00:00Arrested in the entrapment operation of the PNP Anti-Cybercrime Group is a former security guard who sold a text blasting machine.

00:11The former security guard, a POGO operating in the Philippines, fell into the hands of the authorities

00:17in the sale of the International Mobile Subscriber Identity or IMSI Catcher and also known as Text Blaster.

00:24The PNP Anti-Cybercrime Group Director, Police Brigadier General Bernard Young, confirmed that the PNP Anti-Cybercrime Group

00:32discovered by the ACG that the PNP is selling Text Blaster online for around P600,000.

00:43The PNP owned by the former POGO operators and was sold by a former security guard.

00:54He sold it for P600,000.

00:59For a small amount, we got it for P450,000.

01:07That's why we conducted an entrapment operation against the seller of the illegal IMSI Catcher.

01:17The security guard also admitted that he used to work for POGO but it was closed.

01:22But he didn't know how to operate the machine so he decided to sell it online.

01:28The security guard just wanted to earn money.

01:31He sold it to his former employer.

01:34He bought it and also sold it.

01:38The security guard admitted that he doesn't know how to operate this machine.

01:44But if this goes to those who know how to operate it,

01:48it will be a big problem for our countrymen because many will be fooled.

01:55When the IMSI Catcher was opened, the authorities saw the last message it sent.
