00:00My thoughts are, as always, on Leicester and on our team, how to improve, what can we do better.
00:11So we couldn't do many things better in the first half against West Ham, we could do a lot of things better in the second half,
00:18one game at a time and influence the one we can influence on and that's the Leicester game.
00:23My whole life I'm living in the moment, in the day and I'm not looking backwards a lot and I'm not looking forward a lot
00:29because it's the type of person that I am and I'm not constantly looking back at what I've achieved at former clubs.
00:36That is also so difficult in football, people constantly tell you, try to enjoy the whole journey and blah blah blah,
00:43but the only thing as a manager you're thinking of, oh, during the weekend there's a game coming up as well
00:47and we need to win that and we need to win the next and we need to win the next.
00:51So maybe that's one of the reasons because I'm already so long in football that you get used to the fact
00:58of living day by day.
01:00In stadiums like there you feel the atmosphere is special, but the clubs grow and I'm pretty sure
01:10the new stadium will be nicer in terms of maybe more comfortable and it's a nice place to go.
01:19Difficult one of course, but a nice place to go.
01:21The impact from David to his experience and making an incredible job in West Hamlet as well.
01:26I think all his career, but he has done an unbelievable job in terms of results.
01:31So clear, the patterns are so clear, though difficult to handle it.
01:35And yeah, it's an important week for us.
01:38Every time there's somebody at the top, everybody else is trying to catch them or beat them.
01:43You know, I think that was the case over the years with Manchester United as well.
01:46I think that when you're the top team, there's always someone out there trying to become better.
01:51I think there's been really good competition in recent years, whether it be Arsenal or Liverpool,
01:57Chelsea, whoever it's been over the recent years have been the big competition for Man City.
02:02But they've been an incredible football team and still are.
02:05And, you know, it's always a difficult game here.
02:09We've not got a great record against them.
02:11So we have to try and turn that round.
02:14I think he's doing an amazing job.
02:15He's playing in 3-4-3.
02:20He's doing quite well.
02:23He's changing some players.
02:25He has really quality players.
02:29Cunha, all these guys, they have real quality.
02:33They are fresh.
02:35So we know that it's going to be a tough match and we are going to need a lot from our supporters.
02:41I know that it's a bad thing to ask anything in this season from our fans, but we need them on Sunday.
02:50For us it's a big game.
02:51We need to start to win football matches in the Premier League.
02:54To at least maintain the position that we are in and to push into the last few games with some hope.
03:00And now we know how tough it's going to be.
03:02They are a really well-organized team.
03:04I think what Kieran and the staff have done is remarkable.
03:08And you see every week how they perform and the amount of issues they give to opposition.
03:12So we expect that tough game.
03:14Obviously we are in a much better position, but the last two draws have significantly changed that perspective.
03:21And as well creating Newcastle for the form that they are in and the way they have been playing as well.
03:26So we need to step up and start to win the games.
03:28In the last two years Chelsea has been zero times top four, top five.
03:32This season we spent all season, almost all season, top four, top five Champions League sport.
03:37We are in a semi-final European competition.
03:42So why now we need to change something?
03:45I think it's, I don't have any doubt about what we are doing.
03:49People think that us winning tonight makes me a better manager.
03:53Whoever didn't think I was doing a good job yesterday should be feeling the same way today.
03:56I don't care.
03:58It doesn't bother me.
03:59It doesn't affect what I do.
04:02For me, it's always about the dressing room.
04:06Do the players believe?
04:08Do the staff believe?
04:09That's much more important than what others may make of me.
04:13So unfortunately for a lot of you, you're going to have to put up with me for a little bit longer, mate.
04:17So we'll just see how that goes.
