Award-winning 'king of the miniseries' Richard Chamberlain dies aged 90

Veteran actor has died at the age of 90 following complications from a stroke. His lifelong partner, Martin Rabbett, said, "Richard is with the angels now".

00:12Chamberlain was best known for his roles in various television series in the 1960s through
00:16to the 80s, which earned him the nickname King of the Miniseries.
00:20His performances in Dr. Kildare, Shogun, and The Thorn Birds all won Golden Globe Awards.
00:26In 2003, Chamberlain came out to the public as gay in his autobiography titled Chattered
