00:23restraining order with her rep telling E! News in a statement on April 2nd,
00:27Virginia looks forward to defending herself against his malicious claim.
00:31The rep goes on to share that she's worried about her and Robert's three teenage children
00:35during her hospitalization, adding, Virginia continues to be hospitalized in serious condition.
00:41And while details of the incident that led to the restraining order remain unclear,
00:46People Magazine reported that the mother of three first appeared in court March 19th for
00:51allegedly breaching the order and didn't enter a plea. And Virginia has previously hinted at
00:56her family's estrangement on social media as she wrote on Instagram March 22nd,

01:06I miss them so very much. Then a little over a week later,
01:09Virginia revealed that she had been in a car accident and was given four days to
01:13live after going into renal failure. And while sharing the tragic news,
01:17the 41-year-old also expressed her hope of seeing her children once again, writing,
01:22I'm ready to go, just not until I see my babies one last time.
