00:12has now taken up stud duties at Coolmore Ireland where he is being warmly received by domestic

00:17and international breeders alike. When City of Troy has arrived like when they start covering

00:24mares you see that they change to become kind of from boys to men and he's let down into a

00:29magnificent horse. He's loads of size, scope and strength and you can see like he's just

00:33going to get bigger and stronger as each day goes on. Physically he's full of quality, really good

00:40looking horse, great colour and he's an extremely good mover. Famously the day he won up the Curragh

00:46I think Ryan Moore goes on record as saying it was the only day he got a fright ever off a horse

00:51because he won, he was a TDN Rising Star and like he couldn't be pulled up he nearly went onto the

00:56motorway. He took Ryan every bit of strength he had to pull him up it was incredible and then he

01:01went to Newmarket and there was rumblings that the horse was a very good two-year-old but what

01:05he did that day just quick and clear and they didn't see which way they went and there was a

01:10lot of debate the morning did you horse whether he'd run or not because it turned up soft and but

01:14thankfully they went and they ran around the horse the partners agreed to run him and that was the

01:20crowning of him as the champion two-year-old so it's it's it's such an important thing as well in a

01:24stallion's career. We went on to win the Coral Eclipse and my racing time of going racing I think

01:30that day in Juddmont, Juddmont International was something very special there was six seven eight

01:35people deep all the way around the ring and and there was a real air of excitement and to go and

01:40win the race the way he did and then you hear he's lowered the track record by Seed of Stars so

01:44and it was just something very very special that day and and he he cemented his places as the

01:50world's best three-year-old. The massive engine definitely is justified and the relentless just

02:01speed and galloping that he had like I said that was all down to justify but no doubt the precocity

02:07and class of his mother who's by Galileo and she was as I said a group one winning two-year-old I

02:11think that's the perfect blend that he's come to fruition with. City of Troy has been extremely

02:17well supported from the world over and there's mares coming over from America to go to him and you

02:21can see there's Japanese mares booked into him or Japanese own mares booked into him as I mentioned

02:26already like Aga Khan, Juddmont, Shadwell and the kind of who's who of breeding and throughout the

02:31world and got the Dam of Oxted in foal and he's got Tallyho's Sagely in foal he's an extremely fertile

02:39which is a great sign. City of Troy could possibly get you anything like looking at his father

02:44he could get you an unbelievable two-year-old in Australia he can get you a middle distance horse

02:49in Europe and he's another horse on the derby trail this year again so I'd imagine in the mold

02:55of his father he'll get you anything I think he's just so much class motto is trying to stand the

03:00champions or the best stallions that we can and and hopefully he could be the next Wooden Bassett or

03:05our Galileo like he's he's the profile to be as I said a champion two-year-old and went on to be a

03:11world champion three-year-old and the support he's got justifies his race record and his pedigree so

03:17it's just up to him now to capitalize it but you'd have to have a good bet on him that you think he

03:21is going to make ends meet for himself as a leading stallion.
