00:00All right, we're here at Star Wars, Galaxy's Edge, the premiere. It opens tomorrow and Chef Brian is here.
00:07Let's go through what you have. What can people get?
00:10Well, Bright Suns. We are at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo.
00:15And you can see these giant cargo units above us. They're bringing shipments of food from all over the galaxy.
00:21So we're really excited. Let's go through some of the menu offerings that we have.
00:26Let's do it. We'll jump right into our all-day menu. So we have our Andorian fried tip-hip with green gravy, mashed potatoes with roasted vegetables.
00:35A lot of our travelers say this kind of tastes like chicken.

00:46I was at the party last night. I tried this. I tried this. It was delicious. Tell us about this one.
00:51I saw you online like four times for this one.
00:54That's possible.
00:56This is our smoked Caddo ribs. So we smoked these ribs for three hours.
01:00And it's then glazed with a real sweet, spicy barbecue sauce.
01:05And then it's served on top of a red cabbage and red onion slaw with a blueberry cornmeal, blueberry muffin.
01:12Which is so good. You really have to count. Docking Bay 7.

01:16That's where they sell all of the daytime food. How about over there? I had that last night.
01:22The yab shrimp noodle salad.
01:23Yes. That was really good.
01:24Sweet, spicy vinaigrette with some sweet potato noodles. The poached yab shrimp. Fresh vegetables. Those really hot days on that too. It's a wonderful item.
01:35Right. Nice and light too. I like that you have a great variety. This was really good.
01:40This is one of my personal favorites on the menu. The Volusia Garden spread. Completely plant-based.
01:45So part of the fun of putting this menu together was giving our guests one thing that looks like something they're familiar with, but then it being completely different.

02:00Served over a hummus infused with chimichurri, light relish of tomato, torn mint, cucumber.
02:05That's what it was. Chimichurri.
02:06So you get all that garlic, herb.

02:11So for our hearty travelers, we've got our braised shock roast, cavatelli pasta, kale, roasted wild mushrooms, roasted pearl onions, all sauteed together, shock roast on top, nice little coating of toasted panko bread crumbs, crispy garlic.
02:30It's a great variety.
02:31It's a really wonderful variety and unlike anything you've probably seen anywhere else.

02:37So visually it's different.
02:38This is really different.
02:39And so there are three desserts.
02:41I've seen this.
02:42Well that's our Mustafari mama roll that we serve during breakfast.

02:48So this one is really, was super fun to develop.
02:53It was themed after the planet Mustafar, which we all know is the lone planet to Darth Vader.

03:01It's kind of where you got burned and all beat up.
03:03And it looks very much like that planet.

03:06It's very volcanic.
03:07A lot of lava.
03:08It is really.
03:09So you see all of the chocolate cookie crumbs on there.

03:13A little bit of the raspberry cinnamon laced oil icing.
03:17That looks like the lava flowing down.

03:21These two we tasted last night.

03:28So the Batu Ban here is our Chocolate Lover's Dream.

03:32Um, so it's white chocolate with a coffee center.
03:35And then a really rich decadent brownie on the bottom.
03:38Covered in ganache and coconut.
03:40And this was very good too.
03:41That's one of my favorites also.
03:43This is the Hoi Hoi Puff.
03:45So Hoi Hoi Fruit is a little tiny red berry in Star Wars Story.
03:50Looks like a blueberry but red.
03:52Like a raspberry.
03:53Right, right.
03:54So we filled this cream puff with a raspberry filling.
03:58Top it with a passion fruit mousse.
04:01So you've got this sweet and kind of tangy sour thing going on.
04:07It's light, really refreshing.
04:09I think you should try it all.

04:13But since we're not going to try all of it right now, let's just try it.
