01:28But my mother held Monica in very high regard professionally, and I do, too.
01:34And she was so kind to me when Lulu had her transplant here at the hospital.

02:35She made patients feel comfortable and safe.
02:38And she had compassion for everyone that walked through that door.
02:41She sure did for my daughter.
02:44Your grandma was my best friend.
02:47And I think about her and the example that she set every time I come to work.

02:56But what you do for the patients is a gift.
