00:03Malacanang confirmed that several government officials will attend the hearing

00:07regarding the arrest of former President Rodrigo Duterte.

00:10And Vice President Sara Duterte also agreed to attend the hearing.

00:20Vice President Sara Duterte, who attended the third hearing in the Senate,

01:34I don't know who the officials who invited Senator Amy are specifically,

01:39but what I requested specifically is that General Torre should not be absent.

01:44Based on the recommendation of the Senate Legal Department,

01:47the executives don't need to be subpoenaed.

01:51If the Senate really wants to fight,

01:53we will file a case against the Supreme Court.

01:55But I will repeat,

01:57it's already excluded from our agenda

01:59that the hearing should focus on reconciliation,

02:02unity, and understanding,

02:04not additional chaos and constitutional crisis,

02:07and additional cases.

02:20the administration has changed its mind about attending the Senate.
