00:332014 yeah i was like wow that's almost a monopoly at least we got smith's right no yeah well that's

00:43all we have is smith yeah well pretty much uh we look at me i'm the grocery store now um this would

00:50uh put their market share up with the number one grocery player in america which is walmart wow but

00:56otherwise as far as like pure play grocery store chains these are the biggest two getting together

01:01to make an even bigger one they're going to try to avoid antitrust issues so they're likely to spin

01:06off several locations here in vegas uh but that's it could be a good thing and maybe not it could bring

01:11in a new grocery store chain or it could just leave a big gaping hole in the strip mall of your choice
