00:00After the grand revelation of the 10 athletes who made it to the PBA's 50 greatest players,

00:06the league has still more surprises in store for its golden anniversary.

00:16Pinoy basketball fans, are you ready for a golden surprise?

00:20The PBA is bringing all kinds of surprises to schools, branghais, and various parts of the Philippines

00:26as part of its program for the league's 50th anniversary.

00:29One of the projects the league is bringing back is the PBA Home Court Program,

00:34where your favorite PBA idols will once again visit local basketball courts.

00:38These types of basketball projects began in 2018 but had to be put on hold due to the pandemic.

00:44Now after years of pause, one of the most anticipated programs for young basketball players is finally making a comeback.

00:51We have done some of the things that we have done that year.

00:56We'll go to Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao.

00:58May mall tours tayo, kasama din natin yung mga former players.

01:04Mag-ais tayo, pagpinturahan natin yung mga iba't ibang mapipili nating court sa mga barangay.

01:14Tapos baka ipakilala namin yung bagong trophies namin.

01:17So madami, madami tayo, at school, kaka-campus tour kami at baka ibalik po namin yung aming home court na umiikot sa mga ito bang barangay.

01:28The goal of the home court program is for the PBA to connect with basketball enthusiasts and give fans the opportunity to interact with PBA players through surprise visits to barangays.

01:39The league is also repainting and renovating courts to provide better spaces for those who play basketball.

01:44It also helps aspiring players improve their basketball techniques and brings them joy and hope.

01:50It is truly exciting.

01:52So youth, brace yourselves because who knows, your own barangay might be next to receive a visit from your idols.
