00:30In a rare 9-0 ruling, the Supreme Court said that Trump had to bring this individual back to the United States,
00:37but he still didn't do it.
00:38This is the constitutional crisis.
00:41It's the confrontation between the court saying that the president has to bring Abrego Garcia back home
00:47and Trump refusing to do it.
00:49And why should this matter to you?
00:51Because if the president has the power to jail and prison, to deport anyone,
00:57even if they have a legal right to be here as a citizen or through protected status given by the courts,
