00:00Hi, my name's John from Big Timber. I've been an arborist for 20 years and my passion is making furniture from the trees I cut down.
00:09I've recently put a bench in a queue and then hopefully we're going to get some more at the National Trust site.
00:16We collect all our trees from our own jobs. We'll bring them back to the yard, run them through the sawmill
00:23and then there's quite a bit of a process making the furniture from flattening them off, sanding them, cutting them to size,
00:31making sure it all just looks perfect or feels perfect.
00:37Every piece is very bespoke. There's nothing which is the same.
