00:05He was brought back to life after being hit on the neck by a suspect while riding an e-bike in Manila.

00:23That's the pain that the Tanod's relatives, Feton Biazon, are feeling after he lost his life while fulfilling his duty.

00:31Biazon's family in Nakawan, Barangay 281, responded when they visited him yesterday early in the morning.

00:36Our Tanod called two-way radio and found that someone was pushing an e-bike.

00:44Usually, when someone pushes an e-bike, it is our suspect who is stealing the e-bike.

00:49When our Tanod called, they caught up with the suspect.

00:54Feton and his accomplices caught up with the suspect until he was cornered.

00:59But...

01:00There was a commotion.

01:02And that's when our suspect came out and was hit on the neck once.

01:11The victim was rushed to the hospital but he died instantly.

01:15We can't accept what happened because that person is a good person.

01:21His parents and all of us are his siblings. He helps us.

01:25He pays us. He gives us everything.

01:27He died in such a brutal incident.

01:31The suspect ran away immediately after following the victim.

01:36But he was also caught in a place not far from where the crime took place

01:40after the police did a backtracking.

01:43Through CCTV, we found out his whereabouts.

01:46The murder weapon used by the suspect was recovered.

01:50The suspect's defense.

01:52I don't plan to fight anymore.

01:57I just want to protect myself.

02:00The second time he attacked me, I didn't expect him to follow me.

02:10A screwdriver.

02:11The suspect asked for an apology.
