00:00I know that the two of you love to travel, is she going to be, is her passport book going to be like
00:04filled up after the first year? You know somebody actually just, I had a baby shower very recently
00:10and one of my sweet friends gave me the cutest little pink passport holder which is very sweet,
00:15so I can't imagine leaving her, you know, so I mean if I know how much I miss my dogs when I'm
00:23gone I can't even imagine with a child how you feel and I think first and foremost we'll always
00:29want to do what's best for her and if that's that she gets to come with us that would be great and
00:34if we need to stay home a little bit more then that's what we'll do, but I could envision just
00:39wanting to have her close definitely all the time. Yeah, is she going to be learning multiple
00:43languages too and things? That's a good question, so my first language is actually Afrikaans which
00:49sounds a little Dutch Germany but Tim doesn't speak Afrikaans and so I definitely, it's such
00:55a big part I feel like of our culture too, the way that we express ourselves. Tim's picked up on
00:59some of the important phrases so he, I mean I can't say he can hold his own completely but
01:04he can pick up. Okay. I definitely want to teach her some, some words but I think it would be sad
01:11to have a conversation with her and not have Tim be included. Yeah. You know, so I think that's
01:16something I'm cognizant of but I don't know maybe the grandparents feel different, right?
01:20Definitely, because I know that was hard for the two of you in the beginning, right? Because
01:24you know, with the language barrier and things like that. Yeah, I think that loving someone in
01:29your second language is something I never knew would be that challenging in a way. Right. The
01:35way you express yourself, I remember after Tim and I's first date, we have a phrase in South Africa
01:41where instead of saying bye or you know, see you later, like we say keep well and Tim was like,
01:48wait, is that like farewell? Are you, am I never going to see you again? I thought this went good.
01:54It was little things like that where I think now he knows what I mean by that or he,
01:59he makes fun of my accent, plants or plans or Gala or Kayla and so now we just get to
02:05have fun with it but it was definitely an adjustment in the beginning.
