there every day.
21:54Every day, the men and women of ICE are going to be in the neighborhoods of this nation
21:58arresting criminal, illegal, alien, public safety and national security threats.
22:02Lawrence, you're not going to stop us.
22:04We made a promise to the American people.
22:06The president Trump has made a promise to American people.
22:09We're going to make this country safe again.
22:11I wake up every morning loving my job because I work for the greatest president in the history
22:15of my life, and we're going to make this country safe again.
22:18I'm proud to be a part of this administration.
22:20We're not stopping.
22:21I don't care what the judges think.
22:22I don't care what the left thinks.
22:24We're coming.
22:25Yeah.
22:25Jesus.
22:26I just love seeing you going through these protesters just crunching on the apple as
22:30their liberal tears just just flood the hallway.
22:34Tom Holman, thanks so much for joining the program.
22:36I'm Steve Doocy.
22:37I'm right.
22:38That's nuts.
22:39I agree.
22:39But unfortunately, good, hardworking noncitizens who have been here for decades will also get
22:43deported.
22:44Well, they should have tried to become citizens rather than just coming over here illegally.
22:50I mean, it's pretty simple, right?
22:51I mean, like, yeah, I'm sure like and there's a spectrum, right?
22:55Like those people, like, realistically, I'm going to be honest, OK?
23:00And I think that we can all be honest about this.
23:02They're probably never going to get to all of them.
23:05You know it.
23:06I know it.
23:07Everybody knows it.
23:08Now, should they?
23:09Yeah, they should.
23:10But realistically, they're probably not.
23:14Like, it's just like at a certain point, the payoff for it decreases and it's not worth
23:20doing.
23:21Some will slip through cracks.
23:22Yeah, yeah, sure.
23:23Exactly.
23:24And absolutely.
23:25Imagine how fast ICE would be funded if they took public donations.
23:29Probably right.
23:30And what's this here?
23:32Green card holders are considered permanent residents and are here illegally.
23:35We're not talking about that.
23:36We're talking about something else.
23:37But yeah, and was he actually smiling?
23:40Maybe a little bit, right?
23:42White ethics is just emotional manipulation.
23:44I don't know if you know this, but like your link is just being deleted repeatedly.
23:47So every time you post a link into my chat, it gets immediately deleted.
23:52And I'll ban you because you're just not listening.
23:54Like one of the only rules in chat is to not spam.
23:57And you just keep typing the same thing that look at look at a video.
24:01That's it's annoying behavior.
24:03And I understand that you might want me to watch it and you think it's important.
24:07But the reality is that if I did that with every video, it would be extremely fucking
24:12annoying.
24:14Like so, yeah, you can type it a couple of times.
24:16But after that, that's enough.
24:18And so, yeah, a lot of people just don't really get that.
24:21But yeah, I think this is what's going to happen.
24:23Judges going against constitution to be jailed, too.
24:25Yeah, maybe.
24:25Right.
24:26And so they're going to not only are they not going to do it, but they're going to impeach
24:29the judge as well.
24:30That's pretty fucking extreme.
24:32I'll tell you that.
24:33I mean, to say the least, right?
24:35Find it wild how many kids joined the military to help their parents gain citizenship.
24:37Hope they don't start ousting the parents or the kids enlisting.
24:40I don't know about that really depends.
24:43So, yeah, I don't know.
24:45Let's see here.
24:46When the executive branch does not respect the rule of the court, we've crossed into
24:48a serious Rubicon.
24:50Well, the argument is that the court doesn't have jurisdiction to make a rule in this case
24:54to begin with.
24:55Right.
24:55So that's not really what's being discussed.
24:58And there's a lot of there's a lot of interplay and complexity to it.
25:01Right.
25:02Obviously, there's a separation of powers.
25:04Yeah, exactly.
25:05There's a yeah, the court has no say in this.
25:07Exactly.
25:07Yeah.
25:08And again, they can decide and figure that out whether it's true or not.
25:12Do you think impeaching the judge is an abuse of power?
25:15I think that if there is evidence and proof that a judge is exercising their position
25:21in a political way rather than in accordance of the law and then weaponizing their position
25:28in order to use it towards a political goal, then I think that they should be impeached.
25:33Absolutely.
25:34Because judges are supposed to be impartial and they're not supposed to make decisions
25:38based off of, you know, the way they feel about things or anything like that.
25:42So impeach bad judges.
25:44Exactly.
25:45You should absolutely impeach bad judges.
25:47And there are a lot of bad judges.
25:48I think a great example of that is racist judges like this is a big problem we used
25:53to have.
25:54We probably still have this problem to an extent, but it's been nerfed right in the last 50 years.
26:00So I think about how many racist judges there were in the 1970s, probably hundreds, if not
26:07thousands of them.
26:07Right.
26:08So you clearly should get rid of those people if they're proven to be showing a bias towards
26:13treating people differently based off of skin color.
26:16So if you have and I view this to be relatively the same thing because it's basically fundamentally
26:22you're using a secondary reason to dispense justice.
26:28You're not looking at it from the objective rule of the law.
26:31You're deciding ahead of time and then making the law work backwards to justify your decision.
