01:13The real apprehension is not in what may happen, the real apprehension is what happened.

01:22And all of these people who are saying, why aren't we criticizing this president now?

01:27Why weren't they criticizing the Democratic president who saw $7 billion leave our city?

01:35No one was critiquing.

01:36No one was arguing.

01:37I was the lone voice of arguing about this and so we're going to manage the budget based

01:42on what we have in front of us and we're going to land the plane like we've always

01:45said.
