00:30I think the mechanical watch, particularly in today's day and age, where things are moving

00:34so fast, there's such a transient nature to the attention economy, that being able to

00:38have something that symbolizes legacy, continuity, consistency, holds a special place, I think,

00:45in young people's hearts, and I think that my generation perhaps yearns for something

00:49that feels permanent and yearns for the human touch, which I think is intrinsically what

00:54watchmaking and fine watchmaking in particular is really special at.

00:58Right here is a part of a new collection from J.J. LeCoultre, it has a minute placement

01:05back here, if you flip it over of course, it has a regular dial face, and today they

01:12gave me a personalized strap today.

01:14The time and the due diligence that they put into the watches is something special, and

01:18I'm very fortunate to stumble upon J.J. LeCoultre, because a lot of people don't know about the

01:24brand.

01:25The watch that I currently have on my wrist is the 35mm Ingenieur, it is this beautiful

01:31gold color, which I think to me holds a special meaning as well.

01:34Two years ago, the fun thing about this is that I also helped to unveil the 40mm Ingenieur,

01:39and so kind of seeing that full circle moment come around has been really special.
