00:00Okay, so we're going to do a basic strapping for an MCL, so the medial side of the knee.
00:05For this, we're going to use the tiger tear, the 7.5 centimetres tiger tear.
00:10Good, so start position, we want to be slightly flexed in the knee.
00:14We're going to do a lap around the thigh.
00:21Another one, because we're going to work our way down towards the medial side of the knee.
00:26So, as we come here, we're looking to do a 45 degree pass of the inside of the joint, and then wrap around the lower leg.
00:39Okay, so once we've wrapped around, we're going to work our way back up on another 45 degree.
00:49And that's our first loop round.
00:56We're then going to come for a second pass, just to reinforce.
01:00Again, 45 degree.
01:05Loop round the lower limb.
01:08And another 45 degree.
01:12Back up on the inside.
01:13So, we're tensioning this side of the knee, and then we can lock off at the top.
01:21We'reüsting this side of the floor.
01:30If there's something like a white stuff, we're going to start the knee.
