Because that’s what Jesus did.“He is the one who sacrificed and gave himself on the cross. He is selfless. Not selfish.“We think about I first and others second - but that needs to change. We need to be more like Jesus.”

00:21all about me but I can't be the only one right we have that in us where we want
00:28people to focus on me myself and I however as we're in this time of Lent
00:34we're not meant to be thinking like that we're to be focused on saying sorry to
00:39God and serving others why because that's what Jesus did he's the one who
00:48sacrifices himself on the cross he gives himself to others and totally as the
00:56Passover lamb and then he asks for nothing in return he is selfless not selfish
01:05you see we think about I first and others second but that needs to change we need
01:13to be more like Jesus who thought about us and offers us his life as he died on the
01:20cross to save us from our sin from all our selfishness
